On the upstairs level are two bedrooms with a full bath, just five steps UP from the main level. On the main level you'll find the kitchen, living room, office, dining area and living room and a flat-screen TV. Glass doors take you out on a deck with a dining table and chairs overlooking the lake. 10 steps down you’ll find a bedroom and bath, plus an additional den with a flat-screen TV in case your group likes watching different programs, with a glass door that leads directly out to the backyard and lake. This den converts to an additional bedroom with a pull out queen sized hide a bed. There is a laundry room with a new washer and dryer, covered outdoor seating, boathouse with tie-ups for two boats, fire pit, charcoal grill, picnic table, and dock. Very nice neighborhood, 5 miles from Georgia College and 4 miles from Lake Sinclair. Walkout Basement, 2 bedrooms, jack and jill bathroom with shower, sinks in each room. Access to lake (22 acre stocked pond), for fishing, enjoy cooking out . Livingroom/ Kitchenette combo includes microwave, small refrigerator. The space Guest suite in large walkout basement. The large pond is approximately 200 ft from the house. There are coyotes, deer, rabbits, water bugs etc. If you are squeamish to wildlife, this is not the place for you. Your living space will be fumigated in May thru summer, when pest are most active. Guest access Enter thru walkout basement. Guest Must Climb Steps on pathway to enter. Other things to note Private entrance from large deck. Great stay for parents visiting college students! No smoking on property, no parties, must clean after pets, no illegal or legal unprescribed drugs, no abusive or offensive language, no altercations.
