The TV has several streaming apps, as well as Comcast cable so guests can watch local channels and sports (accessed through the Xfinity streaming app). High speed WiFi is also available. *KITCHEN/LAUNDRY* The kitchen is compact but brand new and efficiently laid out. All the dishes, appliances, and utensils necessary for creating meals at home are available. A full size oven, side-by-side fridge, 12-cup coffee maker, single serve coffee maker, toaster, and blender are all standard. There is a garbage disposal and dishwasher as well. Guests may use the laundry room (located off the kitchen), but be mindful that it is also used as a utility area to store extra laundry and cleaning items for the home. *EXTERIOR/NEIGHBORS* We monitor our property with exterior ring security cameras. Our neighbors are friendly, but do desire a quiet neighborhood after 8 pm. No parties will be allowed. The front porch is an excellent place to sit and visit.
