All three bedrooms contain essentials plus we provide extra linen sets for emergencies. We stock our bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair accessories. Our indoor play area features play areas, boardgames, and an air hockey table. We provide a full-size washer, dryer, and detergent for your convenience. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome is close to major freeways. 20 mins to Westworld in Scottsdale, 25 mins to Westgate Entertainment district(which includes Gila River Arena, Cardinals football stadium, Tanger Outlet mall). Close to hiking trails within Phoenix and many golf courses. This place is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, TV, free wi-if, in unit washing machine & dryer. There is garage parking within the townhome and access to the community heated pool, hot-tub, fitness centre and children playground. There is 3 private bedrooms. 2 good sized ones upstairs & smaller one downstairs. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed & full sized bathroom & walk-in closet. The vaulted ceilings and abundance of natural light make the home feel roomy and bright. The fireplace is a dual sided feature and we have electric logs to heat living room or get that cozy feeling of a lighted fire. The night stand lamps in the king and queen rooms have wireless charging stations for compatible phones. Our pool is approximately 12,000 gallons and not huge but a fun pool to play in and it has available heat for your stay @ $50/day. We have a newly installed fence around our pool to help keep children safe. Just let the host know you want this feature when you reserve the home. We think the patio area is cozy and set up for entertaining with lots of seating areas and available heated pool. There is a barbecue grill, and a fire pit with barbecue forks hanging nearby to roast a hot dog or marshmallow on the fire. The garage has been set up as a play space or gathering place at night. Put the automatic door up and enjoy the pool table/table tennis, dart board, corn hole game, or giant Jenga game. The home is not cluttered and is comfortable for any families with guests. You will be steps away from hiking trails and only 25 minutes away from Sky Harbor Airport, downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale, State Farm Stadium, TPC Scottsdale, ASU, and GCU. The space I am a native Arizonan who loves the outdoors and all things baseball, golfing, hiking, and fishing. My home reflects my passions. I always wanted to live in a place where I could enjoy the stunning Arizona sunsets and mountains from my kitchen windows, walk to hiking trails (suitable for all levels of hikers), and still be just minutes from championship golf courses, all the local sports venues and universities, and downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale. Guest access Guests may access all parts of the home except (1) master closet, (2) storage closet above office closet, (3) filing cabinet in office, (4) outdoor storage rooms, and (5) one of the spaces in the garage occupied by host's vehicle. The office adjoining the master suite has plenty of closet space. The driveway can easily accommodate three or four vehicles in addition to the one space available in the garage. It features a large open concept living area with lots of natural sunlight, vaulted ceilings, and a wood burning fireplace. Thanks to the Arizona Sun, almost all of the homes electricity needs are powered by solar. So you can rest easy here knowing you're leaving a cleaner carbon footprint. When you step inside, you are greeted by an open, bright living room with plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family. Enjoy Movie Night? Our Living room features a 55" Samsung flat screen with 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround Sound and ultra plush couches. There is also a PS4 with lots of games and DVD's. You may also enjoy a good book by the fireplace in our reading nook. Our dining area & kitchen together seat 9 people, all within conversation proximity, which gives it a very family-oriented space.
