Guest access Outdoor shower, we encourage you to use it especially if you are sandy. It’s a nice shower with hot and cold water. Perfectly situated on the quiet, peaceful north end of the island while also and just 150 steps to the beach! No kidding! We’re also conveniently located and within walking distance to restaurants/pubs, coffee shops, bike & kayak rentals. The condo is situated in the best of both worlds. It is beachfront on the Northend of Tybee (less crowded beaches); yet only 1 mile from “down front” aka the south end of the island and Tybrisa Street. Around the corner you’ll find a beach front pool, kiddie pool and plenty of lounge seating. Next to the pool is the boardwalk to the beach. Also, the grounds include tennis courts, playground, picnic tables and grills. The condo is completely furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, microwave, four-burner stove, oven, blender, coffee maker, and all essential cooking ware (pots, pans, etc. ) Also, it includes all dish and flat ware (utensils, plates, glasses). Don’t worry about bringing the bulky beach gear that crowds up your trunk - we have a wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach toys and towels waiting for you here! The unit is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator. You can reach the elevator by a small 6-step stairwell on the front east side of the building. There is also a ramp on the front west side of the building as well that will lead you to the elevator. The main bedroom has queen size bed and has a very comfortable mattress. It has a large closet with plenty of room for your luggage and clothes. The bunk beds are such a fun experience for kids. It includes a ladder and a safety bar to prevent falls. The doorway in the hall and direct bathroom access from the master allow parents to put the little ones to bed and be able to access the rest of the condo without disturbing the little ones! The living room has a comfortable sofa, with a 50 inch flat screen HD-TV that includes full cable and Roku TV for streaming. The laundry facilities are at the end of the complex breezeway, the room to the right. The washers & dryers are coin operated and it costs approximately $3.50 to wash & dry a load. They don't have a coin machine, so if you plan to do laundry be sure to bring plenty of quarters. The lighthouse and Jaycee Park are just a 10-minute walk away. The park has scenic streams with turtles, basketball court, softball field, playground, disc golf course, picnic tables and grills. Beautiful live oak trees and a peaceful walking/bike path. 5-15 min walking distance to our favorite pubs/restaurants: Huca-poos, Sundae Cafe, North Beach Grill, Quarter Bar & Grill, Chamacos, Zunzibar, Tybean Coffee, and if you desire dessert/breakfast, check out the Breakfast Club! It is the Perfect Perch as the unobstructed third-floor balcony is perched “perfectly” to watch the dolphins play, and the ships come to port within steps of the private beach access. It is located on the North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Ocean The space Offering a king bed (hard to find), a sleeper sofa, a bathroom with shower, and an open floor plan kitchen, dining (for 4), and living area. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and other essentials. There is a stove/oven and a full-sized refrigerator. A starter package of all the basic products, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, etc., is provided. Feel free to bring any additional supplies that you think you may need. (note: the condo doesn't have a dishwasher, and coin-operated laundry facilities are located conveniently in the building.) Other things to note Don’t forget! The space My condo is a 1 bedroom/ 1 bath & 480sqft. The bedroom is located directly inside the front door (please see photos for layout- all units in our building have this same layout). The condo can sleep up to 4 adults with a King bed in the bedroom and a pullout sofa in the living room (let us know in advance if you plan on using the sofa bed so we can prepare for that). There are also captains bunks in the bedroom, perfect for kids! Please note captains bunks have a weight limit of 100lbs each and are not suitable for most adults. My condo is one of the most updated in the entire building- It is modern, updated, clean, and super cute! If there's more than two people in your party, please let us know in advance as we only typically set the property up for 2 people (that # including kiddos). Please note, at least one guest on the reservation must be at least 21 years old! There are three barstools inside for dining and also some seating out on the porch. Even though we have a full kitchen, most of our guests enjoy going out to eat most of the stay on Tybee! Hucapoos, Chamacos, Zunzis & Tybean are all walking distance from our condo. If you need recommendations, please don't hesitate to ask! For all reservations longer than 8 days an additional cleaning & cleaning fee will be required. There is a washer & dryer located in the bathroom of the condo. If needing to do more loads or wash beach towels, there is also a coin operated laundry room (bring your own coins) located at the end of the hallway if you need to do laundry while on your stay. *Trash bin is in third door on the left beside refrigerator* There are grocery delivery services on the island if you'd like to have supplies delivered for your stay! Our condo community only allows only one vehicle per condo. The community DOES NOT ALLOW golf carts on the property and can't be