Welcome to my home, a tranquil oasis of palm trees, spacious living and a deep blue refreshing swimming pool! While located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the house is ideally located just 10 minutes to the famous St Pete Beach, beautiful downtown St Petersburg, or Fort DeSoto State Park. And after you relax in the pool, enjoy cooking up a delicious meal in the brand new, fully equipped kitchen, or enjoy a glass of wine out on the screened lanai. The space The space The house is in a quiet, residential neighborhood located on the southern tip of St. Petersburg. It's such a great location because both the beaches and downtown are only 10 minutes away! The brand new kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials, as well as plenty of spices and other pantry items. It is equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer w/ ice maker, drip coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, slow cooker, blender, electric hand mixer, roasting pan, hand vacuum, garbage disposal, and a large kitchen island for four. Plastic cups and "glasses" are available (and encouraged) for use by the pool. The house has 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, the second with a queen bed, and the third with two twin beds. The mattresses on the beds are new, and all the sheets are high thread count 100% cotton. You will find comfortable pillows and extra blankets in the large closets. The lamps on either side of all beds are equipped with USB ports for charging your devices. For smaller guests, I also have a Pack and Play, with bedding available should you need them. There are two bathrooms, one is an en-suite with the main (king) room and has a shower. The other bathroom is across the hall from the other two bedrooms and has a tub/shower. You will find plenty of towels, complementary shampoo, conditioner, and soaps to get you started, and space for toiletries. There is a hair dryer in the hall closet, and an iron and ironing board in the front hall closet. The washer and dryer are in the garage. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a matching love seat and a cool swivel chair! The 65" Smart Amazon Fire TV is mounted on the wall, connected via Wi-Fi and will allow you to access and login to your regular streaming services, so please remember to bring you user names and passwords to stream your favorite services (Netflix, Prime, Disney+, Max, etc) or just bring your own streaming "stick". A Bluetooth enabled Sony sound bar is also available to pair with your device, so bring your favorite music! Two other similar TVs are located in the bedroom closets and can be moved into your room of choice. Working From Home/Vacation? Should you need a dedicated space for remote work, there is a portable desk as well as a Wi-Fi enabled printer in the living room sideboard. Feel free to set up your mobile office on the lanai, or in one of the bedrooms for more privacy. My favorite thing about the house is enjoying the screened lanai (porch) and beautiful private pool surrounded by palm trees and tropical landscaping! The lanai has a cute seating area to have morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, and there's a small, four person dining table for breakfast, your laptop, or even enjoying a full meal. A Weber gas grill is available just around the corner of the house. And out by the pool, there are 4 chaise lounge chairs to catch the rays and relax. Want to bring the outside in? Open up the 16 foot sliding glass wall (after turning off the AC of course) and enjoy the outdoors right from the living room! Heading to the beach or enjoying the water? In addition to plenty of beach towels, I also have beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, and some buckets/shovels (for kids) that you are welcome to use. There are also two kayaks available for your use, which are great to paddle around Boca Ciega Bay, which is accessible at Maximo Park just down the road. Guest access The house is spacious and comfortable for up to six guests. There are three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room, a dining area and a full kitchen. The back area has a large screened porch and a private pool surrounded by a large fenced patio.
