Close to the Shopping and Restaurants. The space Enter through the 3 car garage, a flight of stairs takes you to Lower Level featuring the ultimate game room. Pool Table, Foosball and Full Size Air Hockey plus board games. This level has 2 bedrooms one a daybed and the other a queen. There is a sofa bed as well for extra sleeping plus deck. Smart TV included. Full bath and laundry complete this level. The Middle Level is the Large Kitchen, Dining and Living Room. Front Deck has a lake view and outdoor dining with direct gas line to the Grill. Living Room has TV with cable and half bath. Master Ensuite is on the this Level with King Bed and Sleeper sofa. And the biggest Closet you will ever see! The Upper Level has two "Family" Bedrooms with their own full baths. Ideal for those with young children who want to bed together. One has a crib as well. Guest access Cabinets in the Laundry Room are locked off to guests, Attic, Build-up, and dumbwaiter. Other things to note This home does have Air Conditioning and ceiling fans in the Living Room, Dining Area, Master Bedroom, and 2 bedrooms upstairs. We highly recommend carrying chains/cables with tensioners during the winter. The space Welcome to our stunning lake side home nestled in the heart of nature, this cozy retreat is the perfect place to escape the hustle of everyday life and enjoy the tranquility of the mountains and lake-living. As you approach the home, you'll be greeted by the open front porch, perfect for sipping your morning coffee. This immaculate and artfully crafted lake home is the perfect place to make memories with family and friends. INTERIOR: Inside, the home is warm and welcoming, with glowing hardwood floors, natural wood finishes, and plenty of natural light. The living room features a cozy fireplace, perfect for curling up with a good book on a chilly evening. You'll enjoy central A/C. The home features five spacious bedrooms, each with its own unique character. The master suite is a true retreat boasting a private spa-style bath with walk-in shower, soaking tub, dual vanities, dual walk-in closets and fireplace. In addition, there is a family-fabulous game room with built-in 3 story full size bunk beds, a pop-a-shot basketball game, foosball table, large screen TV, and ping pong table in the adjacent attached garage. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, carrera countertops and center island offering plenty of counter and storage space for entertaining. Enjoy your meals in the adjacent dining area, or the dining room for even larger gatherings. Please ask for a full list of available appliances if interested (2 thermador ovens, Kitchenaid stand mixer, Vitamix blender, Cuisinart food processor, etc.). There are 2 booster seats and a portable high chair available for families. EXTERIOR: The main living area is surrounded by the level, fenced and fully landscaped grounds with a spa-tub and outdoor fireplace, perfect for s'mores! Horse shoes are available adjacent to the backyard lawn. PARKING: 3-4 cars can park in the driveway depending on the size of the vehicles. No street parking. The private dock provides easy access to the water, whether you're looking to swim, fish, or simply relax in the sun. This property is located just a short stroll to the lake, and the private dock. Other things to note LAKE ACCESS: The Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA) now allows short term renters access to the trails and lake for hiking, swimming, and fishing! DOCK ACCESS: Private dock located in Shelter Cove approximately 0.6 miles from the house via ALA trail access is available for use. Amenities: small table and chairs, sun umbrellas, awning, children's life jackets and inflatables. LAKE/DOCK ACCESS LIMITATIONS: Per ALA regulations guests are not permitted access to private lake beaches (such as Tavern bay beach club), boats, or kayaks/paddle boards. The Lake Arrowhead lake pass grants you access to the Lake Trails and dock. You may swim in any sandy areas off the trails including in-between docks. The ALA requires we take all adults names with any dependents to send a email to sign a quick waiver. This does not give access to our private beach clubs- Tavern Bay Beach, Burnt Mill Beach, or Peninsula Beach-those are for owners/owner friens only. Large decks, lovely forest views & gas fire pit! THE HOUSE is situated on a safe, level, snow-plowed, cul-de-sac street, close to highway 18 for an easy commute & is walking distance to the lake and Village with all it's amenities. A FEW THINGS TO NOTE: OUTSIDE DECK- There is a maximum weight limit of up to 8 guests on one deck at a time. There are large ceiling fans in the two master bedrooms, and portable fans for the other bedrooms if needed. (It rarely gets too hot in Lake Arrowhead). The bonus loft area can sleep 2 singles (there are 2 click/clack sofa beds) and the tiny but charming bonus room in the eaves is just big enough for a single bed - good for a child, teen or small adult - it is adjacent to the upstairs master bedroom. You can’t tell very well in the pictures but we have added a big dining table for family dinners, an expensive & lovely leather sectional in the living room with a queen pull out bed, and luxurious leather electric recliner in the living room. IF BOOKING THE APARTMENT: It is very private & shares no common walls with the main