These beautiful cabins rest on a peaceful 5-acre property in Trenton, Georgia with mountain views. Enjoy the 2 fire pits, 2 hot tubs, 2 gas grills, jacuzzi tub inside and hammocks that come with this property! Just 5 minutes from Downtown Trenton and 30 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga! The space Cabin 1: “Hideaway Lodge” This Cabin is the larger of the two and boasts a gorgeous front porch with adirondack chairs and views surrounded by nature. Take advantage of the hammock, fire pit, and grill right outside! When entering the home, you walk into the open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. This Cabin comfortably sleeps 6 guests and has a huge bathroom with a standing rain shower and a jacuzzi tub! There is one large bedroom downstairs with a King size bed and the second bedroom is the upstairs loft space with two Queen beds and a private balcony! Cabin 2: “Grady’s Hideaway” Just outside the first cabin is an expansive wrap around deck with a hot tub, hammock and plenty of outdoor seating for your group to enjoy. This lofted 1 bedroom cabin that comfortably sleeps 4 people and offers a King size bedroom and 1 full bathroom with a beautifully updated tiled shower. Head upstairs to the living quarters where you will find plenty of seating for 4 people and a twin trundle bed adjacent from the smart TV. One of our favorite things is the cozy book nook, a great place to unwind and relax with some quiet time. Both Cabins have fully stocked kitchens with everything you will need to make a meal during your stay: pots, pans, plate-ware, dish-ware, drink-ware, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. There are 2 smart TV’s in each cabin as well as high speed internet. There is no Cable TV - smart TVs allow for streaming movies and shows. Just 6 minutes from the adorable Downtown Trenton which offers several great restaurants and coffee shops. It’s only 10 minutes from Cloudland Canyon State Park and 30 minutes away from Downtown Chattanooga’s best attractions like Ruby Falls, Rock City, and the Tennessee Aquarium. Other things to note Things you need to know: 1. Neither cabin is suitable for young kids due to the steep stairways to get up too the lofts . 2. Grills: Both cabins have gas grills on the property with propane provided. 3. Dogs: Both homes are dog friendly! Max number of dogs allowed is 2 per cabin. 4. This property is located on a hillside beneath White Oak Gap Road therefore you may hear a little road noise through the tree during your stay. 5. There is NO dishwasher in the larger cabin, only a very small one in the smaller cabin. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the Cabin 1 (Hideaway) but there is not washer and dryer in Cabin 2 (Grady's). 6. There are security cameras on both cabins on the exterior facing the driveway. HOT TUBS: Please advise!! Hot tub maintenance is very important and it’s some thing that we take very seriously in between guest reservations. If the hot tub has to be dumped for sanitary and health safety reasons on a turnover day when the property is booked back to back, it may take 8-12 hours for it to reach high temps. We do the best we can to be proactive with this but ultimately it is out of our control to make the hot tub heat up faster. Health and safety for our guests is very important to us. Weather and Outages! Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel. Welcome to Hideaway Lodge! This beautiful rustic 2 BED 1 BATH cabin can comfortably sleep 6 people and boasts an open concept living room and kitchen with beautiful vaulted ceilings. Experience nature and tranquility while soaking in the hot tub or enjoying the front porch with your morning coffee. Gather around the campfire and hammock while grilling out! Located in Trenton, Georgia, it's only 30 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga which has lots of restaurants and attractions to see!! The space Home Layout: When entering the cabin, the open concept living room and fully stocked kitchen is on left and the the bedroom with a king bed is on the right. The large stairway in the middle of the room goes up to the second bedroom which is an open concept loft space that has 2 queen beds and a private balcony. Down by the kitchen, there is a dining table with seating for 6 and a  bathroom with a standing shower and a jacuzzi bath tub. Right next to the bathroom is the laundry area with a large washer and dryer that you are welcome to use during your stay. The living room has a gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV and 2 comfy couches. There is also a large smart TV in the master bedroom downstairs. There is no Cable TV - smart TVs allow for streaming movies and shows by logging in with your own apps. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole entire cabin. Other things to note 1. This property is dog-friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed. 2. A gas grill is available for guest use. We provide propane and grill utensils. 3. There is no dishwasher, but we provide a drying rack, dish soap, and towels. 