It has been cleaned, painted, furnished, and new sod laid in the large yard in the Spring of 2021 and is now ready for guests. The living room has comfortable seating and a large screen TV for streaming your most recent binge series. You can gather there and plan the day's activities or simply decide to just hang in the shady back yard or walk to the beach and spend the day being lazy on the sand beach and dipping your toes into the warm gulf waters. The dining area is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your catch of the day while seeing who can tell the biggest fish story! Or, if the fishing wasn't successful, simply purchase from the boats some fresh shrimp and have a shrimp boil. For those meals where you wish not to cook, there are a myriad of restaurants and pubs within just a few minutes drive that offer all manner of food varieties and styles. The bedrooms are configured with a king bed in the master with its own private bath and with a flat screen TV. The remaining 3 bedrooms offer a queen bed and two bedrooms with 2 twin beds each. The second bath is located adjacent to these bedrooms. The large rear yard is completely fenced with a privacy fence. There is a large patio where you can sit and enjoy the evening gulf breeze. The owner has provided a cover for the rear porch, so you can escape the sun or rain while still enjoying the huge, nice yard. AND, there is a new BBQ grill that has just been added. As previously mentioned, the Coast offers a ton of activities for all ages and group sizes. The Coast consists of a 26-mile fully public beach area connecting Biloxi, Gulfport, Long Beach, and Pass Christian. The quaint towns of Ocean Springs on the east and Bay St Louis on the west are bookends for the Coast and offer many tasty restaurants, pubs, boutiques, art studios, and historic areas. Just a few of the many things you can do is visit one of the following: a brand new Aquarium, a huge model train museum, a NASA space museum with hands-on activities, the Mardi Gras museum, The Maritime Museum, and Lynn Meadows Discovery Center-a nationally recognized children's activity center. The space As you enter from the street, you have your choice of two private driveways to park in. You can get two cars in the south driveway and he east driveway can accommodate three cars. There is no street parking You will walk up the back covered stairs to access the door that has a smart lock on it. First floor: As you enter, you step into a beautiful open concept living space that contains a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is highlighted by custom quartz countertops, modern new appliances (including a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot). For those who enjoy cooking, we have fully stocked the kitchen with pots, pans and cooking utensils. You are also equipped with silverware plates and glasses for 10 people plus a few extra. It is all apart of The Gulf's Coast rich history! ★ We have two 24/7 motion activated recording cameras overlooking the front door/driveway and the side door, which records video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property and are for guest safety and the home in general. ★ There is a non-refundable $75 PER pet per stay fee. 2 pet Max. There are also several nice Golf courses minutes from the house as well as shopping and lots of great dining options. The space This Mississippi coastal home is a raised cottage with stairs on both the front and rear. Inside you’ll find 1-King bed and 2-Queen beds . There is also a pack and play available. The kitchen is well equipped with basic necessities such as crock pot, blender, pots pans, dishes, silverware and some basic spices and coffee. Downstairs you’ll find a fenced private pool (not heated) with half bath and outdoor pool shower, porch swing, charcoal BBQ grill, Bar top and comfy seating area. Guest access There is parking on site that can fit 4 vehicles. The home is walking distance to most areas. Wal Mart is 2.5 miles away. Golf carts are permitted south of the railroad tracks with the exception of Hwy 90 Beach Blvd. Other things to note Guest must be at-least 26 years of age to book . Railroad tracks are in close proximity to the coast of Long Beach. There will be occasional sound of train passing through. Ring Camera- One camera is mounted on the exterior of home in the parking area. It does record audio and video of parking area for security and will be on during reservations. There are no other cameras located on the property.

The nearest Biloxi casino is Treasure Bay Casino, which is a 22 minute drive. With an extra-long driveway, it accomodate up to three cars or even a trailer! The space You can hang out outside and bbq or stay inside and enjoy the fast WiFi with Roku Tv's in every room. We also offer a full kitchen, laundry room, and coffee station.

We live nearby & personally manage this home & are nearby if you need anything. The space There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a desk and TV and couch in the back living room and another couch, recliner, and TV in the front living room. Only 1.5 blocks to the beach, about a 5 minute walk. This is a quiet home in a neighborhood with a large fenced in backyard. There are 2 living rooms, each with a Roku TV that features Direct TV. There is a sectional patio set with a fire pit over a covered awning in the backyard. All of the beds feature comfortable 12" memory foam mattresses and premium cotton bedding. The kitchen is well equipped with a complete set of pots and pans, K Kup maker, traditional coffee maker, mixer, blender, Instant Pot, and more. There is a dining table that seats six. There is a pack n play, high chair, and propane grill as well! We provide beach towels, toys, wagon, umbrella, cooler, sun lounger, chairs, and more for you to take to the beach. Other things to note This home is only 1.5 blocks to the beach. A short 5 minute walk.
