DO YOU PROVIDE TOWELS? Yes, we provide bath and pool towels! We love to over stock the homes and we should have everything you need. DO YOU HAVE POOL FLOATS? There are pool floats, however our collection is constantly changing as they don't last very long in the Arizona heat. If there is a specific float you want, please bring it with you or you may ship it to the house. We have an electric inflatable pump available for use. DECORATIONS: PLEASE be cautious with what you use on the walls, majority of tape will damage the wall/paint and you will be charged. No double sided tape, packing tape, sticky/adhesive dots or decor with adhesive strips allowed (this removes the wall paint! And you will be charged for repair). Absolutely nothing should be attached/stuck to/hung from ANY accent wall with paint, wallpaper or mural. If there is any damage to these walls, you will be responsible for fixing the entire wall. Front Patio/Front of Home is OFF LIMITS. No decor should be visible from the street. NO CONFETTI OR GLITTER ALLOWED inside or outside, that includes confetti balloons. These can clog filters, drains and damage equipment. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged. If you are noisy enough for the neighbors to hear, they will report your disturbance to Airbnb which may result in a suspension of your Airbnb account. FLOORS: This is a note to our potential guests to let you know that the flooring we have is considered commercial flooring. I chose this kind of flooring knowing that before going out I like to put my shoes on and take cute photos with my gals. Doing this with the kindness of my heart I hope that you can understand that with concrete floors come dents, pivots, scratches etc. Also our housekeepers thoroughly mops the floors for each reservation. We make it a goal to keep it as clean as possible but after big parties of girls arrive and the amount of foot traffic and rolling luggages we DO NOT GUARANTEE clean floors. If you can not understand this, our property may not be for you. KITCHENWARE: Trips are short and there's always so much to do in such a short amount of time. With the amount of guests we host it was quite the decision for me whether to provide everything that we do provide, especially with inflation. I choose to provide these things because I love being a host and love to make my guests trip as easy as possible. It is the guests responsibility to wash dishes and clean all kitchenware used before departure. Housekeepers double check and clean; property manager double checks and clean. But things can get overlooked once in a while with this kind of listing and the amount of guests we host at once. We like to make our guests happy so we do appreciate it when you communicate with us upon arrival so we can fix the situation if necessary. But if you are the kind of guest that typically complains about things like this, we do not think you will enjoy the property we worked so hard to create and continue working hard to maintain. We kindly recommend you to book one of the many other beautiful unique houses scottsdale has to offer! With all of this said, we are hoping to continue to provide kitchenware but we ask wholeheartedly for our guests to help us keep everything sanitized. There are pool floats, however our collection is constantly changing as they don't last very long in the Arizona heat. If there is a specific float you want, please bring it with you or you may ship it to the house. We have an electric inflatable pump available for use. DECORATIONS: PLEASE be cautious with what you use on the walls, majority of tape will damage the wall/paint and you will be charged. No double sided tape! Please hire decor services or use wall safe tape. No sticky/adhesive dots or decor with adhesive strips allowed (this removes the wall paint! And you will be charged for repair). Absolutely nothing should be attached/stuck to/hung from ANY accent wall with paint, wallpaper or mural. If there is any damage to these walls, you will be responsible for fixing the entire wall. Front Patio/Front of Home is OFF LIMITS. No decor should be visible from the street. NO CONFETTI OR GLITTER ALLOWED inside or outside, that includes confetti balloons. There's a bowling lane out there, plus a basketball court, mini golf, and a giant turf pool table you play with soccer balls, which is called snookball and which will eat four hours of your trip before anyone remembers to eat dinner. The desert cools off in October and stays perfect straight through May, which is when this house is at its best. Golf weather every day, the pool heated on request, and the fire pit going after dark. Thanksgiving works here better than it works at anybody's actual house, because the island seats the whole family and dessert ends in the hot tub. The rest of the backyard: ping pong, cornhole, giant Jenga, giant chess, Connect 4, an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and TV, poolside loungers, and a fenced playground.
