Bedroom 2 has a full sized bed with a twin bunk bed that includes a nook with toys and closet with several children’s winter jackets. Bedroom 3 is our most charming and includes a picturesque view of the trees from its king bed . There is a nice deck out from the main living area with great patio furniture for relaxing and a dining area for outdoor meals nestled in the trees. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This chalet is huddled around pine trees and has a very large deck with great views. The outdoor deck is spacious enough to enjoy a family BBQ and use it as an oasis to sink in the natural scenery and sun. Walking distance to hiking and Odelle lake is only half a mile away. Wonderful getaway for any family or a small group of friends. Convenient location, just 20 min to Flagstaff and 50 min to Sedona. The space Upstairs level has a master bedroom with Cali king bed. There's a loft space upstairs with two futon beds and an office desk. Main level has kitchen, living room, dining space and two bedrooms. The main level bedrooms each have queen beds. Kitchen has a stove, microwave and refrigerator. Over 500 sq feet of deck space, making it great for having a BBQ outside. Stairway to the roof with deck views is accessible from the loft area. Sleeps a total of 8 persons, ideally 6 adults and 2 children/teens based on the bed accommodations. Only 2 pets (dogs) allowed unless guest notify property host and extra fees may apply. Fireplace is NOT UNDER OPERATION AND CANNOT BE USED AT ANY TIME. NO EXCEPTIONS. IF THERE IS ANY EVIDENCE OF USE, THERE IS A $500 MINIMUM FEE. Welcome! Thank you for checking out our listing. The cabin sits on a cul-de-sac street off the main road for privacy. It is equipped with everything you need. Just bring your food and personal items. The inside is spacious with a vaulted ceiling in the main room. The decor is country. On the main floor is the master bedroom while the other 2 bedrooms are on the second level with a jack & bathroom. The space The mountains are the place to be for a getaway any time of the year, whether it is an escape from the heat or you love the winter snowy weather. Arizona high country is fabulous! It is a great outdoor experience and offers lots of hiking, biking, riding your ATVs on nearby forest roads, and of course sight-seeing any of Arizona's spectacular parks and sites. Our cabin is conveniently located between Sedona and Flagstaff just off the I-17 freeway. It is easy access to other popular locations such as the Grand Canyon, Petrified Forest, and other historic sites in the area. Guest access Guest have access to the main cabin. Garage and loft above the garage are owners belongings. There is no access. Other things to note Guests will most likely need to turn the water on at the water box, especially during the winter months.

This home has large south facing windows, soaring ceilings, an ideal split floor plan, extended wrap-around deck and beautiful upgrades throughout. The furniture, decor and custom paint will make you very relaxed, comfortable and "at home". Original owners take a lot of pride in the home and have many reviews (10+ years) to support that. Booking and access is very smooth and easy, and the communication will be very quick and helpful. You can also bring Dura flame type of logs which work nicely. The wood under the deck is not the best for burning as it is probably wet. So we recommend that you buy your own. Make sure the Flue to the fireplace is opened before using the fireplace. Remember to keep your fire small and do not leave unattended. Central Heat Thermostat –Located in the living room. Please use HEAT mode. Press up/down areas to adjust temp. Thank you for turning down to 60 if you leave the house to go out for the day. (Note when you adjust the temp it may take up 3 minutes to start working). There is whole house A/C. Please keep the doors and the windows closed when running A/C. However, the central heat is more than enough. Gas Grill – if the tank for the gas grill is empty, there is a replacement tank next to the grill. TV – We have a smart TV in the living room and one in the master bedroom. You can watch HULU for live TV. There are other streaming services available on both TVs. Most likely you will have to use your own account. We log in with ours but some guests log us out and use their own. Bluetooth Speaker – Can be used to listen to music outside on the deck or by the fire pit. However, please do not leave outside in the elements. It can be charged via supplied USB cable. Ceiling Fans/Lights – are operated by remote control. One short press and the light or the fan is on. Long press turns on the dimmer functionality. CHECK-OUT/ CLOSING THE CABIN POLICY Your check-out time is no later than 11 a.m. (During busy holiday and summer periods we will not be able to accommodate a late checkout because our maid will need time to prepare the cabin for the next guest who will be checking in on the same day.) Before you leave, please do the following to ensure your deposit refund and help our housekeeper prepare for our next guests. Please remove all sheets from the beds that were used and place on laundry room floor so that maid knows to wash them. Take all dirty towels and also place on the laundry room floor. Please leave comforters and blankets in the rooms that you found them in. If you used the snow shovels please return them to the laundry room. Wash dishwasher safe dishes in the dishwasher. All Pots and Pans and large items should be hand washed and put away. Remove any food that you brought to the cabin with you. Remove and Bag all of your trash from inside and outside the cabin and place in the Norton trash barrel. Or recycle bin for glass, paper and cans only. On Sunday please roll the trash barrel to the curb in front of the cabin for pick-up. Recycle also goes out on Sunday night. If the fireplace was used make sure fire is extinguished. Do NOT remove ashes or put in the garbage as you can start a fire. If the fire pit was used make sure fire is extinguished and place cover over. Please make sure all appliances are turned off. If you used the central heat please turn thermostat in living room down to 50 degrees when heating. A/C, please set to 86 before you leave. If you used electric wall or space heaters make sure they are all turned to OFF and unplugged before you go. If the BBQ was used, please return all utensils to the cabin. Double check to make sure gas is turned off. If you brought your pet, please remove all your pets’ feces from the property. Please place the feces in a plastic bag before placing it in the trash barrel.

