Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00. Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage. Other things to note The pool is about 7 feet deep, with a swallow end. To heat the pool, it's an additional fee of $90 a day for the heater for the entirety of your stay, so you must pay the total number of days booked. Please confirm 48 hours before your arrival if you need the pool heated, so we can make arrangements for someone to turn it on the day you arrive, with no last-minute requests. Hot Tub: The hot tub is not available until the Fall/Winter months due to the extremely high temps and for everyone safety. *IMPORTANT: Pool equipment can only be operated by the host. Guests are not allowed to operate it unless instructed to! DO NOT REMOVE THE POOL VACUUM. As soon as the heater is turned on is when you are charged this fee. Even though it may take 10-24 hours to heat depending on the temperature, the cost is the price to use the gas. Pool and jacuzzi cleaning is not available on weekends, so if you check in on these days, the pool and hot tub will be serviced the next cleaning day. Monday and Friday are the regular cleaning days, with no exceptions except Holidays. There are no scheduled cleaning times. Also, if there is a storm or high winds when you check in during your stay, please notify us, and we will try our best to get pool service out the next business day, depending on their schedule.
