APP FEE : $65 per person 18+ *Every adult must submit an application. 
DEPOSIT: Equivalent to one months rent minimum and due within 24 hours of approval 
RENT: FULL FIRST MONTH'S RENT IS DUE ONE WEEK BEFORE MOVE IN DATE 
PET FEES: $500 Per Dog/ $300 Per Cat and a $25+ monthly fee per pet (Based on FIDO score) 
$30 pet screening profile per pet.

Broken leases accepted - Only if they are over 2 years old and you must have at least 1 year of good rental history with current landlord.

BENEFIT PACKAGE NOTICE: Each property has a resident benefit package, details of which are available upon approval. Monthly administration fees for each property are assessed between $40.00 and $150.00 per property. Certain properties require fees for mandatory lawn care services. LIABILITY INSURANCE NOTICE: All tenants are required to maintain Liability Insurance in the minimum amount of $100,000.00 during the lease term. If the tenant fails to maintain the Required Insurance coverage, Landlord will purchase such insurance and charge the cost of the insurance with an administration fee to the tenant. Failure to maintain the required insurance will result in additional fee of up to $15.00 per month. Please read the Required Insurance Addendum to the lease for details.