Lots of entertainment with the pool table, poker table, the board games, the loft, the private patio, the massive new front deck and the porch swing. My place is great for couples, families, small groups. It's a cozy cabin with Coconino forest views. We also have a private gate into the forest trails just a few feet from the back door. NOTE...We value your safety and are doing our part to clean thoroughly before you arrive. The space Come stay at our fully furnished cabin. The backyard adjacent to the forest, complete with elk, deer, and all sorts of other wildlife. Very private location and a great spot for a relaxing time in the mountains or as a place to get away and entertain family & friends after a day on the slopes, sledding, hiking, day trips with the kids, etc. One master bedroom sleeps 2 in a king sized bed. The loft comfortably sleeps 4 in a queen and two twin beds. There is also a Murphy bed in the second living room to sleep 2 more. The couch can fit an adult and the loveseat can fit a child. Total bed space is 10 people. The main family room is a great space for reading by the fireplace or any other relaxing activity. We just added a 60 inch TV to this room. Tongue & groove pine with a stone fireplace (with pellet stove insert) gives the place a real old time cabin feel. Attached is the dining room and adjacent kitchen. The fully furnished kitchen (tons of utensils, pots, & pans) includes all the comforts of home, including: a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, drip and K-Cup coffeemakers, breakfast bar, full sized fridge/freezer with ice maker. There is even a gas grill outside. The back half of the cabin - with national forest views through almost every window - can be closed off from the sleeping, reading, eating area - for entertaining. This is a great feature if you don't want to wake up the kids while you play pool, cards, or watch a movie or game on the 60 inch LCD. There is also a murphy bed, pellet stove and a large dining table. You can walk out the large sliding door to step into the backyard for a private national forest view. The Murphy bed also takes advantage of the view as it is on the opposite wall from the large glass door. Out front there is a new large covered porch with a porch swing. It is a great spot to sit and watch the storms boil up and over the hill during the summer months. Our cabin is a short drive from Phoenix - as little as 1.5 hours from the north side. Come up stay at our place. We have had countless wonderful weekends with our family over several decades. I am sure that you will enjoy your stay too. The space Located about 25 min from downtown Flagstaff halfway between Sedona and Flagstaff Upstairs: Master Bedroom featuring 1 - King Bed and a cozy set up with a 42” TV for relaxing to a late night movie. 2nd Bedroom is a kids paradise with a wall mounted TV, Lego/game table, Bunk bed set up and pullout couch to accommodate all of the kids and their friends. Both rooms share a full bathroom that has been recently remodeled. Bathroom includes a bath tub / shower combo. Downstairs bedroom is a Private in-law Suite with Queen Bed and full bathroom and private patio with a comfy rocker swing. This room is downstairs but has no access from inside the home so truly feels like a secluded separate space. OUTDOOR HANGOUT: 3/4 Wrap around deck with 2 hang out areas. Rear deck is fully covered with dinning table, TV, shuffle board and bar seating all overlooking the seasonal creek. Front patio only set up from April-October but is an outdoor living room set up with a central propane fire pit to share stories around. Below the rear patio is our new paver patio to be able to hang out in the woods next to the seasonal creek and have a wood fire while relaxing on an Adirondack chair. Can sleep 6 people with 2 full bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and wood stove with wood included. Deck on the front and back with a gas BBQ. Close to amazing Arizona parks and hikes. The space This is a fantastic, A-frame property that has gone through some upgrades since our purchasing 3 years ago and we are constantly trying to update the photos to reflect the improvements we hope you will enjoy. The sleeping situation is 3 beds in total, one king and two queens. We will have an extra twin pull out bed if this is requested. We do allow one dog on property and ask you please pick up after your furry friend; please reach out direct to prescreen if you have more than one pet and we will consider. Failure to do so and sneaking a pet on the property will result in eviction. Most people come to Munds Park to enjoy the decks, visit Sedona, Flagstaff, the Grand Canyon, or the miles of amazing hiking. Please ask us for some of our favorite trails and restaurants. Feel free to use one of our cheeseboards, the wood stove, BBQ, front and back decks, books, our supply of board games and puzzles, and enjoy the fresh air. We supply both a standard coffee pot and Keurig, full cutlery sets/cutting boards, a blender, toaster, and almost anything you'd need for a fully stocked cabin kitchen. Guest access Entire Property minus our garage. Other things to note There is a fireplace on property in addition to an outdoor fire pit. Other things to note Munds Park is a unique town like no other. With only a handful of charming restaurants and bars to chose from, you will have a truly unique time here. Please note that the closest grocery store is in Flagstaff. It is recommended that you bring groceries as the restaurants are seasonal and not open every day. *We do not guarantee the working use of the pellet stove, but do guarantee central heat in the winter months. The pellet stove has a learning curve and can be temperamental.
