Guest access Guests will have access the entire house and private pool. - POOL: This home has an outdoor pool with a screen enclosure, the pool is cleaned and serviced once a week. The cleaning company send some one every Saturday, he will get in through the back yard door. We have a pool fence in the pool area in the corner behind the plant. We recommend to put the fence to ensure the safety, especially if have small children. - POOL HEATER: The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $35 per day if the stay is from 1 to 3 nights and $30 per day if the stay is from 3 to more nights. This is recommended between the months of October & April. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 3-day advance notice. Please note that pool water may take up to 48 hours to be fully heated from 83 to 87 degrees F. To be able to keep this temperature we need you to cover the pool unrolling the blue pool blanket when the pool is not in use and during the nights( if not follow this step the pool won’t warm up and we can not guarantee to reach this temperature) The pool heater works through heat exchange and might not function in cooler weather (under 55 degrees F). - PARKING: Traveling with boats, motor homes, campers and / or extra-large trailers will not be permitted. These extra-large vehicles cannot be accommodated because of the association rules . (Standard cars, trucks, minivans and SUV vehicles are fine and can fit up to 4 (PARKING IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR MORE THAN 4 CARS.). - There is NO access to the covered garage. POOL & JACUZZI — NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY / SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK No running or horseplay in the pool or deck area, as this may cause serious injury. Pool heating is available upon request, with 24-hour advance notice, a minimum of 3 consecutive days, at a cost of USD $35 per day plus taxes. Unauthorized use of pool heating will be charged. Pool temperature is set to 86°F. Depending on weather conditions, water temperature may vary. Pool heating fees are non-refundable, regardless of weather.