considered your one vehicle. Unregistered guests of SBRC are not permitted at the property - and cannot park at the property. Other things to note Please note: Wifi inside the unit and open (xfinity Cable & Internet can drop signal in our building during storms) so if watching TV & Wifi 24/7 is important to you then you may wish to stay elsewhere or be prepared to bring some downloaded movies. I do have a Roku and you're welcome to Netflix it away! Regardless of where you stay on Tybee, internet signal can drop out due to the nature of us being on an Island! Beach chairs and equipment can be delivered directly to the condo by a local company called Tim's Beach Gear and Bikes. Beach gear is not provided by me! Delivery is free, call for rates. I just ask that you dust all the sand off while you're outside of the unit and please take care of them as they are your own. Groceries can also be delivered before your stay by our one and only local grocery store, the IGA. Pre order on their website! Publix also offers grocery delivery via Shipt App. We have a local "Shop & Stock" sercie also that will do all the shopping and stock the property for you for around a $50 fee in addition to your groceries. This condo does not have an ocean or pool view from the condo or the balcony but both are within brief walking distance! :) *If there's more than two people we need to know in advance as we only typically set the property up for 2 people* Please note that on the 7th day of your booking, you have the option to pay for a second cleaning to have fresh linens on the bed and new towels. However, starting from the 8th day, it's mandatory to have the cleaning service and fee. Early check-in or Late Check-out fee is $150.00 Early check-ins must be arranged in advance. Can't be the same day as the check-in date. Late checkout is subject to approval No pets are allowed inside the condo gates or anywhere in/on the property per HOA policy. Guests found to have a pet on premises will have their reservation cancelled and will be required to vacate immediately. Regardless of where you end up booking on Tybee, before booking please look up local events/parades, road work, possible future storms, weather and tides. Traffic can be backed up due to major events or an accident on the island, or changes in weather like rain lead to a lot of people leaving the beach all at once, so it's a good idea to plan ahead and know what's going on! If you decide to go into Savannah for the day, plan ahead for your return at night. It is fully recommended to do this research in advance and to monitor radar on your stay. Tybee is a super fun place and our Island loves to have a good time. We often have fireworks for major holidays also which are well attended. During a Full Moon, especially on a Super Moon, a high tide or even a King Tide can happen which is when the tides are even higher than normal. While very rare, it is possible, water can also cross over the main road US Hwy 80 coming onto and leaving the Island so please plan ahead for that. The city and county may close roads temporarily as it isn't safe to drive through water so you may need to plan accordingly to arrive early or later to the Island.

The condo is beach front on the Northend of Tybee (less crowded beaches); yet only 1 mile from the action of Tybee’s main hot spot “Tybrisa Street’. Around the corner you’ll find a beach front pool, kiddie pool and plenty of lounge seating. Next to the pool is the boardwalk to the beach. Also, the grounds include tennis courts, playground, picnic tables and grills. Occupancy designed for 2 adults MAX and 2 children. Parking is for ONE car ONLY. After a dip in the pool, take a walk on the beach or challenge your mate in a game of tennis on one of the 3 tennis courts. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave and refrigerator. The various kitchen appliances you would expect are there, plus some you won't expect. All your cookware, dinnerware and utensils are provided. All new bedding and bath linens are provided. Laundry facilities are located down the hall in case you need to wash your personal belongings - bring quarters! Safety is a priority in this gated community. Plenty of parking! Continue down the hall into the combined living space. There is a sliding door off of the living area to the balcony to enjoy the views! Guest access The entire unit and complex laundry and pool areas. Other things to note We offer a variety of services through our concierge business which you can add on to your reservation if interested. We offer pre-stocking your unit with groceries, charcuterie boxes and we can also decorate for special occasions and provide special occasion food, such as cakes, cookies, etc. We can also make reservations for a variety of things from tours to private chef's and in-house massages. **Please note, we provide "start-up" supplies such as a few trash bags, a roll of paper towels, a couple of rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a few dishwasher pods and a few washing machine pods. If you anticipate you might need more of these items, you are encouraged to bring it. You are allowed one parking space at the complex. When you arrive, you will access a lockbox to retrieve your gate card and key to the unit. Your parking pass will be inside the unit. There will be an extra key in the unit, by the door on a lanyard. PLEASE leave this key in the same spot upon check-out. We offer internet service for streaming on your own services. Also, please note, we are located in the hot & humid south, near