This 1907 3,400sqft home, situated downtown, offers access to the hospital, Heritage Park, Downtown Foley, OWA Waterpark, shops, Foley Sports Complex, Foley shopping outlets, Foley Kids Park, among other attractions. It features a 1-acre enclosed backyard. This residence has a peaceful neighborhood and I am confident that you will Enjoy! I reside on-site in separate living area separate from the home. Events ok- fee of $25/person/day over the alloted 12 per rental. So 3 extra=$75/ day The space The property features a private, enclosed backyard suitable for dogs, providing ample space. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home. The detached structure to the right is the owner's garage and is not included in the rental, and the very far right side of the property there is rv space I rent out to one person. They watch over things when I am out of town and can help you out. Recent renovations include a master bathroom completed on May 18th, 2023, and new master flooring installed on December 1st, 2023. The kitchen renovated as of February 2025, with new landscaping completed in December 2024. I also upgraded the upstairs bathroom with full renovation as of June 2026. New light fixtures with fans have been installed in each room upstairs as of March 2025 and individual window ac units for temperature control each room to make sure you stay cool! The floors are creeky in the dining room and the formal living room. They are original wood floors so some of the wood planks have been replaced. Its common to see ants in the yard and grass so be careful where you step. We encourage you to take advantage of the current pricing, as it is subject to adjustment as further amenities and upgrades are implemented. The living area has a comfortable sectional that includes a sleeper sofa and a recliner. The back area offers 3 more bedrooms and a 3rd bathroom, as well as a second living area! There is plenty of space for your family to spread out! You can reserve just the front half for 1-4 people if you'd like. Contact me for the rate for that. By using County Road 65, you can avoid most of the traffic on Hwy 59 as you access almost everything. If you want to go to OWA, The Warf, or Orange Beach, cut across to the Beach Expressway. The toll bridge is $2.75, but it really cuts the time if you are going there. Just drive east on Hwy 98 and you will get there in about 2 miles from Foley Main Street. The space The house has 3 bedrooms, the main with a king bed, number 2 has a queen bed and number 3 has 3 twin beds one of which pulls out from under neath one of the stationary beds depending on which bed the cleaners put it under. The living room has a new leather sectional couch with 2 recliners and enough for room for 1 to sleep on. The house also has a large fenced in (6 ft high) yard for your 4 legged friends. There are sitting area's in the back yard and chairs on the front porch. Enough room to park 3 cars, 1 in the carport and 2 on the driveway. Guest access Guests have access to the whole home but not to the HVAC and cleaners closets. Other things to note Trash cans are located in the car port for most of the time but sometimes they'll be left out on the street. You can bring them into the carport or leave them on the street whichever works for you. We just ask that if you have a lot of trash please take the can out to the left side (as you're looking away from the house) of the driveway for pickup on Wednesday mornings.

Guest access We provide a full-size washer and dryer, screened in patio with a view of the peaceful pool. You can hear the relaxing waterfall while you have your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. You can park two cars in front of the condo, and after that, there is extra space in the back for additional vehicles . The kitchen is fully stocked with a full-size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, and plenty of cookware. There is a keurig and a regular coffee maker. Other things to note *Non-smoking unit, this includes cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana. Please Do Not use the bath towels or washcloths to clean up spills, etc. ols towels are provided in the laundry room for messes. No grilling on patio or in the breezeway. There is a gazebo area with a grilling station. The pool closes at 9 pm . You will need to remember your door code to lock and unlock the door. There are beautiful trees in front of the Nita's Nest, which keep the large front porch shaded most of the day. There is extra privacy in the living room area. Look out at the spacious yard through the sliding glass doors. They face the south end of the property so you can view the woods, seating area, deck and a privacy fence. No traffic, or people walking by, quiet and serene. The loft has 2 beds, it has a low ceiling so watch your head. The ladder to the loft is sturdy with grab bars for safety. Kids do love the loft, it's a great experience for kids and adults alike. If you have a toddler, please be aware of the ladder it's rather steep.
