You will find all the amenities in this home that you will need. A beach pass permit is included, along with the supplies, for you to enjoy nearby Craigville Beach (or any Barnstable beaches) during your stay. Or Bbq and relax on the deck after a day of fun in nearby Hyannis/Yarmouth. Dogs welcome! The space There is a Queen bed in the Master and 2 Twin beds and a single/twin in the other 2 bedrooms. A brand new rollaway bed is available too. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, iron, TP, toothpaste, paper goods, etc., are provided plus many other amenities. Guest access Access to all the house except for the unfinished cellar. Other things to note There is also a stroller, portable high chair and rear facing car seat available for little ones. Also a Play n’ Go playpen/changer and linens. Must have 48 hours notice if an additional day is desired to be added on. This is due to the cleaning company’s scheduling.

Cape Retreat

Cranberry Hollow Cottage is family-owned, recently renovated and updated, on an acre of wooded land. The house has deeded access to private beaches on Wequaquet Lake just steps from the front door. The neighborhood is known for walkers. A trail from back of the property leads to cranberry bogs with walking trails around the perimeter. Enjoy a variety of birds songs on the property and the baritone of bullfrogs in the marsh across the street. Ocean beaches, dining and shopping are all close by. The space The house has an updated and renovated kitchen. There are three bedrooms sleeping a total of six. One king bedroom, one queen bedroom and a two twin bedroom, one a twin XL. We have a brand new Graco Pack 'n Play" for babies and toddlers. We have two renovated and updated full bathrooms with walk-in showers and a three-season outdoor shower with hot water. There is a linen closet in one bathroom with plenty of bathroom towels and a chest with beach towels. There are air conditioners in each room, except bathrooms. We have a portable baby/toddler bathtub, The First Years Sure Comfort Deluxe Newborn-to-Toddler Tub with Sling" as well. The living room has a 60" smart TV and Xumo streaming box with the apps you need to watch your favorite shows (no cable). The house has wi-fi with 1000 mbps internet access. We have a large supply of board games that will give you the opportunity for a little off-the-grid style entertainment. The newly updated dining room has a table that seats six, and room for more with optional folding chairs, as well as a breakfast bar. The kitchen has been renovated and updated with a new state of the art stove, new microwave and toaster, a new Keurig coffee machine with coffee and hot chocolate, and an optional full coffee maker. We now offer a high chair - "Ingenuity Sun Valley Compact High Chair" and a booster seat, for babies and toddlers. The back hall/mudroom has new stacked full size washer/dryer, iron, small ironing board, and laundry bags. There is a chest in the back hall full of beach towels. The back hall leads outside where a Weber gas grill and dining area are waiting for your outdoor living. There is a fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating to create separate outdoor living spaces. The property is mostly natural with wooded areas meaning we have a wide variety of birds. Download the Merlin app to identify birds by their songs. The marshes across the street are alive at night with the baritone sounds of bullfrogs and chirping insects. Its not unusual to find a visiting turtle sharing the front yard with resident bunnies, chipmunks and squirrels. If you are lucky you may spot a deer, fox, coyote or fisher cat out in the bogs behind the property. The neighborhood is known for walkers, join the neighbors as they walk dogs, push strollers, run or walk along the street in front of the house. Treat yourself to a walk out the trail in the back of the property that leads to two working cranberry bogs with a dirt road around the perimeter popular with walkers. As the summer draws to a close and into the fall, the berries begin to turn to their cranberry red color making for spectacular photos. On the back side of the property there is a an old basketball net that was put up over 40 yrs ago on a telephone pole and blacktop. We provide beach chairs and some beach toys in a shed next to the outdoor shower and isups for your use. We live about 8 minutes away, but are often on the lake in our boats or on the beaches on the lake. If you need us we can usually help within minutes, but we will not be intrusive and will not show up unless you need help with something. We are excited about sharing our cottage and the wonderful surroundings with guests! Guest access The house is yours while you are here, we live about 10 minutes away if needed. Enjoy the large back yard, the trails etc. and the beaches on the lake. Sunsets are usually spectacular as we are lucky enough to be on the eastern side of the lake with sun most of the day and sunsets across the lake. Other things to note We own three border collies and if you are an early riser you might catch JP with the dogs walking the bogs. We welcome dogs, up to two - preferably under 50lbs. We cannot have pitbulls on the property per our insurance policy. We love pitties but it is not easy to get insurance for places like ours and we have to follow their rules. We charge a fee for dogs because it usually requires extra cleaning after your stay. We only allow dogs, no cats or other pets. Dogs should be leashed and with you at all times when outside because we are surrounded by wildlife and we don't want your dog or wildlife injured by a chance encounter. Fire Pit: The fire pit should not be moved, and you must keep a hose nearby. We ask you to soak the coals when done, before turning in for the night. Think of Smokey the Bear. Caution: There is poison ivy on our property, in the wooded areas around the bogs, around the lake and pretty much in all of nature on Cape Cod. Remember the rule "leaves of three, let it be" and you should be OK. Berries and grapes: Our yard is full of wild grapes and red raspberries. In late summer if you can get to them before the birds you can enjoy them as we do not use pesticides or herbicides.

The Heart of Cape Cod - 3 Bed Hyannis Cottage

This is a comfortable, simply furnished three bedroom, two bath one mile to Craigville beach, half a mile to Four Seas nice cream! Bedrooms have two queens and two twins. WiFi/ smart tv. Spacious kitchen and separate dining room. The space There is a queen in the master, a second queen and a third bedroom with two twins. The living room has a 65 inch flatscreen TV, there’s wireless Internet and mini split ACs in the living room, which take care of the main floor and also in the master bedroom. Guest access Guess have an entrance in the front of the house although generally our guests park in the backyard and enter through the back door. Other things to note This is a two family house, we are renting the main level with entrances in the front and the back. There is a separate apartment on the second floor rented to a year-round tenant who is quiet and keeps to himself. There is no connection between the two units, each is completely private.