house. It has a separate entrance and deck with views - but is also connected to the main house by a network of decks in the back. It has a mini kitchen, electric fireplace, desk, sectional sofa, smart tv & dvd player. The bathroom has a NEWLY REMODELED custom Japanese soaking tub! (The tub may not be suitable for everyone. For example children & people with mobility issues who may have difficulty stepping into & out of it. There is a grab bar, which helps). Ask for more information about the studio & photos. ***EXTRA GUESTS are $35 each per night. (Note: Day guests have to be charged now per our short term rental agreement now.) During holiday seasons it is $45 per person. ***PETS: There is a fee of $50 PER dog/pet. Please contact us if you have larger dogs or more/other pets to make arrangements. The yard and deck area are completely fenced. If a very small dog, be careful to block the space between the gates and fence. Pets are not allowed on any of the beds or furniture because of pet hair etc. There is a nice laundry room which has an opening to the house downstairs, as well as a door leading out to the deck and yard. Our dogs love it there! Please pick up after your pets both outside or if there are accidents in the house. (Note that it's rare but we have had to charge for additional cleaning and damages.) PARTIES MUST BE APPROVED IN ADVANCE. NO EXCEPTIONS. (This includes any additional guests staying or day guests who are not in the booking party. Thanks.) NOISE: This is a VERY peaceful neighborhood and we ask that you please be mindful of the neighbors when out on the decks and with regards to music etc.. Especially before 8:00am and after 9:00pm. PARKING: There is parking for 3 CARS (up to 4 CARS if you can squeeze them in) ONLY in the driveway. Parking is not allowed at all on the street per the city. You can be towed. There is NO PARKING on the street at any time with our STR permit. (Note that neighbors are allowed to park on the street as they are not renting to guests.) If you have more than 3-4 vehicles or can’t fit them in the parking space in front of the garage, you should be prepared to park the extra ones at the village (1 mi away) where there is covered parking and cars can be left overnight without charge, if necessary. If you are there in the winter & there is snow, you may need to clear space for your car & a pathway to the house. Tools are available for you to do that & I can provide phone numbers for snow clearance, if you wish. This doesn’t happen often. The road itself is snow plowed regularly. SECURITY CAMERA: There is video camera surveillance outside the front of the house at the request of the city because of complaints from the neighbors of guests parking in the street. This is also for your protection. INTERNET: Spectrumsetup-D4 Password ancientbread748 If you need to reset the internet, the modem is in the laundry & the router above the stairs going down to the lower level. There is a Roku TV unit hooked up to the TV in the living room which provides local channels through Spectrum as well as streaming video through Netflix and other services. There is Amazon Prime on the remote. For Netflix, Disney+ etc you need to put the app on your phone and the icon will come up to link it with the different TVs. There's music of every type available on the Roku, too. Three TVs also have DVD players. The downstairs master bedroom TV also has a roku player with the same features. The upstairs TV has roku already integrated in it and it also has a dvd player. Please take care with the remotes and always leave them where that can be easily found. Note: In case of internet outages due to weather, equipment malfunction with the router, modem, etc, there is no refund. These things are very unusual but sometimes happen. We will do our best to get any kind of issue taken care of ASAP. DVDs, TOYS , GAMES, BOOKS: -There are board games and DVDs for your use in the cabinet by the main TV. -Upstairs there is a MINI POOL TABLE in the loft. Please return parts and have it looking good for the next guests. -There are building blocks/Lincoln Logs, die-cast cars, and toys in the upstairs little room by the loft. Please keep these parts only in that room and loft area. Please make sure all is returned upon leaving. -Lots of books for your enjoyment. Please return all when finished. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: There are: 2 master bedrooms: one on the top floor and one on the bottom floor (there are 3 floors in the main part of the house) . The bottom floor master has a king bed and a pull out sofa bed. Two others each have queen size beds. On the top floor there is also a loft with 2 "click clack" couches that turn into beds a small & cozy attic small bonus bedroom off the loft with a comfy single bed. You can find bedding on the upper floor for the sofa beds in the big red trunk. MAIN FLOOR: There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor: ~ "the pirate room". This room has 2 beds - a single & a single loft bed. ~ the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The couch in the living room is a queen sofa bed. In summary, in all there is one king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 single beds, 2 full/queen sofa beds, 3 single sofa beds & two floor pads/futons. The main beds are all VERY comfy! PLUS the queen bed