This beautiful new townhome is fully stocked and provides you with everything you need for a get away. The space The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. There is a dining table with four chairs and four barstools at the kitchen counter. There is also a high chair for the any little ones. There are beach towels provided for your use, along a beach wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys! The beach is a 7 block walk directly down the street. Bring your pups, as the back and side yard are fully fenced in. There is also a back patio with lounge seating and a grill. The living room space has plenty of seating. Enjoy a smart TV with Roku, board games and jenga. There are four bedrooms on the upper level and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed with a luxury mattress and attached bathroom with a shower and two sinks. Toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided along with a hair dryer. There are two other bedrooms each with queen beds, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. The washer and dryer are located on the upper floor with the bedrooms. Downstairs bedroom has a King Bed. The Primary Bedroom is Upstairs with a King Bed, full bathroom & wet bar. The 3rd Bedroom has 2 Twin beds. The 4th has a Queen and Twin Bed. Comfortably sleeps 9 but there is a sofa or an air mattress for a 10th person.  The home is designed with everything you need to feel at home with a fully functional kitchen, linens, hairdryers, coffee pot, toaster, coffee pot, kettle , Keurig, pots and pans, etc. There are 5 total decks for enjoying the outdoors, outdoor shower with hot and cold water for rinsing off after the beach, and high speed internet to enjoy all your favorite streaming services or be able to work from the beach.  There are 3 designated parking spaces for guest in front of the home. The owner reserves the right to use the driveway and guest house in the back that is a separate structure and not included in the nightly rate. Home has a pack and play, high chair, and gate on the spiral staircase for children but keep in mind there are a lot of stairs when bringing small children. Children under 14 should be supervised on the rooftop deck and no person should step or climb on any railings.  This home is situated in a residential area and noise must be inside after 10pm, no large parties allowed. Open up the double garage doors to feel the ocean breeze while playing in the game room. Truly a place to gather & enjoy! Less than 10 minutes from Mayo as well! The space This beautifully updated one-story beach home is perfect for the entire family! Four bedrooms include: 1 king, 2 queens, and a daybed that can be converted from a twin to a king - each with their own smart TV. The fourth bedroom also features a workspace and games - great flexibility for large groups! Enjoy a spacious family room and kitchen with enough seating for all. Throw some tunes on the soundbar, light up the grill, and make yourself at home! The pool will be heated to 80-85 degrees from March-November for your stay depending on ambient temperature. Please note that this temperature range is cool/comfortable but may not feel “warm” to some people. This is standard for most heated pools, but we share this to manage expectations. The heater will not operate when the ambient air temperature falls below 60°F due to a built-in safety mechanism. For this reason, we are unable to heat the pool December-February. We can not provide refunds if weather is uncooperative during your stay. Because of our beautifully landscaped wooded yard, leaves and other debris will unavoidably fall into the pool, especially after a storm or on windy days. However, we will make every effort to ensure you have a sparkling clean pool upon your arrival. We provide a skimmer and a handheld pool vacuum cleaner you may use if you wish. The garage has been converted to a game room and opens up with double-doors to enjoy the ocean breeze! Ping pong, basketball, darts, cornhole, etc. - making the home a destination itself! The large fenced backyard has a pool with sun loungers and umbrella, outdoor shower, patio, firepit, and hammock. You'll love the space to spread out, relax and enjoy this outdoor oasis! Or take one of the four provided beach cruisers to the beach (bike lock, helmets, and tire pump also provided). Lastly, we have worked to provide all the essentials that may not have fit into your suitcase: beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, beach toys....and a wagon to get it all to the sand! Other things to note - The pool service comes once a week for maintenance and cleaning. - The double driveway allows for parking for up to four vehicles. - We provide four bicycles, helmets, bike locks, and a bike pump for guests to use at their own risk. We can also provide contact information for a local business that rents bicycles if more are needed. - Propane is provided for the grill. We ask guests to pickup firewood if they plan to use the firepit.