the water where bugs love to be too! Please be aware that you may encounter our local bug-"the palmetto" bug at some point during you stay. This is not a cleanliness issue but an environmental one and something that cannot be helped. Gorgeous sunsets have made North Beach the place to be, watch the dolphins jump and chase the shrimp boats. Enjoy the sea breeze from your private 3rd floor balcony with views of the ocean over the treetops. Building has elevator for easy access. Great 3rd floor view on the quiet side of the building but just steps away from the pools and boardwalk to North Beach. The space This condo has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a hallway with storage, a bathroom with a tub/shower combo, a kitchen, and a living room with a daybed sleeper sofa that converts to two twin-size beds. Guest access Enjoy the largest pool on the Island with a kiddie pool, a third pool, tennis courts, grills, private gated parking, and direct ocean and beach access. Beachfront condo on Tybee Island includes pool, tennis courts, gated access, and price beachfront. Walk the beach to the Tybee Lighthouse or enjoy coffee on the patio with a view of the Atlantic Ocean. This is a sweet spot on the beach! With cable tv, fast wifi, a full kitchen, and community amenities... you can't go wrong. The space The unit is a one bedroom on the first floor. There is a ramp for access but the complex sits up on stilts about 6 ft off the ground. The patio faces off to the side of the complex with a slight angle toward the beach so that there is a view of the water from the patio (but not from inside the unit). The bedroom wall has been taken out to make it more spacious so be aware that the bedroom is tucked away but there isn't a door to close off the bedroom, just a hallway. There is a full kitchen with all utensils, pots, pans, and coffee maker. There are 2 TVs with cable and one has a DVD player (some DVDs are provided). We keep it very clean but there are a few quirks that make it perfectly at home on Tybee Island. Guest access One car only. The HOA is very strict. There isn't a place to park a second vehicle. My condo doesn't have room for a lot of people but if you bring a second car, you will have to park it miles away at a shopping center. Other things to note We keep the condo clean but this isn't a brand new complex. It was built in the 80s and some of the details show it's age. The price is reflective of that. The complex is awesome and, I think, the best location on the island. It is tucked away and gated. BUT the walls are painted paneling, the doors sometimes stick, and the water (on the whole island) sometimes gets a terrible rotten egg smell. These are the biggest complaints I get and I want to be honest. This is a comfortable condo on the beach of a side river. I just want folks to know what to expect. The condo has one queen bed. There is an inflatable mattress and a couch as well.

Tybee Island Beachfront Condo

Beachfront, no smoking gated complex on quiet North end of Tybee. No pets allowed. The 3rd floor condo with elevator assess faces the Savannah Bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee on the furnished balcony while you watch the big cargo ships pass by or dolphins playing in the surf. There is no wave action unless a big ship comes by. This condo is ideal for a couple or a small family but can accommodate 2 couples. Has 2 pools/2 tennis/1 pickleball. The space Dolphin Delight is a one bedroom, one bath condo. One vehicle allowed. The condo is 500 sq. feet total. It sleeps 4 adults max. It has a new queen Nectar hybrid mattress and foundation in the bedroom. Also, a new memory foam full mattress for sofa sleeper. There are bunkbeds built into hallway that are 24 inches wide that are suitable for kids 12 and under. There is a pack and play available, however you will need to bring your own linens for it. There are tile floors throughout. There is a 42 inch smart tv in living room and smaller tv in bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a big refrigerator with a ice maker, dishwasher and stove. The kitchen has a toaster, blender, coffee maker, air fryer, George Forman grill, crock pot and mixer. There is free cable tv and free wifi. I have a recliner, sofa and additional chair in living room. Coin operated laundry on each floor at the north end(beach end). Bring quarters. My place is great for people who don’t like a crowded beach. You will have assess on site to our 2 pools with one that has a attached kiddie pool for younger kids. There is an additional pool located for your use located between “B” building and Bay View Villas. The pools are open year round but are NOT heated. Pool was remodeled in Feb. 2025. We provide 2 beach towels/ beach chairs for your use. This is a beach front complex with no dunes or sand to struggle walking over to get to beach because it has a short walkway straight to the beach. There are however, stairs at the end of walkway to go down to get to beach. There is a shower on walkway to beach to rinse off feet and beach stuff after leaving the beach. There is a bike storage area and kayak/ paddle board storage area you can use to store your bikes or kayak/paddleboard if you choose to bring them. There is an elevator at south end of “A” building near bike rack. There are about 8 steps to go up to get to elevator but there is a handicapped ramp on the right side of “A” building. However complex is NOT ADA compliant. No smoking/ vaping in entire complex including condo and balcony. If you are a smoker then this