This spacious 4/2 house is a perfect place for a family, friends, or for a couple looking for a quiet getaway. We provide our guests with everything they need for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 king beds, board games, movies, video games, and a foosball table. House has a large backyard with beautiful mature trees in a quiet neighborhood. Centrally located 5 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes to downtown Charleston, and 9 minutes to Joint Base Charleston. The space Single story home surrounded by large beautiful Spanish Moss covered Oak, Magnolia, and walnut trees. There are also lots of flowers blooming depending on the season. Branches and walnuts do fall on the roof sometimes, please be aware that you may hear it. In the bedrooms, all bedding is completely washed between guests. This includes all comforters, decorative pillows, throws, and extra blankets in the closets. Bedrooms have ceiling fans, blackout curtains, hooks, USB charging stations, and luggage racks. Tv's in living room and in 3 rooms for a total of 4tvs. We have a versatile space as a private den that serves as a comfortable 4th bedroom. Tucked behind set of sliding doors off the living room, it features a twin daybed with a separate pull-out twin trundle—perfect for two guests who want individual beds. Bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, washcloths, makeup towels, floor towels, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hairdryer, and toilet paper. Bathroom rugs are washed between guests. Due to the warm, humid climate in South Carolina, pests are a natural part of the local environment. While our property is regularly treated by a professional exterminator and kept meticulously clean, you may on rare occasion encounter an insect. Please help us by keeping food put away and doors closed to minimize any indoor visitors. Outside, you might see everything from graceful lizards and playful squirrels to friendly snakes and our resident raccoons. As part of the bathroom renovation, Bluetooth speakers were installed in the two full bathrooms upstairs, so that you can sing along to your favorite songs while in the shower. The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a comfy king-sized bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a modern high-tech shower. The second bedroom upstairs features a mural painted by a great local artist and has a queen-sized bed and tv. (We have a few paintings throughout the house by the same artist for sale, if interested) With its vintage Scandinavian bunk beds, the third bedroom upstairs bedroom is perfect for kids and sits across the hall from the bathroom with a tub. Tucked away from the other bedrooms and located downstairs is a fourth bedroom across the hall from the half-bath and close to one of three back doors. The room’s built-in desk is the perfect place to get some work done or take a Zoom call. Also downstairs, the den was always our favorite multipurpose room with a comfortable place to relax, a Foosball table, toys, a reading nook, and a drafting table for your inner sketch artist (and it doubles as a second workspace). Enjoy the large backyard and gather around the fire pit or grill out under the covered patio for dinner ‘alfresco’ on a beautiful Charleston evening. Along with the renovation, we added numerous smart home upgrades like a learning thermostat that controls the brand-new air conditioner, smart fire and carbon monoxide alarms, and keyless entry. You’ll love the stylish decor of this charming place to stay which includes your own private wing of my home. One bedroom, a private full bathroom and den all to yourself. The den has a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, 55-inch smart TV, loveseat, and recliner. Located 15 minutes to downtown Charleston, 30 min to beaches, and many historical sites such as Middleton, Magnolia Gardens, and Drayton Hall are all within a few miles of my home. Close to I-126, 526 &17 Highways. Guest access Guests will be allowed inside the wing of the home which includes 2 rooms and a bath. One room has a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, desk, and walk-in closet. Second room has loveseat, recliner, tv, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. Entrance is through the home's front door and access to the rooms is directly to the right. There is a gate between the inside entrance and the owner's part of the house. Other things to note Owner has two friendly small hypoallergenic dogs in their part of the home. The dogs do not go into the rental suite.

The space The guest suite is attached to our home, where my husband and I (and our two cats!) live on site. The guest suite shares one wall with the main home, but the suite itself is completely private and is not accessed by anyone else during your stay. Guest access Guests have full access to the private suite which includes a washer, dryer, mini fridge, microwave, full bathroom, and bedroom with a queen bed. Guests are free to occupy the backyard, and may park up to two vehicles in the driveway. Other things to note The suite has no accommodations for infants or children and is not suitable for adults traveling with child(ren).

However, there is free street parking if you are bringing more than one car. -Kitchen: Includes mini fridge, two burner stovetop, Kuerig coffeemaker, toaster and plenty of counter space for those who want to prepare their own meals. -Bathroom: The full sized bathroom includes a bathtub/shower and is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. -Storage: There is a good sized closet with hangers and shelves for you to store all your personal items. -Sleeping area: There is a king sized Beautyrest mattress so you can come back and relax in a comfy bed after a long day! They often comment that it was a comfortable and relaxed experience, rather like staying with family. I provide self-serve breakfast items, and we like for our guests to make themselves at home. The space We are a happy, busy, loving family. We have grown children and 6 grandchildren who we spend time with, but none of them currently live with us. The room we rent is not large, but there are other rooms in the house where you may put some of your items if you need more room to spread out.