in the apartment. (5th bedroom) LAUNDRY ROOM- Accessible from the bottom stairs and from outside decks. SUMMER at the Village: There is a great & free summer concert series which happens May through Early September and a fun Oktoberfest with activities. There are also 4th of July fireworks over the Lake and occasional boat shows and fairs. The Village is outlet shopping heaven :-) Restaurants of all types at the Village: Pizza, family. sushi, Belgian Waffles, Mexican - as well as fast food (McDonald's & Subway) The Lake Arrowhead resort hotel at the Village is a fabulous place to visit. It is a big mountain lodge with a large, comfortable lobby area, beautiful decor & several blazing fireplaces to sit around, a lovely restaurant, a cozy bar & many other amenities. You can go for a boat ride on the ARROWHEAD QUEEN which sails daily every hour on the hour year round. SANTA’S VILLAGE is reopened as SKY PARK with a wonderful array of Christmas themed shops and restaurants, outdoor ice rink, zip lines, rock climbing, and many bike trails. It is a mountain bike Mecca for young and old! -MacKay Park is a few minutes away. Beautiful ariel view of the lake, dog park, playgrounds, pickle ball, basketball and volleyball courts, and picnic tables. -Quaint town of Blue Jay is 5 min drive. -LAKE GREGORY is 15 min. away! (Hiking/fishing/Kayaking/water slides etc. Check website for covid restrictions.) -BIG BEAR LAKE is 24 mi up the mountain -GREEN VALLEY LAKE is 14 mi up the mt. (Small swimming beach & fishing) WINTER - SNOW: Snowfall is less in Lake Arrowhead than in Running Springs or Big Bear. BUT it can & does snow - so if you book during winter months, please take that into account. CHECK WEATHER & ROAD CONDITIONS AHEAD OF TIME: Before leaving home I strongly advise that you check weather & road conditions. It can be sunny & warm below & snowing in the mountains. Be prepared - you may need chains. BRING GLOVES, WARM CLOTHES, GOOD SHOES ETC. You may be responsible for clearing space in the driveway to park your car(s) & for clearing the steps down to the studio entrance - especially if there is recent snow. There are snow shovels on the small deck to the left of the garage where the trash cans are stored. Please use extreme caution on the driveway and steps down to the studio as the temperatures can get very cold & ice & snow may be present. If you are heading up with snow in the forecast or right after snowfall, please be prepared for these eventualities. NOTE: We can’t be responsible for the weather, fires, road blockage/conditions, power outages on the mountain etc. during your stay. It is VERY rare and there are no refunds. (We have never had an issue though in all the years renting this house.) Perfect for families, professionals, and groups seeking an elevated getaway. The space The home is located in the prestigious gated community of North Shore Estates. This home has a private trail from the backyard that leads directly to the lake & trails. It is approximately a 3 minute walk to get to the lake from the home. A lake pass will be provided upon request. *Full house automatic generator *Fiber optic high speed internet The home is three stories with a level entry on the top level. The floor boasts the open concept living space with two living rooms which open up the expansive deck with sweeping views, a cozy firepit, and the barbecue. Leading down to the middle level, you will find three luxurious master suites, each with their own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have access to decks overlooking the backyard & trails. The bottom-most level boasts a spacious game room with a pool table, a deck with a ping pong table, along with the hot tub. Here you will find two additional bedrooms that share a bathroom - the bunk bed room & a spare bedroom with a twin bed and pull-out twin trundle. The bottom level also has its own entry through the bunk bed room, a kitchenette, and a door that can be closed at the top of the stairs making it into its own private separate suite, if needed. The home offers a pack n' play and high chair upon request. We also have a variety of board games. For older kids, we have a multitude of games from pool table, ping pong table, and a spacious yard for exploring. We allow up to 1 house-trained, well behaved dog at the property but it MUST be listed on the reservation guest count. We provide doggy bowls, but please plan to bring additional supplies needed, as well as blankets if you plan to have them up on furniture. We kindly ask dogs are never left unattended at the property, unless crated. Our yard is gated. Other things to note SAN BERNARDINO NATIONAL FOREST - Please note that this is a natural wooded area where there are bugs, insects, critters, and potential bears. Please be mindful and clean up any food that could attract any of these creatures. Please don't leave trash outside overnight. The trash is picked up at the edge of the driveway Tuesday mornings you can put trash in the bins provided. Contact the host for detailed instructions. POWER OUTAGE: Due to inclement weather, utility maintenance, and other events the power can go out during a stay. Generator should come on automatically in the event of power outage. The Overwatch Cabin

