Out of respect for our neighbors, noise disturbances of any kind will not be tolerated. Noise violations will result in immediate removal from the property with no refund. *Parking policy- 5 vehicles max. No street parking is allowed per the city. No boats or RV's. We have a 2-car garage that's available for guest use as well as 4 additional driveway parking spaces. -No smoking inside -No parties -No pets -No unregistered guests (8 max) -City quiet hours are 9p-8a - No glass in the pool room Guest Safety The pool room has a smart lock using the same code as your front door (shared before your stay). Keep the pool door locked when not in use and overnight, and never share the code with children. The upper deadbolt, out of reach for kids, should also be used. Your door code can be changed virtually at any time if needed. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are on every floor, a fire extinguisher is in the kitchen, and a fire escape ladder is in the master bedroom closet. Exterior cameras: We have 2 exterior Ring cameras. One is a doorbell camera, located to the right of the front door, and the other is a flood light camera located above the garage on the left side. Both cameras face the front of the property. Pool Room Safety: No lifeguard on duty- use the pool, sauna, and hot tub at your own risk. All children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No running, diving, or rough play. Limit hot tub and sauna use to 15 minutes per session. No children in the hot tub or sauna. No loud music or disruptive behavior. Do not use the hot tub or sauna while pregnant or if you have health conditions. Outside you will find the hot tub under the covered patio, table and chairs, grill and fire pit.