place is not for you. The beach is perfect for shelling or walking. You can walk for miles. You can watch the dolphins play right from your beach chair. There are shrimp boats that come in after shrimping that sometimes will anchor offshore in front of beach and clean their nets and it is a beautiful site to see the dolphins and birds around the boat. NO house parties or events. No golf carts allowed. Must be 23 years old to book. Check in is 3:00pm or later and check out is by 10:00am. Condo is in “A” building. I understand that life events come up so I would suggest purchasing the airbnb travel insurance that is offered at booking as we adhere to our cancellation policy. The space This is a cute funky beach get-a-way with fun nautical décor and all amenities included. Perfectly situated on the North Beach and just about 150 steps to the beach! No kidding! Just take the boardwalk right over to the sand. Our place is within walking distance to restaurants/pubs, coffee shops, bike & kayak rentals. Our place is situated in the best of both worlds. The condo is beach front on the Northend of Tybee (less crowded beaches); yet only 1 mile from the action of Tybee’s main hot spot “Tybrisa Street’. Around the corner you’ll find a beach front pool, kiddie pool and plenty of lounge seating. Next to the pool is the boardwalk to the beach. Also, the grounds include tennis courts, playground, picnic tables and grills. Occupancy designed for 2 adults MAX and 2 children. Parking is for ONE car ONLY. The condo is completely furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, microwave, four-burner stove, oven, blender, coffee maker, and all essential cooking ware (pots, pans, etc. ) Also, it includes all dish and flat ware (utensils, plates, glasses). The unit is on the first floor. The building is up on stilts about 6 feet, so there are some steps. However, there is a ramp on the Eastside of the building in case you need that. The condo faces off to the side of the complex with a slight angle towards the beach. So there is a sight view of the ocean from the balcony, but we would not count this as a "view" as it's a bit obstructed. The main bedroom has queen size bed and has a very comfortable mattress as well as a 32-inch TV. It has a large closet with plenty of room for your luggage and clothes. The bunk beds are such a fun experience for kids. It includes a ladder and a removable safety bar to prevent falls. The living room has a comfortable sofa, with a 47 inch flat screen HD-TV that includes full cable. The laundry facilities are at the end of the complex breezeway, the room to the right. The washers & dryers are coin operated and it costs approximately $3.50 to wash & dry a load. They don't have a coin machine, so if you plan to do laundry be sure to bring plenty of quarters. Tybee Island is a funky, colorful, little island. Our condo is on the quiet side of the island (North Beach)... Thus, beach access is less crowded. It also has many attractions such as: Dolphin tours, kayak and jet ski rentals, bike paths, climb the famous Lighthouse, or visit the Marine center. There are numerous activities to do on Tybee, we have a guide booklet that lists the all the additional attractions. Jaycee Park is a 10-minute walk. The park has scenic streams with turtles, basketball court, softball field, playground, picnic tables and grills. Beautiful live oak trees and a peaceful walking/bike path. The space We love our little condo and have tried our best to provide all the comforts of home! This unit is located on the first floor of Building A, inside Savannah Beach & Racquet Club. You are about 200 steps away from the pool and 400 steps away from the beach! Unlike most other 1 bedroom units here, ours has been renovated to accommodate a large King Size bed in the bedroom, as well as 2 built-in Captain's bunk beds! The Captain's bunks are a little slimmer than a twin size. If you're planning on using the bunks, please make sure you're comfortable with the tight space and height. There is a safety rail on the top bunk, but it may not be suitable for young children. The total size of the condo is 500 sqft & features one bedroom, one full bathroom, & open floorplan kitchen, dining & living area. Please check out my photos to get a better idea of the layout! The Kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans, kitchen tools, 2 coffee pots (both regular & Keurig), microwave, toaster, cookie sheet, baking pans, dishes, drinkware & silverware. There is also a cooking range stove/oven and full-sized fridge. The fridge doesn't have an ice maker, so you might want to get a bag of ice on your way in. Our unit also doesn't have a dishwasher, but we do provide dishwashing supplies. You'll find the pantry stocked with a few useful staples- I love to cook so if you do too, feel free to use what you need and leave behind what you don't! There is also a dining table with seating for 4 . The bathroom features a single sink and tub/shower combo. We provide 2 starter rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer & luxury hotel-style towels! The living area has a Queen size sleeper sofa that can accommodate two adults. The living room also features a Roku smart tv, a few books, and some board games (just in case of a rainy day!). We provide HD cable and high-speed, 150mps internet! The sliding door in the living room leads to the covered balcony, which has a small patio set for hanging out and enjoying the salt air! At the front of the building, you'll find a picnic area with a picnic table and a grill, As well as bike and kayak storage. There is not a washer & dryer inside the condo unit but there is a coin-operated laundry room on the same floor. Guest access Guests have access to the community pool & kiddie pool, private beach access, and tennis courts. There is a boardwalk from the pool area that leads to the beach with an outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy feet and equipment. **Please note there are stairs you must go down to access the beach. If you can't use stairs you will need to access the beach from outside of the community.