Welcome to our completely remodeled lakeview mountain home. This spacious 3000 sq ft, 3 story, 4 bed + bunk bed nook, 4 1/2 bath mountain home is more than comfortable for 2-3 families to enjoy together! Located in Lake Arrowhead this home is the perfect private getaway for family or friends. Complete with top floor game room including pool table and darts. Great deck with amazing lake views for every room. Private hot tub patio on the lower level and full size basketball hoop out front. The space Enjoy mountaintop privacy with tons of natural light, a soaring ceiling, gorgeous lake views on one side and desert pinnacle views on the other. All of the bedrooms have lake views as well as the kitchen, game room and great room. The main entrance is on the middle floor where the foyer opens to an open concept gourmet kitchen and huge great room. Enjoy an eat-in kitchen complete with a fireplace and flat screen tv. The kitchen has an oversized island that seats 6 comfortably. Past the buffet and beverage station, you enter into the great room with a 25'+ soaring ceiling and a rock fireplace with another flat screen tv. Four sets of sliding glass doors and over sized A framed glass window sandwich this room with sunrises above the mountains surrounding the lake and sunset views on the desert side of the room. Here you will find comfort in several oversized seating arrangements and dining options. Enjoy a large, 84" dining table that seats 8 as well as a second dining table that can seats 6. On the main level is one of two primary suites. This primary bedroom has a rather high Eastern King bed with steps to climb into. The en suite bath has "his" and "hers" vanities and a shower. This bedroom has sliding glass doors that open to a deck as well as a flat screen tv. The second en suite primary is on the lower level, has a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination, a private deck with access to the jacuzzi with lake view and a flat screen tv. There are two more bedrooms on this level; one with two twins and the other with a queen bed. There is an additional bathroom with a rain head shower. A full sized washer and dryer closet is also on this level. There is direct entry to this floor from our driveway and 3 car parking space which makes for easy loading and unloading of luggage. Enter into a foyer and mud room. On the top floor is the game room loft complete with a pool table, darts and a poker table that seats 4 but more can join in. A comfortable sofa with a slip cover and another flat screen tv and wall unit provide hours of entertainment with board games and video games. This is the family or kids room. There is a bunk bed nook and a full size bathroom with shower. Additional bedding includes 2 extra long twin fold out mattresses and a double sized air bed can make for a fun sleepover in the game room. This room also has the best view of the lake and overlooks the great room. Wow! What a great place for family and friends to hang out and enjoy time bonding. In addition, there are a few decks to hang out on, jacuzzi spa to enjoy and a grill for BBQ's. The sun shines on the lake side so there are 4 chaise lounges to soak up the sun in winter or summer. There is also an outdoor dining table that can accommodate 8. Parking - 4 cars confirmed on site. Our parking pad accommodates 3 cars comfortably. You could park more but then you would have to shuffle cars to get out. We also have a cut-out in the front of the house for one more car to park. Other things to note Our home is located on an access road. Please park in the driveway and be respectful of neighbors. We have a steep driveway. There is an alternative parking pad on the main road that you can utilize. I have a local manager close by to assist in check in and also available in case of weather related emergencies. We do receive snowfall during the winter months. Please be prepared with snowchains and 4 wheel drive. I do my best to have the road and driveway plowed prior to arrival. There are also snow shovels and snow melt located on the property. Lake Arrowhead is private. We do pay for lake rights and because of this we are allowed guests from our short term rental on a limited basis. These rules are set out and governed by the local authority. If you wish to use the lake we must add you to our account. Each person over the age of eighteen is required to be added to our account with an email. You must then sign in at the ALA short term rental office and get a wristband. Wristbands are ten dollars per person. This process is set out from the governing body. There is also another nearby Lake. Lake Gregory that has swimming and attractions. The fee is thirty dollars per person for swimming. There are two dog parks, a walking trail, fishing and kayaking. This allows a lot of flexibility & privacy as different family/friend groups within your party can each can have a floor & their own bathroom, (Including a NEW deep soaking tub in the apartment!) - There's a wood burning fireplace, gas fireplace, and electric fireplace, a Daikin Split Air Conditioning system and smaller portable air conditioner in the main house, central heating, decks, lovely forest views, gas fire pit and more. THE HOUSE is situated on a very safe, level, snow-plowed, cul-de-sac street, close to highway 18 for an easy commute & is close to the beautiful PRIVATE LAKE and Village with all it's amenities. A FEW THINGS TO NOTE: OUTSIDE MAIN DECK has a weight limit