The Pressian: Oceanfront, Pool & Hot Tub

New in 2022, the Coastal "N" is your perfect beach destination. Located a short stroll from the beach, Coastal "N" has 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 living rooms (one is a game room), 2 laundry rooms and a gigantic private, heatable salt water pool. The Coastal "N" can sleep up to 22 and is super kid-friendly. There is even a kid's reading nook called "Pirate's Cove" where kids can grab book and just get away from it all!! Adults and kids alike will love the peaceful pool area! The space The Coastal “N” is very unique, in that, it is not an open floor plan. The home was originally a duplex, but was never two separate units. The dining room is the connecter between the two sides. The second owner wanted more space, so he enclosed the ground level taking a raised beach home and adding 3 bedrooms, a full spa-like bathroom, a half bath and another living room we made into a game room. The size of the home (over 4,700 sqft) allows all 22 guests to be together when they want, but the 3 separate living areas lets guests “get away”when they want to avoid Uncle Pete’s uncomfortable political discussions or Aunt Susie recounting how many trips to the eye doctor it took to her her glasses to fit “just right”. Two separate kitchens (connected with the dining room) allow for plenty of cooking space and kitchen equipment to serve all 22 guests. The pool! Ah…the pool. You’ll love this pool!! It is 13’x28’ (which is really not common in this vacation rental market) goes from 3’ to over 5’ deep. It has several in-water seating ledges and a lip around the whole pool that help little ones to get out of the pool. The seating around the pool will accommodate 22+. Bring your portable Bluetooth speakers so you can stream your favorite tunes by the pool (just keep the volume to a reasonable level please). During the Summer (Memorial Day to right before Labor Day), we are a 7-night minimum, Sunday to Sunday rental. Labor Day to Memorial Day, we offer a 3-night minimum. Legal Stuff: A legal agreement will need to be e-signed via our property management platform right after booking. We require a $300 security deposit by way of a “hold” on a valid credit card. This will be collected via our property management software 3 days prior to your arrival and released if no damages are found before 14 days after your departure. Guest access Smart lock Here are the lock instructions: The “front door” is up the exterior steps to the left of the house (left—facing the house). On the lock, just touch anywhere on the screen to ‘wake it up’. Enter your numerical code (the last four of your cell) and then the check mark icon (lower left). When you leave, just pull the door firmly shut and press the “Yale” logo on the top center of the display. Other things to note This home, with its 3 separate living spaces, was thoughtfully designed for three or four families to share the home for a week (or more). Meaning, we didn’t “cram beds in rooms to put as many heads in beds as possible”. We see this all too often in other vacation rentals. Since this home was originally set up as a duplex, one family could have the West Side, with its queen, queen, full configuration. Another family could have the East Side, with its queen, two twin XL configuration. Yet another family could have the entire ground level, with its king, twin, full and queen Murphy bed configuration. We don’t have bunks…again, it’s not about cramming beds in rooms…it’s about thoughtful layout and making the best experience possible for our guests.

Pool Paradise is a newly renovated 8 bed/6 bath house with a huge pool deck in the middle of the Garden City Peninsula. Bring your boat, RV, campers or any other toys! There's room for everything! The house, which sleeps 20, has recently been renovated with no expense spared! Everything from the bathrooms to the pool and backyard has been redone! The 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms makes this house perfect for large groups or multiple families that like to have their own separate spaces. The space Pool Paradise is second row on S. Waccamaw dr. It’s a private house with a private pool. The beach access is about a 45 second walk across the street. We understand how special vacations are to everyone and we strive to make sure your stay with us is perfect! If there's anything we can do for you pre, or post arrival to make your trip memorable, please let us know! We supply beach towels, bath towels and linens for free. There are beach chairs at the house for our guests to use as well.
