Cabin has private parking for up to 3 large vehicles. PLEASE NOTE: the Lodges at Reedmont community is under construction. We hope this will be no disturbance to you as they work within city-regulated working hours only. All neighboring homes have been completed, but you will encounter construction in the community. ⇨RENTAL AGREEMENT: After booking this property, you will have 24 hours to sign a rental agreement listing the guidelines and house rules listed in the “Other Things To Note” section below. Inside, you’ll immediately experience modern contemporary luxury to unwind and relax after a long day of travel. Upon opening the front door, you will see two bedrooms equipped with King beds on either side of the hallway, both with ensuite bathrooms. Walk down the hallway to enter the Great Room, equipped with an open concept kitchen with quartz countertops and large island. The living space includes two oversized sofas and two extra large arm chairs, with more than enough space for all guests to lounge. Upstairs you will find a loft with a queen sleeper sofa and a full sized shuffleboard table. The 2nd level master king bedroom includes a full ensuite, and you will also find a bunk bed room with 4 twin beds, more than enough room for the kids to have a sleepover. There is another full bathroom serving the bunk room and loft. The basement is the perfect hang out space for those rainy days, equipped with a full game room with arcade and pool table. Uncontrollable Events Refunds cannot be provided for events beyond our control such as weather conditions, power outages, or natural disasters. 11. No Open Flames Candles or open flames are not permitted. Violations may result in a $100 fine plus damages. 12. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and tableware necessary to create that perfect family meal. The dining area has seating for 8 at the table and an additional 4 at the bar. The bedroom on this level will offer a King-size bed and an HDTV. There is also a (tub/shower) bathroom conveniently located in the hall. Upper Level: Travel upstairs to find the gaming area, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Instacart, Uber Eats, and Door Dash deliver to this house to make planning meals for your family or group a breeze. Spend your days exploring the area and your evenings relaxing in your cabin. There is plenty of space for everyone! The space Due to management changes, this listing was removed and re-listed, but it had a 4.9- star rating and we were listed as a superhost! We hope you enjoy your stay! NEW HANDICAPPED RAMP for the main level, and there is access on the bottom level as well but you have to be outside to go floor to floor if you can't use stairs. MAIN LEVEL: Enter the cabin via the 1,600 square foot covered porch. The porch is filled with comfortable rocking chairs, a gas grill and a relaxing hot tub for your enjoyment. As you enter, you will notice an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room and living room all combined to make the perfect area for gathering. There are 3 bedrooms on this level. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed and a huge full bathroom with a large shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser filled for your use. The other 2 bedrooms have their own queen-sized bed. There is one other full bathroom on this level shared between the queen bedrooms and the rest of the house. Add in the pullout sleeper sofa on this level and you can sleep up to 8 guests. You have two hall closets and a full-size laundry room with full size washer and dryer and a laundry sink for you. LOWER LEVEL: There is a great entertainment level downstairs with an exciting pool table, a fun Multicade Arcade Game (Loaded with all the 1980's arcade favorites like Ms. Pacman, Donkey Kong, Galaga and more!) and plenty of seating. There are two bedrooms downstairs. One features a King-sized bed and the other features 4 queen bunkbeds. The bunkbeds have linens in the room, but guests make these beds as they aren't always used, and I don't want the linens being out all the time. There is a full bathroom on this level as well with the amenity dispenser in the shower. There is even an easy hookup if you bring your own X Box or PlayStation. There is a PS5 in the picture for you to see, but you need to bring your own. Jukebox is non-functioning, but Alexa is there and will play anything you want! Free 1 gig WiFi, 2 televisions in the game room with a connection for your video games available, large TV upstairs in the living area, and a large TV in each bedroom. Cable is provided to each TV. Easy access roads, paved driveway, and a dry covered carport for you to unload if the weather isn't perfect!
