Trash Guidelines Trash bins must be stored inside the garage at all times. They cannot be left outside. Pickup day: Monday morning. You can place the bins outside on Sunday evening and bring them back into the garage by Monday evening. Please make sure to follow this rule to avoid any penalties. Parking Please be aware that parking regulations in the area prohibit parking next to the curb on the side where the house is located. There are signs indicating "No Parking" in these areas. This home also offers free wifi and cable, a game room with full size air hockey table and an entertainment room with new flat screen TV. Everything you could want under one roof! The space Lovely 1 story home - perfect for families with little ones who need to avoid stairs, or an elderly couple that may need more accessibility. Most bedrooms have flat screen TVs in them and all rooms have a ceiling fan. Guest access Community Clubhouse has features volleyball and tennis courts, ping pong, media area, gym, and a large community pool. Just down the block from your home. A perfect location. Other things to note We offer the option for a heated pool. It is an additional charge of $20 per day (to offset the electric bill costs) for the entire length of your stay. Please let us know at least 24 hours prior to check in that you would like pool heat, in order to avoid an additional charge to have the property managers make an emergency visit to turn the heat on during your stay. Other things to note The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. The house can comfortably accommodate 10 people in the beds. No extra guests are allowed in the accommodation. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. • ONLINE PURCHASE If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. We recommend pool heat from October through March, but note that during the winter the water may not heat up to its full capacity. TRASH DISPOSAL: Household Garbage gets picked up Monday. Recycling gets picked up Friday. Please place garbage bins on the curb in front of the house for pick up on necessary pick up days.
