Large Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and plush king sized bed for deep relaxing sleep. Bathroom has a large shower and toilet with bidet, custom mirror and lighting. Front Bedroom has a firm queen bed and lots of light, views of the flowers and trees in the front and side yard. Common bathroom has a full sized tub with shower, toilet and sink with a makeup mirror. The front room/office has a workspace with a standing/sitting desk with 32" 4k monitor, another desk. A full wall of windows gives a great workspace a great view. A comfortable futon is also in the the room for sitting or additional sleeping space. We include beach cruiser bikes for your use. Please lock! Pump if needed. Do not ride in the water and rinse after use. The garage has a washer, dryer and laundry sink. Our cars, PWCs and kayaks are stored in the garage but are NOT included. The center bedroom is locked and contains our stuff. The beach is a 5-minute drive and there is free parking right at the beach. Our home is a 2-minute drive to Baptist hospital beaches (3 blocks), and just 12 minutes to the Mayo Clinic, and our neighbor next door is home, and loves to help (very sweet lady in her 50s).