4. There is another cabin on the opposite side of the property. Guests in that cabin do not have access to this cabin or its surrounding areas. 5. The upstairs loft is not suitable for young children due to the steep staircase leading up to the loft. 6. There is no cable TV. Smart TVs are available for streaming—just log in with your own apps. 7. The cabin is located on a hillside below White Oak Gap Road, so you may hear some road noise through the trees during your stay. HOT TUB: Please advise!! Hot tub maintenance is very important and it’s something that we take very seriously in between guest reservations. If the hot tub has to be dumped for sanitary and health safety reasons on a turnover day when the property is booked back to back, it may take 8-12 hours for it to reach high temps. We do the best we can to be proactive with this but ultimately it is out of our control to make the hot tub heat up faster. Health and safety for our guests is very important to us. Weather and Outages! As advertised, there will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. Our Favorite Things About This Home: Cloudland Summit is a beautiful home with many updated features, cozy bedrooms, and a spacious living area. We love the master bathroom’s large walk-in closet and sleek bathroom that features a double vanity, soaking bathtub, and tiled standing shower. The living room and kitchen provide an open floor plan to maximize time spent with your loved ones as well as lots of different card games and boards to play! It has a huge sectional sofa and plenty of additional seating with a giant flat screen smart TV.  The outdoor back patio is a highly desirable feature of the home as it contains a hot tub, outdoor seating, propane grill, and a swinging hammock! Home Layout: As you enter Cloudland Summit through the front door, to your immediate right are two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen and twin bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. As you continue into the home, you are greeted with an open-concept living room, fully stocked kitchen, and dining table. Off of the kitchen is a spacious laundry room with access to the garage. Off the living room are double-glass doors that open to the pack porch. The porch includes outdoor seating, a grill, and a hot tub. Also off of the living room is the large master bedroom with a king bed, smart TV, a huge and gorgeous master bathroom with an updated double vanity, soaking bathtub, and a tiled shower. There is also a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom. As you head up the stairs, there is one bedroom with a queen bed, two twin beds, a smart TV and one full bathroom attached to it. Parking: Garage space for 1 vehicle, plus driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. If you choose to use the garage, it must be opened from the inside. There is no garage remote available for guest use. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to make a meal during your stay; Pots, pans, plate-ware, dish-ware, drink-ware, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. Straight ahead is the king bedroom that has a smart TV as well as a full bathroom with a large standing shower. Head upstairs to the living quarters where you will find plenty of seating for 4 and a twin trundle bed adjacent from the smart TV. One of our favorite things is the cozy book nook which is our favorite place to unwind and relax for some quiet time. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole entire home. Other things to note 1. Dogs - This property is dog-friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed. 2. A gas grill is available for guest use. We provide propane and grill utensils. 3. There is another cabin on the opposite side of the property. Guests in that cabin do not have access to this cabin or its surrounding areas. 4. The upstairs loft is not suitable for young children due to the steep staircase. 5. There is no cable TV. Smart TVs are available for streaming—just log in with your own apps. 6. The cabin is located on a hillside below White Oak Gap Road, so you may hear some road noise through the trees during your stay. 7. There are security cameras on the exterior of the cabin facing the driveway. HOT TUBS:  Please advise!! Hot tub maintenance is very important and it’s some thing that we take very seriously in between guest reservations.  