Each house offers its own set of amenities, ensuring everyone has their own space while still being in close proximity. - Bedroom and bathroom layouts: Cottage A: - Main bedroom (king bed) + en suite bathroom - ground floor. - Queen bedroom + en suite bathroom - upstairs. - Bedroom with two twin beds - upstairs. * And one shared bathroom on the ground floor. Cottage B: - Master bedroom with a king bed - Ground Floor. - Bedroom with a twin bed + trundle - Lower Level. - Bedroom with two twin beds - Lower Level. * One full bathroom on each floor. - Quiet Hours: We kindly request all guests to observe the town's quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am. This allows everyone to enjoy a peaceful and restful stay. - No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the houses or on the premises. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the property smoke-free. - Pet-Friendly Accommodation: We understand the joy of bringing your furry friend along on your vacation. We allow up to 2 dogs (DOGS ONLY) to accompany you with a non-refundable pet fee of $55 per pet per stay. Unfortunately, we are unable to host cats due to allergies. If a Guest brings a dog and does not inform us, a $1,000 pet fee will apply. Failure to inform us about your dog's presence may result in a $1,000 pet fee. - Keypad: Enter the code and then press "Unlock." The code will be sent to you 2 days before check-in. - Spiral Staircase: Please note that the Brown House has a spiral staircase that may not be suitable for young children or individuals with mobility concerns.