of up to 9 people at any time. There are ceiling fans in the two master bedrooms, and portable fans for the other bedrooms if needed. The bonus loft area can sleep 2 singles (there are 2 click-clack sofa beds) and the tiny but charming bonus room in the eaves is just big enough for a single bed - good for a child, teen or small adult - it is adjacent to the upstairs master bedroom. Lots of constructive toys in this room! You can’t tell very well in the pictures but we have added a big dining table for family dinners, a luxurious leather electric recliner and an expensive & lovely leather sectional in the living room with a queen pull out bed. IF BOOKING THE APARTMENT: It is very private & shares no common walls with the main house. It has a separate entrance and deck with views - but is also connected to the main house by a network of decks in the back. It has a mini kitchen, electric fireplace, desk, sectional sofa, smart tv & dvd player. The bathroom has a newly custom remodeled Japanese soaking tub! (The tub may not be suitable for everyone. For example children & people with mobility issues who may have difficulty stepping into & out of it. There is a grab bar, which helps). Ask for more information about the studio & photos. ***EXTRA GUESTS past 5 are $35 each per night. During holiday seasons it is $45 per person. ***PETS: There is a fee of $50 PER dog/pet. Please contact us if you have larger dogs or more/other pets to make arrangements. The yard and deck area are completely fenced. If a very small dog, be careful to block the space between the gates and fence. Pets are not allowed on any of the beds or furniture because of pet hair etc. There is a nice laundry room which has an opening to the house downstairs, as well as a door leading out to the deck and yard. Our dogs love it there! Please pick up after your pets both outside or if there are accidents in the house. (Note that it's rare but we have had to charge for additional cleaning and damages.) ***THERE IS NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE AT ANY TIME! If there is any evidence of smoking (including lingering smoke smells) there is a $200 CHARGE.*** -We want our home smoke free! PARTIES MUST BE APPROVED IN ADVANCE. NO EXCEPTIONS. NOISE: This is a VERY peaceful neighborhood and we ask that you please be mindful of the neighbors when out on the decks and with regards to music etc.. Especially before 8:00am and after 9:00pm. PARKING: There is parking for 3 CARS (up to 4 CARS if you can squeeze them in) ONLY in the driveway. Parking is not allowed at all on the street per the city with our STR permit. (Note that the neighbors ARE allowed to park on the street because they are not renters.) You can be towed. If you have more than 3-4 vehicles or can’t fit them in the parking space in front of the garage, you should be prepared to park the extra ones at the village (1 mi away) where there is covered parking and cars can be left overnight without charge, if necessary. If you are there in the winter & there is snow, you may need to clear space for your car & a pathway to the house. Tools are available for you to do that & I can provide phone numbers for snow clearance, if you wish. This doesn’t happen often. The road itself is snow plowed regularly. SECURITY CAMERA: There is a camera installed outside the front of the house at the request of the city because of complaints from the neighbors of guests parking in the street. This is also for your protection. INTERNET: Spectrumsetup-D4 Password ancientbread748 If you need to reset the internet, the modem is in the laundry & the router above the stairs going down to the lower level. There is a Roku TV unit hooked up to the TV in the living room which provides local channels through Spectrum as well as streaming video through Netflix and other services. There is Amazon Prime on the remote. For Netflix, Disney+ etc you need to put the app on your phone and the icon will come up to link it with the different TVs. There's music of every type available on the Roku, too. The TV is also hooked up to a DVD player. The downstairs master bedroom TV also has a roku player with the same features. The upstairs TV has roku already integrated in it and it also has a dvd player. Please take care with the remotes and always leave them where that can be easily found. Note: In case of internet outages due to weather, equipment malfunction with the router, modem, etc, there is no refund. These things are very unusual but sometimes happen. We will do our best to get any kind of issue taken care of ASAP. TOYS , GAMES, BOOKS, & DVDs!! -There are board games for your use in the cabinet by the main TV. -Upstairs there is a MINI POOL TABLE in the loft. Please return parts and have it looking good for the next guests. -There are building blocks/Lincoln Logs, die-cast cars, and toys in the upstairs little room by the loft. Please keep these parts only in that room and loft area. Please make sure all is returned upon leaving. -Lots of books for your enjoyment. Many DVDs in cabinet to the left of the main TV. Please return when finished. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: There are: 2 master bedrooms: one on the top floor and one on the bottom floor (there are 3 floors in the main part of the house) . The bottom floor master has a king bed and a pull out sofa bed. The other has a queen size beds. On the top floor there is also a loft with 2 "click clack" couches that turn into beds a small & cozy attic small bonus bedroom off the loft with a comfy single bed. You can find bedding on the upper floor for the sofa beds in the big red trunk. MAIN FLOOR: There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor: ~ "the pirate room". This room has a 2 beds - a single & a single loft bed. ~ the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The couch in the living room is a queen sofa bed. In summary, there is one king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 single beds, 1 single bunk, 2 full/queen sofa beds, & 2 single sofa beds. The main beds are all VERY comfy! It is a big mountain lodge with a large, comfortable lobby area, beautiful decor & several blazing fireplaces to sit around, a lovely restaurant, a cozy bar & many other amenities. You can go for a boat ride on the ARROWHEAD QUEEN which sails daily every hour on the hour year round. SANTA’S VILLAGE is reopened as SKY PARK with a wonderful array of Christmas themed shops and restaurants, outdoor ice rink, zip lines, rock climbing, and many bike trails. Take a short .4 mile walk to Lake Trail 40B, which leads to beautiful little beaches located at trailheads between 48 & 49 that are 1.2 miles from the house, as shown in the listing photos. Bring the backpack beach chairs! You can drive to Trailhead 48 and drop off your cooler and supplies. Trailhead 38 is a good parking area that is less steep overall. There is a large beach next to the Lake Association; the beaches are shown in the photos here. You are allowed to walk, swim, and fish anywhere around the lake trail except on the private docks or the areas of Tavern Bay and Burnt Mill Beach, which the Lake Association states you may not. Take the owner-supplied access card with you. Another is above the stained glass door facing the orange gate. The third is above the outside stairwell facing the gym door access. If you visit during winter time: Please check weather conditions before you depart, as heavy snow storms may affect your access to certain areas in the mountains, including the streets to access the cabin. Enjoy the 7-person hot tub, huge patio with firepit, and our private dock slip (shared dock with only 3 slips) featuring a patio table to swim, fish, or relax. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a Blackstone BBQ make this the ultimate mountain escape. The space The main floor enters into a warm but spacious living area with dining and kitchen including a nice island with additional seating. There is an enclosed dining room atrium that feels like you are nestled in the trees, perfect for a family dinner together. Additionally on the main floor are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and the other with a sofa that pulls out to a queen sized bed as well. There is a bathroom with bathtub and shower as well. The oversized, upstairs master bedroom has a king sized adjustable bed with a private balcony with the chairs looking onto Lake Arrowhead. The en-suite has a large walk in shower with a waterfall shower head. Upstairs also include a bathroom with shower in the hallway and 2 bedrooms each with queen size beds. Each bedroom, with the exception of 1 downstairs bedroom, all include smart TVs. The outdoor includes a very large deck with seating for everyone. There are 2 gas fireplaces and gas Blackstone barbecue. There is a new in 2024 7 person hot tub. Guest access You'll have the entire property to yourself. There are a few private spaces for the owners and cleaning items. The master closet is private, although there is a built-in dresser in the master that the guests will have access to. The guests will have garage access that is suitable for 1 vehicle. Other things to note Guests will be given a unique access code for the front door for the duration of the stay. There are also some cards and games in the office closet. While we love dogs, we have a special needs child with severe allergies and so service animals are not allowed. Any violation of this will require a minimum $200 additional cleaning fee. San Bernardino County code enforcement has reasonable, but firm, policies that have financial penalties when not followed. Any fees or citations will be passed onto the guests if violated. Primarily, all vehicles must be on the property and not on the street overnight. The property has a garage (1 spot) and 2 parking spots in the driveway. Also, there is a good neighbor policy in place where the quiet time begins at 10pm. Please come inside and enjoy your stay as we want the mountain to remain a respectful and peaceful place for all. Fines for these 2 can be up to $1000 each from the county. For your safety, there are security cameras on the exterior of the property in the front and the back patio and in the garage. There are no interior cameras or listening devices. The wifi system is a Google mesh, so it has some supportive features built in that may have passive listening, this can be disabled by turning the microphone switch on the devices (they glow orange so are not turned off by default.) Lake Arrowhead is a private lake. AirBnB guests that are visiting can access the trails, and the water from our private (1 of 3 slips of a multi-dock). You can bring floats to play with at the dock.
