Largo is a quiet residential area close to beautiful beaches. We are also close to all kinds of shops/restaurants. Just a few blocks to the Largo Golf Course, the Southwest Recreation Complex/pool, Botanical Gardens, Publix, and Starbucks. House is renovated and equipped with WiFi, central A/C. Free parking. 1.5 hrs to Orlando Disneyland. The space We recommend that guests obtain trip cancellation insurance. The house has very comfortable Ikea beds in all rooms and a queen pullout in the living room. The dining room table seats 6 and there is also a kitchen gathering table that is perfect for socializing, eating, or for preparing food. The backyard has a patio area. Full size washer and dryer are also in the house for your use. Both the living room and master bedroom have flat screen Roku streaming tvs. Parking -There is a huge u-shaped driveway with lots of room. There is also a 1 car garage. Air Conditioning - The central AC can be set to cool or heat. Internet - High speed wireless internet connection. TV - The Living room has a flat screen 40" Roku streaming TV. The master bedroom also has a flat screen Roku streaming TV. Both TVs offer free on air programs as well as streaming services like Netflix, Prime, Youtube, Disney, Tubi, etc. . Laundry - There is a full-size washer and dryer in the garage. Linens and Towels The house is stocked with sheets and towels. The cleaners will clean at the end of your stay. You are welcome to use the washer and dryer if you need clean towels and sheets during your stay. Beach Equipment - There may be a is a variety of beach toys, masks/snorkels, folding chairs, sun umbrellas etc. in the garage that has built up over time. We do not mange this equipment and the inventory changes all the time as some equipment wears out and some guests leave behind their unwanted beach toys. BBQ There is a propane BBQ in the back. We ask guests to understand that we cannot manage the propane usage. Guests may have to exchange or refill tank .  Pool There is huge community pool just a few minutes walk. Beaches The ocean is just a short drive away. There are so many beaches close by, up and down the coast. Our favorite beach is Indian Rocks Beach at 12th Ave. It is only 8 minutes drive from the house and it has free parking right at the beach. The space The Space was remodeled in 2021. The house has security camera's covering the exterior of the house. This is for the guests and the properties safety. Enjoy the sea, you are a 5 min drive from the beach and close to everything. Feels good! The space The master bedroom has a king size bed, view on the pool, a dressing and a master bathroom with shower. Bedrooms number 2 & 3 have a queen bed each and share a bathroom with bathtub. High ceilings in the living, dining and kitchen open space area with view on the pool and Florida native plants which surround the house. The 65 inch OLED TV screen in the living room comes with all premium channels to enjoy your favorite programs. It has also the Roku System integrated so you can log with your credentials for Netflix, Hulu, Prime... The private pool is larger than standard Florida pools, has recently been resurfaced, and comes with an extra small pool tub where you can sit in the water for reading, listening music or just rest (NO spa/hot tub function). The pool is heated and set at 85 degrees from Nov to Apr (the temperature can be increased for an extra fee of $30/day). We have installed a removable security fence to prevent little ones accessing the pool without supervision. The pool screen door opens to the outside area for BBQ lovers, still surrounded by the native plants and a beautiful pine tree. Parking is available directly on the property in front of the garage. There is also special space along the house to park a trailer or a boat. The pool is heated and set at 85 degrees (the temperature can be increased for an extra fee of $20/day). It does NOT have Jacuzzi/spa function. Belleair Pool stops by every Thursday morning to service the pool and will access the pool area directly from the screen door. We ask our guests to please respect this quiet neighborhood. No loud music or any other behavior that might disturb our neighbors is permitted. No parties allowed. Noise levels have to be kept down after 10pm. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. Please note that a grill is provided, but propane is not included. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane if needed. We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a ring camera on the front door. We appreciate your understanding!

No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check in. Check-In Policy Prior to your arrival you will be provided with a 4 digit access code for the smartlock located on the front door. We also have a ring doorbell if you are having trouble getting in. Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Late check-outs and early check-ins: Early check-ins and late check-outs will not be available. Occupancy Only the confirmed number of guests are allowed on the property. We do not allow more than guests at any time. Outside visitors are not permitted. No Party Policy The Qorban Harvest enforces a strict No Party Policy for the comfort and security of our guests and neighbors. Excessive noise will not be tolerated at any time. Should guests violate this policy, a warning will be issued. A second violation will result in immediate eviction from the house without refund. Safety Adults must keep a constant check on children at all times, especially around the Hot tub, driveway/road. Security For guest security, please lock all windows and doors when leaving the property. Outdoor security cameras are located in the front and back of the house. Smoking Smoking is allowed outside only, and cigarette butts must be disposed of at the end of guests stay. Please make sure sliding doors, (or front door) are closed while smoking and any evidence of smoking inside of the house will result in a $1,000 fee. Pets Guests are welcome to have 2 large well behaved dogs or up to 4 small well behaved dogs. Please no cats or puppies message us if you have a special request. The dogs are not to be on furniture or carpeted areas. Dogs must be on a leash any time guests leave the house. The front yard is not fenced in and dogs are prohibited from swimming in the pool. Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets and disposing of their droppings in the outside garbage. The Qorban Harvest is not responsible for pets who escape the property or are lost during the guest stay. The Qorban harvest is not responsible for injuries or accidents that pets may cause or experience. The Pet Fee is $100 per stay however The Pool House reserves the right to increase pet fees for stays longer than one week if necessary. Photography Commercial photography and filming are prohibited on property without prior approval from Management. A $1,000 fee (but not limited to) will be charged if violated. Trash and Recycling Trash Place garbage bin out on Monday evenings and Friday evenings, (garbage truck comes very early in the am next day) Furniture and Room Furnishings All furniture, furnishings and kitchenware must be returned to its original placement prior to checking out. Open Fires No fires may be created on the property under any circumstance, violation of this will result in a $1,000 fine. Fireworks Although fireworks are sold legally in Florida, they are prohibited in our neighborhood and on any of the property grounds. Any violation of this rule will result in a $1,000 fine + any damages, with immediate eviction of the property. Damage Damage resulting to property during guests' stay will result in additional fees. Such damage would include the cost of cleaning bedding and upholstery, and fumigation if the guest smokes in a room, and/or damage to furniture, rugs, walls and fixtures as well as replacing missing items such as bedding, towels, furnishings, kitchenware, etc. Rates & policies subject to change.

Come unwind at this family home🌴 The space Beaches to see are Indian Rocks beach just 7 minutes away, Clearwater Beach just 15 minutes away, Treasure Island beach around 20 minutes, Redington Beach around 17 minutes, Madeira beach around 15 minutes and Ana Maria Island which is so beautiful to visit is around an hour. Now enough about the beaches Tampa & St. Pete are about a half hour away to some of the cities best restaurants and night life! There’s so much activities to do and see! What I love about my property is it’s on a dead end street with not so much traffic and the backyard is like its own oasis! Lounge back there and listen to your favorite music with a nice cold drink or drink your coffee in the morning enjoying your stay. Just added a brand new inground pool & spa to relax & unwind! We also added an outdoor shower you can use when coming back from the beach to get all that sand off of you & for those that enjoy showering outdoors feeling tropical! Nice seating area back there with your feet hitting the shells & perfect little dining area to sit at as well. You will not be disappointed with your stay, relax, unwind and feel at home 🏡 Guest access The whole house is yours. The parts locked up & no guest access are the garage & shed.
