The living room and open concept kitchen is a great space for gathering with friends and family. There is a lovely patio to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. It is located 1/2 block off Market St, so it is walking distance to shopping, wineries, restaurants, and bars. The space Hillside Cottage has 4 bedrooms, two on the main floor and two upstairs. There is also a full bath on each floor. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds and the other bedroom has two twins. The cozy living room has a sofa and chairs and opens into the kitchen to create a large gathering space. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pans, utensils and even the wine glasses. There is a nice outdoor patio with a dining table and 8 chairs. It is a great place to catch a little sun with coffee in the morning and shade in the afternoon just in time for a glass of wine. The Hermann Trolley will pick you up at the house and take you around to the wineries. There are also several other transportation options. We are not located downtown but we are within walking distance to a grocery store and Dollar General if you would need something along with a new winery you can walk to. The space Our guesthaus was designed to offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is supplied with dinnerware, utensils, pots and pans, some condiments; anything you would need to make a meal. There’s also a coffee bar with a variety of flavors offered. The dining room has a large table that includes a bench. The living room offers enough room to kick back and relax and enjoy a little TV. The Smart TV and available wi-fi allows guests to log into their own streaming services. There are 4 bedrooms. The two downstairs bedrooms have queen beds; two upstairs have full beds. The home only has 1 bathroom but there are plenty of mirrors in the home to help you get ready. There's a front porch and a deck with seating to enjoy after a day of exploring the town and enjoying the many events and activities Hermann has to offer. While we aren’t located downtown you can walk to the nearby grocery store and a DG. A new winery opened and is within walking distance. The trolley and several other transportation options will pick you up and drop you off at the house. Guest access Guests have full access to the house except for the cleaning closet and basement. These have locks on them. Other things to note Hermann sits along the beautiful Missouri River and is home to award winning wineries, numerous restaurants/bars, distillery, craft beers, and unique shops. The town is full of rich Germann heritage. Guests who don't want to drive can arrive on the Amtrak train. There are several methods of getting around town. The Trolley has day passes guests can purchase and they will pick you up at the guesthaus, take you to all the wineries and return you to the guesthaus. There are also two taxi services that also offer similar packages. Want to explore the outdoors? The Katy Trail is accessible across the river for walking and biking. If you're up for a hike, The Bluff is also across the river. It's not an an easy hike, but the view at the top will be worth it!

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath guest house is perfect for every occasion. A relaxing weekend getaway, bachelorette party, wedding parties, and more. This spacious guesthouse will accommodate up to 10 guests. Located just 1 mile from the heart of Hermann! The trolley will pick you up right at the front door!! A couple of things to consider: * steep driveway * one car garage/street parking * tri level stairs * residential neighborhood * stairs at main entry The space The master and second bedroom provide a comfortable nights sleep on a queen bed. The living room has a sofa sectional full size sleeper with all bedding provided. The basement provides a full size bed as well as 2 twin beds. No need to bring your bedding, we have that covered. If you would choose to utilize the queen size air mattress that is provided you will need to bring proper bedding as it is not provided for the air mattress. 2 full bathrooms. Upstairs is a tub/shower combo. Downstairs is a stand up shower only. This shower is original to the home, while clean and fully functional it is an older shower unit. This is part of our remodel plan and will be replaced this winter. We do have the thermostat on a schedule that will have the home prepared for your stay. If you have preferred temperature settings please communicate prior to check in so we can accommodate for your stay. Be mindful when utilizing hot water, that this is a home, not a hotel. Multiple showers, running dishwasher, laundry will have impact on hot water heater. The main floor has a very large eat in kitchen with all the amenities, a large living room for gathering with friends and family and a half bath. The house attaches to Ash Creek Suite if you have a larger group. The space The house is a 3 bed, 1 1/2 bath home located downtown. It is walking distance to the wineries, shopping, and restaurants. The bedrooms each have a queen bed. There is a daybed in the living room that will convert to two twins. The sofa pulls out to a queen bed. There is TV in the living room and free Wifi. The backyard has a nice table and chairs and fire pit. The kitchen has all major appliances, full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. Pots, pans, dishes and of course, wine glasses. The dining room table will seat 10. There are extra chairs in the basement and in the bedrooms. There is a firepit to use in the backyard. Formerly known as the Hoff Haus, this is a beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home built in 1910. Located on a quiet street right outside of downtown Hermann, this is a two-story home. Walk to shops and restaurants or, for a fee, have the Trolley (Hermann Trolley Company) pick you up out front of the house. Sleeps up to 8 guests. Please note that some guests have described the steps of our staircase as steep. The space Your stay will include access to the entire home. We have 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with 2 king size beds. Adorable 3 bedroom 2 bath house.  Amazing outdoor space with a stylish covered patio.  Huge open living area perfect for hanging out when you're not busy winery hopping.    Queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate extra guests.  Walking distance to Stonehill Winery or have the popular Hermann Trolley pick you up right from the house!   The base price is for up to 6 people (2 people per room).  For more than 6, there is a $25 per person, per night fee. Roku TV provided (no cable).

Magnolia Inn

This rental is close to the downtown area. (1 mile) The trolley will pick you up right next to the house. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living room with a fold out murphy bed, a kitchen, a screened in patio and a deck with a sitting area and fire pit We are on a quiet cul-de-sac street. We are also next to Caseys (1 minute walk) so you can easily grab snacks or things you forgot. This rental is for the top level of house. The bottom level of house is a separate unit. The space This is a brand new airbnb but we are not new to airbnb. We have had the downstairs unit for over 2 years and have only positive reviews. We are super hosts and we value our guests and want them to have a comfortable stay with us. Guest access You have access to the top floor( outside of the garage) A few closets are locked that are supplies in them. Other things to note There will be a code for the door. I will text you all of the info before your check-in. The pellet stove is just decorative and is not for guest use. If you have a group of 10 you are welcome to uses couches as well. Just let me know so I can leave out bedding for them. Check in and out times are super flexible- if we don't have back to back bookings. 95 percent of the time we can say yes to early checking and noon checkout.
