Always on the look-out for perfect little nests she can share with all of her friends, Pinkie had heard of a fabulous new possibility and was excited to check it out for herself. She was not disappointed and you will not be either...  Nestled in the popular beach community of Blue Mountain Beach, the neighborhood of Lakeside welcomes guests with its friendly Florida vibe and its seasonally heated community pool. Rolling down the gentle hill in her hot pink Gem cart, one house in particular caught Pinkie’s eye. The all-around newness and fresh blue color made this 2-story beach house at once inviting and Pinkie was immediately drawn to it. Located right next to an adorable nature park, she knew this was something very special.  Cool coastal flooring and shiplap accent walls set the stage so the transitional style décor can do its thing throughout this 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath home. The sleek modern white kitchen with a stunning blue island, all new stainless appliances and farmhouse sink seemed to be just waiting for a gourmet chef to put it to the test. For a minute, Pinkie was tempted to whip up a quick shrimp scampi but decided to continue her tour instead. It was impossible not to notice the great flow between the kitchen, dining and living areas. The dining table could seat 8-10 with the side bench plus 4 more at the counter. Images of fun dinner parties immediately began forming in Pinkie’s head. She noticed something she did not find very often....a screen porch! True in keeping with its Olde Florida style, this outdoor living extension adds great entertainment opportunities, as well as, additional dining and lounging options. Nice!  Pinkie felt right at home in the well-appointed King master suite on the first floor with adjacent master bathroom featuring trough-style sink and walk-in shower with frameless shower doors. Having a bedroom downstairs really appeals to many travelers. Pinkie hopped upstairs to discover a second master bedroom with King bed and ensuite and also a bunk room with full over full bunks plus a full trundle sleeping 6 easily…spacious enough for the younger set to hang out in. But the real surprise is waiting in the open loft…a digital pinball machine with incredible action and sound effects. Shelves filled with games and books make any rainy day no problem. "Just look at all of these screen porches! Every bedroom has its own screen porch...how sweet! And the upstairs master porch even has a swing plus extra seating."  The party continues out back with a new propane grill and a lovely al fresco dining area set under the shady canopy of trees. "This outdoor shower will come in handy!" Pinkie found the garage loaded with all the cool beach gear, 4 bikes and a golf cart. "There are even beach towels here!" All in all, Solaris was quite accommodating and Pinkie felt any group of 10 and a doggie would be more than comfortable at this little guest nest.  Blue Mountain Beach area attractions are all within reach. Named after the plentiful Blue Lupine flower that blankets the dunes here, this community is also the point of highest elevation in the county at a whopping 65 ft!