** The pool is open 9:00 am-9:00 pm, 7 days a week. The pool is open year-round but is not heated. There is a coin-operated laundry facility on the same floor as the condo. You can wash a load for about $3. There isn't a coin machine, however, so if you think you may need to do laundry make sure to bring some quarters! I don't provide laundry detergent so don't forget to pick some up if you need to. As previously mentioned, there is a picnic area outside of the building. Across from the picnic area, is the bike and kayak storage. You are welcome to use any available space during your stay! It can sleep up to four guests, which makes it a nice vacation homes Tybee Island option for families with small children, a couple or individual stay.This is one of the quieter spots on the island and puts you in close proximity to the historic military installations from the Civil War, as well as the always-popular Tybee Lighthouse and Museum. The space Walk into this cozy, refreshing property and enjoy the open concept of the living room and kitchen. The balcony is right outside of the living room and offers a beautiful ocean view. The beach and island decorative touches are throughout the apartment, including nautical art and blue and green color themes. You'll find the one bedroom down the hall and it includes two rack beds, perfect for children. The outside balcony has plenty of seating and a table. It's not always easy to find Tybee Island vacation rentals with pools, but this one offers a large pool on the premises with lots of seating and even in view of the ocean. The unit is on the first floor. The building is up on stilts about 6 feet, so there are some steps. However, there is a ramp in case you need that. The boardwalk from this community leads straight to the beach and is about one minute walk. Enjoy the scenic views of the beautiful sunsets, pods of dolphins and pelicans, cargo ships entering the famous Savannah river. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo. What Noise? Enjoy Your Stay While Being a Good Neighbor Vacation time with family and friends can be fun and exciting with plenty of conversations, laughter and music, and everyone on vacation wants to enjoy a good time away from their normal routines. It is important to balance the vacation fun with the neighbor’s own quiet enjoyment of their homes – many of them are not on vacation and are leading normal lives during your stay. Consider how you would want your neighbors to behave in your own neighborhood. Chances are your Tybee neighbors will expect the same of you while you are here. A little bit of consideration goes a long way. Keep in mind that loud music is not allowed outside of your home, so please don't bring the speakers outside or crank up the music. Quiet time is 10pm to 7am. Please do not create noise or disturbances or engage in disorderly conduct. A call from the neighbors to the local property manager or the Police Department will bring either the manager or the police to your door. So, please keep the noise down. Our officers can issue you a citation if you violate the city's noise ordinance or any other local laws. Guests are asked to abide by the following basic Rules and Guidelines: Please respect the neighborhood and your neighbor’s right to quiet enjoyment of their home. Loud Music and noise is prohibited. Quiet time: 10pm to 7am, please be a good neighbor! Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy. Only Registered Guests shall occupy the Rental Property. All rental properties are designated for residential use consistent with the City Of Tybee code. Prom groups, large groups, events, receptions or like-kind events are not allowed at STVR properties. Cars parked on premises shall not exceed published parking capacity of property. Cars should display appropriate parking pass issued by the owner or manager and must be parked in the driveway or designated parking area of the rental property. Parking in neighboring yards or driveways of rental property is prohibited. Vehicles may not be driven or parked where not allowed. Posted street signage (speed limits, parking, etc.) will be obeyed. Motor homes, campers, and tents are prohibited and may not be parked or hooked up at STVR property. Charcoal grilling on deck is prohibited; it is a fire hazard. Only registered pets are allowed in designated rental properties. Leash laws must be obeyed and no pets are allowed on the beach (City Fines range upwards of $280 per incident). Help keep Tybee clean! Garbage will be bagged securely and placed in the trash and recycling carts provided. The City has contracted weekly “side door” trash pickup so do not roll trash or recycling carts to the curb, but please be sure to take your trash out to the cart the night before your property’s designated trash/recycling pick up day. Most STVR properties do not allow indoor smoking (Please refer to your Rental Agreement). No “butts on the beach” or anywhere else; cigarette butts shall be properly disposed of.
