The space Mixture of exposed brick and painted drywall walls. 12' ceilings on this 120+year old home & the original heart pine floors throughout. 2 bedrooms with double beds & sofa sleeper sleep 2 comfortable. 2 air mattresses as available. 2 baths with showers in each. Very spacious and open. Modern kitchen. Lots of lighting. Large tv in open space. Back porch deck. I live on site in another unit. Like a duplex front to back. There is a secured locked door between the two units. Separate alarms on each side. My entry is from rear/ and airbnb from front road-front and back. I'll never enter space when there is an airbnb guest. The airbnb is everything pictured in listing and is the main house. My unit is not in any pictures. Soundproofing between units to help minimize noise between. Everything pictured is included privately during your stay. There are no host/ guest shared space. Guest access If driving in, the best option is to park in the back gated drive area. There is a 2 hour parking limit on roadside in front of house now from 8 am- 8 pm 7 days a week. So back is best. Opening is a little tight, so easy, peasy, please. Will fit normal size vehicles. Wont accomodate rv's or oversized vehicles. i.e. travel vans. We're surrounded by music studios, Vanderbilt, Belmont, 12South and Hillsboro Village, and an easy drive/walk to Downtown, SoBro and the Gulch. We rent our condo for a minimum of 30 days and maximum of one year, all-inclusive of water, electric, cable and high-speed Wi-Fi. There is free parking on site, as well as an in-unit washer/dryer. The space Our condo is located on the second floor of a small complex (stairs, no elevator), and there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with a Beautyrest mattress. The smaller bedroom has a queen bed. Each room has lamps, bedside tables, a small desk, dresser and a closet. The living room has a large L-shaped couch. There's one bathroom with a shower/tub. We have basic necessities like a hair dryer, curling wand, ironing board and iron, and steamer. The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, oven, microwave, full fridge and nearly any accessory you might need to cook a meal, plus a Keurig or a French press and grinder. There's also a banquette for dining, plus a tall bar with stools. Guest access There's a keyless lock pad, and tenant can set his/her own code to get in and out of the unit. We also have high-speed Wi-Fi, plus a 47-inch, flat-screen TV, basic cable and a DVR. There’s free parking in a designated uncovered lot behind the building. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. famously visited the college and preached in its historic Wightman Chapel on April 25, 1957. Scarritt College operated from 1892 up until 1988 when it became the home of the now nonprofit organization, Scarritt Bennett Center. Today, Scarritt Bennett Center’s mission is “to create space where individuals and groups engage each other to achieve a more just world.” The center is property of the Women’s Division of the United Methodist Church.