If the hot tub has to be dumped for sanitary and health safety reasons on a turnover day when the property is booked back to back, it may take 8-12 hours for it to reach high temps. We do the best we can to be proactive with this but ultimately it is out of our control to make the hot tub heat up faster. After watching the sunset, the stars come out over the twinkling city lights of Trenton, and a Victorian lamp post lights the deck for nighttime activity. Indoors, watch a movie on the 86” TV, or plug your gaming system or presentation laptop into the HDMI wall outlet. Many miles of hiking, running, and mountain bike trails are available minutes away, including at the main Cloudland Canyon Overlook Trailhead, the West Rim Trailhead, the Backcountry/Cloudland Connector Trailhead, the Ascalon Trailhead, 5 Points Trailhead, Nickajack Trailhead, and many more. The house has a shed for secure, covered bike storage, with a rack, pump, tools, and work stand. A hose is provided out front to wash your bike. Outside, Adirondack chairs, an outdoor dining table, and a cliffside bar table with four chairs offer the ability to enjoy the large deck, which has incredible views of three states, with the clouds and sky keeping you mesmerized while they shift continuously from fog to clear to cloudy skies. The living room and dining room face the cliffside view as well, with large windows and plenty of seating. Fireplace in living room not available for use. The fireplace is not available for use for fires, but does house a candelabra that you’re welcome to light for ambiance. The library houses 400+ books, curated to be the best of the best from many different genres. As an amenity, each book has a sticker in the front cover offering purchase of it for a small replacement fee, so you never have to be afraid to start a book that you won't have time to finish. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils, and includes a table with a view of the farm and lake across the street. There's a Keurig and regular pot coffee-maker available. Each of the bedrooms has a theme based on the owner's favorite places to travel, and decorated with their professional photos of those places. The Maine Room is the Master Bedroom. It houses a king bed, a desk, and two barrel chairs facing the view. Please note that there is a sliding door in this room, and it is directly facing the cliffside with no fences, so use caution. The Maine Room has a large ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a walk-in closet off of the bathroom that is large enough for a pack and play, if you're traveling with a baby. The Jekyll Room also faces the view. It has a queen bed with storage drawers, a chair and ottoman, and a wardrobe for your clothes (no closet.) Right outside the door of Jekyll is a bathroom with a tub and shower. Though Jekyll has a sliding door that is great for the view, it is not to be utilized to go outdoors. The Montana Room has a queen bed on the ground level, and a twin bed in the Magical Loft overhead. The Magical Loft is the perfect place to curl up with a fantasy novel, letting the ceiling of stars immerse you into your story. The Montana Room has a closet, a storage ottoman, a storage bed, and two chairs. The Saguaro Room has a queen bed on the ground level, and a twin-sized bed in the Desert Loft overhead. The Desert Loft has a window facing the street and is another great place to read, nap, or sleep. The Saguaro room has a closet, a storage ottoman, and two chairs. The third loft is open to the living room and has two twin-sized trundle beds, for a total of 4 twin beds. The view is fantastic and the space is set apart, making it a perfect place for kids and teens to hang out, with their own couch, bean bag chairs, and a game table made from a safe. Safety and Mobility: Aside from the staircases going into the three lofts, there are multiple sets of 2-3 stairs (without handrails) throughout the house, so be aware of that for mobility needs. There are also multiple places where the house property has direct drop-offs. The views are incredible, but please use care, especially with young children. Minutes away from Hang Gliding/Paragliding (Lookout Mountain Flight Park), Howards Waterfall Cave, Lineman College, Cloudland Canyon State Park, Wilderness Outdoor Drive In Theater (seasonal), Alpaca Farm, and much more. Chattanooga and its best attractions are only a 20ish minute drive - Rock City, Ruby Falls, Incline Railway, Aquarium, Children’s Discovery Museum, etc. Even if you don’t have your vacation fully mapped out, the Trenton, GA Welcome Center is located in the same parking lot to assist with all of your tourism needs. The Corner Coffee Suite was built in the 1800s and is the oldest and most historic building in Trenton, Ga. It has housed many vital small businesses throughout the years, but now is home to the town’s coffee shop, Corner Coffee. Along with wonderful coffee, they offer a lovely assortment of breakfast and lunch options. The coffee shop hours are Wednesday-Friday 7am-2pm and Saturday 8am-2pm. They are closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. The Suite: It is located next door to the coffee shop. The unit is 1 bedroom and 1 bath with a fully fenced in yard with a roomy deck! A few steps are necessary to enter the apartment but once inside, it is all one level. The apartment is equipped with a living area and small couch, bar top seating, kitchen (no stove or oven, but a double burner plate and toaster oven), full size fridge and dishwasher. There is one bedroom, equipped with a queen size bed, that is capable of being completely closed off from the other spaces. Large closet with extra blankets and pillows. Full bathroom with a spacious shower. Separate utility room with stackable washer and dryer. Off the back door is a nice sized patio with a small grass lawn, fully enclosed with a fence.
