Charming 2BR Townhouse *Modern & Cozy*

Foremost, I pride myself in its cleanliness with “enhanced cleaning.” I have no hidden cleaning fee. Note, however, that ABB charges 14% for guest fees and another 9% for other charges. It is a charming two bedroom, one bath artist’s cottage. Across the street from a city park and within walking distance to many downtown attractions. For extended stays I follow AirBB’s suggested 17% weekly and 38% monthly discounts. Friday and Saturday prices are 12% higher. The space I call this my house trailer because otherwise it may be construed to be a trailer house. The trailer is a 1946 ABC. Sandwiched onto a house built around ‘64. (Found 1964 newspaper in walls). In 2017, I remodeled the kitchen, floors and bathroom mostly with reusable material from Home Resource. Guest access Key in lock safe next to front door, but guests may enter come and go through back door. Key works both locks on both doors. Cozy Montana Music Hideaway

Welcome to Gordo's Place! My house is centrally located to downtown, the University of Montana, and the Fairgrounds, making it a great place to stay whilst visiting Missoula. It is nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, full of old ladies and young kids. The interior has all been refinished and is comfy and cozy, while the outdoor space is expansive and relaxing. I have three good sized fish tanks, which are scientifically proven to better your mood. The space I have a large, fenced yard on a corner lot, with lots of street parking available. As you come in the front gate, there a couple of steps down and then back up to the front porch and entry. Inside you will find the kitchen and living room together, where there is a large couch and futon. There should be everything you need in the kitchen the make yourself at home. As you pass through the kitchen you will enter the dining room which looks out into the backyard. Next to this, is the full bathroom, and smaller bedroom. As you walk out to the backyard, you step up one small step into the laundry room, which is adjacent to the larger bedroom and backdoor. Going out back, there is a large deck and patio, with an overheard area that has a "weight room". There are a few ponds and gardens outside, with a large lawn. Outside there is a smoker and propane grill as well as a large picnic table. Guest access Everything except the basement. This basement apartment is part of a 120 year old house, has a separate entrance and is part of the historic Beck House in the University District. The stone walls make for unique decor. Just off the Hip Strip and minutes from Griz Stadium, the University, downtown, and river access. This two bedroom space is a wonderful hub for college visits, concerts, football games or river access. ***PLEASE NOTE: We will be shuttering this location beginning August 2nd.*** **No pets permitted** The space There is free street parking, but no reserved spots. During the school year, students park on Gerald from about 7:45-3:45. This two bedroom basement apartment has a separate entrance from the 120 year old main house. Unique stone walls and sunken living room provide a comfy place to relax after enjoying the lovely area. The sunken living room has two couches and a T.V. with streaming apps loaded. One of the couches can fold down into a bed suitable for a child, teen, or small adult. There is an eat in kitchen with microwave, stove, and small refrigerator. Essential spices, utensils, oils and coffee and tea are included for your cooking needs. The bathroom has a stand-up shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer. Each bedroom has a full size bed with ample pillows, a chest of drawers, and ample areas for charging devices. In the winter, plenty of cozy blankets will be added to the beds. One bedroom includes a table for use as a desk or vanity. You are free to use the bikes in the extra room.You accept liability when you choose to use them. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Across from Rose Park, The Story Book on Brooks Street is a short walk from the fabulous Hip Strip and Clark Fork River. Two spacious bedrooms, a full kitchen, a book- and game-packed living room, spa tub, fenced yard and patio make this the ideal location. The University of Montana and Southgate Mall are just a mile away, and Missoula's fabulous downtown is just over the bridge. The space The Story Book on Brooks Street is an older bungalow-style home in an established neighborhood. Cozy and comfortable, the living room has a comfy sofa, large ottoman and occasional chair, a television with Roku, a desk, and games and books galore. The queen room has a queen bed and rocking chair. The twin room has two twin beds and chairs. The living room couch is also a comfortable sleeping space, which is where a fifth person could sleep. The bathroom has a jetted tub and shower. The kitchen has a large oak table and chairs, oodles of counter space, and almost everything you need for cooking, baking and entertaining. Guest access The guests have use of every area of the house but the basement apartment, which has a separate outside entrance. This apartment is rarely used by the owner, but we launder all linens in that space. The backyard is available for guests and has large shade trees, patio tables and chairs, and a tire swing. Other things to note Brooks Street can get busy during the day and on weekends. You may want to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. During the summer months, with air conditioners and fans running, I never notice the noise. ALSO we have to maintain the property (lawn care and snow removal). We can provide a comfortable folding mattress that works well in the master bedroom for a 5th guest. Please note that we took photos before our curtains and blinds were installed. All windows except for the kitchen window can be fully covered for privacy. We would love to host your pups but must charge a $50 pet fee per dog for our housekeeping team. Lovely and new-ish (2018) 2-bedroom 1-bath 3rd-floor (walk-up) apartment with a view, within easy walking distance of downtown, the University of Montana, Missoula College, and the river-trail system. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped, and the location perfect - with easy access to downtown, the river, the university, Interstate 90, the shuttle to the Kettlehouse Amphitheater, the Wilma Theater, and at the center of the North Hills/Kim Williams-Milwaukee Road/Mount Sentinel/Mount Jumbo/River Walk trail systems. Guest access The apartment is all yours. Your floor is our 2nd-floor long-term tenants' ceiling. We insulated for sound, but please be quiet and courteous, and please remove your shoes. Please read the directions I send prior to your arrival. You're on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. Please let me know if you need help moving suitcases up the stairs, and I'll be here to greet you. You will hear minor street traffic and you will hear the train whistles at the Spruce Street crossing, 6 blocks north of us. The down-wrapped daybed is soft, in the middle of the living room. It is not a good sleep option for an adult, for more than a night. It increases capacity to 5 ppl, but I have not included it in the bed count. I have a twin mattress I can run up, if you prefer that to the day bed. The laundry room is in the southwest corner of the building and is accessed through the alley. We provide stain remover, detergent, etc. but no dryer sheets. Your front-door key also opens the laundry-room door. Please remove your laundry promptly - or ask me to - so that the machines are available to other guests. [note: there's a drying rack if you prefer to hang dry your clothes.] A 2-hour firewall constitutes your 2nd-floor neighbor's ceiling and your floor - but this is an apartment building and noise migrates. Please do not expect complete quiet and please respect house quiet hours, 10 pm - 8 am. The ground-floor studio is also available for nightly rent, if you need more space.
