Journey out to the back deck that is equipped with comfortable wicker furniture and breath-taking views of Mountaintown Creek. The main floor has two bedrooms and two full baths. At the bottom find another fire pit (yes there are two on the property!), six more chairs, a picnic table, and stone stairway providing easiest access down the bank into the creek for wading, fishing, or just exploring this slice of haven. As you review the pictures you will see that this is not just a few flights of stairs. There is a total of about 190 steps, and this part of the the property might not be for everyone. Please be sure to enjoy the view from back patio area and deck. You have an outdoor table and fire pit here as well so you can just step right out the bottom floor to enjoy these. You truly may not want to leave your property at all. However, you are only about 6.6 miles to Downtown Ellijay which is lined with unique local eateries and shops. Welcome to Camp Little Creek Cabin, a cozy mountain retreat w/ 3 bdr, 2.5 baths, & TV/bar room, 2 King bedrooms, quality linens & beds. Scandinavian inspired, fully stocked w/ all the comforts of home. Secluded setting is on over 2 acres of pine forest. Enjoy the creekside firepit & hot tub plus outdoor deck lounge area. We are a short drive to downtown Ellijay & about 35-40 mins to Blue Ridge. Enjoy nature, parks, waterfalls & mtn bike trails, it’s perfect for an adventure & restful stay! The space When you arrive, you’ll find the top floor features the kitchen, half bath, eating area, family room, master bedroom, master bath. The cathedral ceilings add a feeling of openness. Most of the interior is covered in rustic pine and there are raw wood accents throughout. Beyond the family/common room is the back deck, one of the best spots to enjoy an afternoon cold beer or a morning coffee among the trees, while overlooking the forest and our Little Creek below. The partially covered deck, has a grill, lounge style deck chairs, a dining table and comfy sofa to nap on, to the sounds of a babbling creek below. Sit in the sun or stay dry if it rains! Down the stairs to the ground floor are the two other bedrooms, one for adults and the bunk room for kids, full bath with tub and last and the forest themed bar/TV room with games and DVD's. The ground floor also has an outdoor deck and hot tub overlooking the creek. There's also a creekside fire pit for nights by the fire enjoying s'mores. Next to the fire pit is a bahama swing frame. The swing for that frame is located by the back door, bottom of the inside staircase. You will hang this swing yourself and please return it INDOORS after use. Guest access You’ll have access to all spaces, and the wooded countryside surrounding the cabin. Hike the quaint neighborhood and spot our local deer families! We do have an owner's closet and a cleaner's closet which are locked & private. Other things to note Hike down to the steps to the fire pit and enjoy the peace that the woods provides. Put on your boots and explore around the creek bed. Take a creek walk or explore the woods beyond the creek, but once you get to the hill, that's about the boundary of the property. Our community does not allow hunting or use of firearms or fireworks. Please abide by local burn bans when in effect. Please respect our neighbor's property and quiet hours. Watch geese glide in, deer graze nearby, and the giant Blue Heron visit this tranquil valley. Cool off with a swim from the natural beach, grab a tube, walk upstream, and float your stress away. Experience the magic. The space Enjoy all this from a five-star cabin that includes details such as professional hair care products, luxurious bedding and towels, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, a game room with Air Hockey and Foosball, a movie room with a 65" TV and xBox One, three fireplaces(one firepit) to choose from, a wide assortment of board games, poker set, cards, a luxury Bull Frog Hot Tub with lounge seat, an outdoor shower, 2 king masters with private balconies overlooking the river. You simply will not find a nicer cabin in a more idyllic setting. IMPORTANT- Please note that our base rate is for 4 people and that the rate increases $15 per night per each additional Guest above 4 up to 8 total Guests or up to an additional $60 per night. This allows us to offer a more reasonable rate for smaller parties. DOG- While we do allow ONE dog it must be 50 pounds or less and at least 2 years old. Guest access You will enjoy access to the entire home and nearly 1,000 feet of private riverfront as we own two additional lots and three adjacent homes. Finally, please note that our air conditioning and heating system is set to allow for a minimum temperature setting of 72 degrees and maximum temperature of 76 degrees. Experience has taught us that these temperatures are very comfortable for most Guests and is an important part of our energy conservation program. For your caffeine fix, there is a coffee nook with a drip coffee maker and keurig mini.   Sink into the reclining sofa and theatre-style loveseat in the great room, kept warm by a large stone fireplace extending to the top of the vaulted wood ceilings. Cuddle up together to stream your favorites on the large Smart TV.  Stepping out onto the relaxing upper deck, find seating in front of the cozy outdoor fireplace and listen to the sounds of nature all around.  A spacious Master bedroom on the main level provides rest for the weary with a private bathroom and walk in shower. There is a small half bath near the front door and a laundry room across from the master suite. Have fun below on the terrace level. Coming down the stairs, call the shots at the billiards table. There is ample seating and a smart TV to pass the time while you take turns shooting pool. Just outside the sliding glass doors is the main access to the hot tub, fire pit, and grill. The hot tub is filled and heated, ready for you as soon as you arrive. Gather around the fire pit and roast marshmallows. The first of two bedrooms on the lower level has a cozy king-sized bed, Smart TV, closet and dresser for storage, and a private door out to the hot tub. Further past the pool table is a hallway on the left leading to another bedroom and the shared lower-level bathroom. This bedroom has two queen sized beds, a dresser and small closet, and a smart TV. Set just off the water’s edge, it feels as if you’re floating on the river. A rare level grassy yard with horseshoes invites classic outdoor fun, while multiple cozy spaces inside let every guest relax their own way. Watch geese, deer, and Blue Heron, then cool off with a swim or a lazy tube ride down the river. The space Enjoy all this from a five-star cabin that includes details such as professional hair care products, luxurious bedding and towels, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, a game room with Air Hockey and Foosball, a movie room with a 75" Smart TV/Sound Bar/DVD/Blu-ray player, two fireplaces(one firepit) to choose from, a wide assortment of board games, poker set, cards, a luxury Bull Frog Hot Tub with lounge seat, 2 king masters with balconies overlooking the river. Bucks Bear Lodge - Recharge in a Riverside Resort

This very private Riverview property is one you won’t want to miss. Located in Coosawattee River Resort featuring the Coosawattee River, a catch and release pond and beautiful nature. Driving through the area you will see lots of deer, possibly wild turkey and more. The space Riverside lot.  Let's start outside. From three decks, you have a view of the Coosawattee River. Down by the river on the platform there’s a place to cook your s’mores and enjoy the view. On the lower deck you will find a new hot tub. We also have a grill. We have covered parking for two cars.   Enter into the house you will find a beautiful living room with fiber tv and a well-equipped kitchen. Seating for up to eight. Four at the bar and four at the drop leaf table.   On the main is a bedroom with a king bed. Directly across the hall is a spacious bathroom with separate jetted bathtub and walk in shower.  Up the stairs in the second bedroom is a king bed with a spacious bathroom. For these reasons, Roaring River is not recommended for guests with limited mobility or for those who prefer step-less environments.
