As far as sleeping in the condo the layout is as follows:

- The downstairs bedroom features a king bed

- The upstairs loft features two bedrooms. The first bedroom includes two queen beds. The second bedroom upstairs includes a single king bed. IMPORTANT NOTE: You walk through the 2nd bedroom to get to the 3rd bedroom (which does have a door between them).
