Everything except the tile floor is new and updated. Kitchen & Dining: The tropical theme continues in this area with a wonderful mural along the dining room wall by local artist Jeff Plikinton. The oval dining room table seats six to eight comfortably with additional seating at the counter. I’ve always enjoyed cooking, a skill I learned from my mother, who was Greek and Italian. I’m no chef, but I stocked the kitchen with as many modern appliances and cookware as you could possibly want or need—of course, only if you decide to stay in. There is plenty of counter space for seating and meal prep, making it perfect for entertaining. All appliances are new and were thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to use. Movie Theater: A home movie theater complete with motorized full motion seating with additional bar and beanbag seating is waiting to complete your evening. The bright projector (ceiling mounted with Roku) fills the 118” fixed screen. The finishing touch is a vintage popcorn machine. All you need is the HDMI cable to connect to the projector or to log into your favorite streaming services and you’re set for an evening of fun. Living Room: As you enter our villa, you’ll be greeted by Jeremy, our welcoming flamingo in the entry way (Jeremy sometimes escapes the wallpaper and can be found floating around the pool). A large closet contains a clothes rack and storage for your clothing, as well as a pack and play and a high chair to accommodate any little ones along for the trip. The other sliding door leads to a deck with plenty of natural shade from the wonderful oak tree overhead. Here you will find a counter height bistro set perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee, as well as two comfortable egg chairs for added seating. Next to the oak tree you’ll find a custom built putting green complete with clubs and balls for even more fun! There is also a charcoal grill located on the side of the house. Follow the lighted pathway to the wonderful large pool that goes from 3’-6’ deep that has a built in color changing light that is great for if you want to take a nighttime swim. All linens are included in the rental as well as beach towels and folding beach chairs.  The home is on a corner lot, right across from Seminole High School, and within walking distance to a shopping center with food, retail, a hair salon, a bank, CVS, and a Winn Dixie. Indian Shores and Indian Rocks Beach is a short easy drive to the West. Seminole City Center is also a short drive away and is a large outdoor shopping area with retail, many restaurants, urgent care, a gym, and a movie theater.   Kitchen: The kitchen is galley style and fully equipped for all of your cooking needs, has all major appliances, quality cookware and bakeware, and a blender. Other things to note Check-in is at 4pm Check-out is at 10am - Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog. - No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors. - An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes. - Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that street parking is allowed. - If you're interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability. - The heated pool fee is $100/night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature; please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler may not be as warm as you might expect. For example, if the ambient nightly temperature is only 55 degrees, then the pool might heat up to 75-80 degrees. We recommend the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you! - Just a friendly heads-up regarding the pool heater. Due to manufacturer limitations, pool heaters are not efficient when outdoor temperatures drop below 55°F. During colder weather, the heater may run but the pool may not reach the desired temperature, and heating cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to answer any questions before or during your stay. - Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. GUEST VERIFICATION: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed. Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes: - Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions. - Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. - Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book. The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property.
