The house sleeps 8 with a sleeper sofa in the living room on the 2nd. Floor with the Kitchen, dining and a half bathroom. It has a king primary bedroom with bathroom on the 3rd floor as another queen bedroom with bathroom. The first floor is the entrance, the garage, the foyer and another queen bedroom with bathroom. Three flights of stairs and no elevator. The space The house was furnished and decorated to offer it for short term rentals. We believe we have absolutely everything you may need for your stay giving you an experience on home away from home. One of my favorite things is that You can contemplate great paintings that give the big spaces a comfortable and fresh look with amazing light that the house is able to get during the day. I recommend you open the blinds during the day. Guest access We offer the full property to guests except for a small closet in the first floor where we keep our refills. All first floor with a queen bedroom and bath; the second floor with kitchen, dining and living rooms, and the third with the primary bedroom and bath and another queen bedroom with its bath. There are large flat tv’s in each bedroom being the one in the living the largest. Other things to note We just add a monitored alarm system and it has two cameras one to capture the front door and the other to see who comes in through the garage door.
