This beautiful 1900's home has been renovated and consists of 5 individual units. This home is located just blocks from Troy University and with in walking distance of our beautiful downtown square. The police department is only one block from the home and provides an extra layer of safety for all guests. The home is currently undergoing exterior renovations and renovations on the back side of the property. The front two units are available for short term rentals. The space Apartment 1 is a one bedroom, one bath unit that has a separate living space. This unit could easily sleep 3 guests in its current state. We could allow additional guests with the use of a blow up air mattress. We would need to be notified of the need for this ahead of time. Additional cost may be incurred. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and dinnerware. It does not have a stove. The bathroom is equipped with a stand up shower and small hanging closet. Some towels and toiletry items are provided. Guest access Each guest will receive a code for the lock prior to arrival. You will have access to parking currently. Future guest will have access to a court yard area once renovations are complete. Other things to note Complimentary coffee, bottled water and nonperishable breakfast items are provided for short term guests. Complimentary WiFi will be provided with your stay.

The Cottage sits on a farm directly on Highway 231. The property is 7 miles from the Troy University campus and 8 miles to the Troy bypass (shopping/restaurants). The space This 960 sq. ft. cottage is the perfect spot for those attending Troy University activities and is a great stopping point for those heading to the FL beaches and/or other vacation destinations. Longer term arrangements can be made for traveling nurses or commuting professionals. Enjoy the country feel (just inside the Troy city limits) that this very quiet and peaceful location has to offer. Guest access Keyless entry access to property. Please note that we have a Boston Terrier and the pasture adjacent to the home has three or four horses grazing at times. All are very friendly and up to date on all vaccinations. The Cottage kitchen has everything you need away from home. The kitchen is stocked with a full-size fridge/freezer, full size stove w/oven, sink, microwave, and coffee maker. Pots, pans, dishes, cooking/eating utensils and towels are also provided. Complimentary bottled water and coffee will be available for your consumption. High speed internet is available to support all of your electronic needs including gaming, streaming movies, Zoom, and virtual meeting calls. The space Kosik House Unit 2 is a beautifully furnished one bedroom/one bath apartment with a fully equipped kitchen including a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, dinnerware, cookware, etc. The studio style apartment has a sitting area near the fireplace and boasts a beautiful Queen Size bed. Bathroom includes a stand up shower, vanity and private toilet area. Guest access Keyless entry code will be given to each guest prior to check in. Once code is entered then hit the ✔️ on the keypad for door to unlock. Other things to note Parking is currently available for each guest. Once construction is complete, a court yard will be available for guest use as well.

Glow Boutique Retail enters and exits through a back door adjacent to Hattie’s-On the-Square back door. Foot traffic may be heard; but, the back door is private. Other things to note The futon unfolds to a standard, double bed. Extra linens are in the laundry closet.

Four picnic tables in back! Games and books in island! Doors open on back side. Plug ins for devices on inside of island. The property is 16 acres with pond. Children should not be at pond without adult supervision. Our property is very rural and has a lot of wildlife. Snakes- Rattlesnakes and Moccasins Black Bear Coyotes Raccoons Deer Fox Armadillo Possums Hawks Wild Turkeys It's Alabama! Guest access The home is for guests only and the property as well. Very private and quiet. Work on porch and listen to the birds. Watch groups of turkeys, deer and other wildlife from the porches. Other things to note The Pine Lodge is a 15-20 minute drive to Troy University on good roads. Please avoid the outdoor sheds on edge of property and the immediate area around them. When dogs are present guests are responsible for picking up after them in front fenced area using bags provided on porch! Please dispose of in dumpsters by road. Couches will be covered when pets are with. Please kennel if dogs left in house and owners leave. Prefer kenneling when dogs in house. Pets are allowed for a fee. The home has a Tankless Water heater that is located under porch near basement. The hot water may take a few minutes to reach house and bathrooms. The faucets for hot and cold turn opposite on some of faucets. If it seems no hot water just turn faucet other direction! We have very good hot water that does not run out!! The Pine Lodge

Please Read Farmcharm, is a cozy, tranquil studio space with PRIVATE entrance. It has a queen bed and sleeper sofa bed (both with memory foam mattresses). Take in the views of 1000's of acres surrounding the property and enjoy sitting on the large back porch sipping your morning coffee and seeing the sunrise (or sitting on the front porch watching all the birds). The property is 15 minutes from Goshen & 7 min. to Troy (13 min. to campus). RTJ golf courses (3) are all within 60-75 min entra The space This 460 sq. ft. studio style loft space. NOT entire home. Owners are onsite but you will have your Own private entrance and space with shared outside area only! It is the perfect spot for those attending Troy University activities and is a great stopping point for those heading to the FL beaches and or other vacation destinations. Golf lovers can enjoy 3 RTJ courses (Cambrian Ridge, Highland Oaks, & Capitol Hill) within 60-75 minutes away! There are 3 wedding venues within 20 minutes from our property. 1 is only 3 miles away. Enjoy the gorgeous sunrises and serenity of the views. We live in a very quiet and peaceful part of county. This space is not accessible by wheelchair. There are 16 steps to walk up to reach the space. Please NO smoking or vaping in loft or on premise. If evidence is found, you risk a fine along with a bad review. No exceptions. Guest access Shared spaces include the carport, front and back porches. Back porch area has plenty of seating and great area to watch the sunrise in the morning. We also have a gas grill and can be used with prior approval. We will also provide grilling utensils. In addition, we have a Cornhole board to use and have just added a Smokeless Bonfire Pit! Please let us know if you use it so that we may provide starter firewood or pellets. The front porch has two Adirondack chairs and a table for your enjoyment to watch the birds in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. Although we do not have a lake on property, there is a public lake for fishing (as seen in pictures), that is just about 1/4 mile from our home. In addition there is other lake (Pike County Lake) within 5 miles, so bring your fishing poles. If you let us know of your interest in fishing, we also have some folding chairs available for your use. Dawn n I will allow guests to use our washer n dryer upon request. Let us know if you might want to use and we will make the appropriate accommodations. Other things to note Our Farmcharm space is a loft style studio that easily sleeps 2 adults, and up to 4 people as there is a Queen size sleeper sofa pull-out bed. Farmcharm has its own entrance, separate from the main house, and is accessed with a keypad. Pets are most welcome with prior approval. Please note a 2-dog or cat limit, must be potty trained, no fleas and up to date on vaccinations. We have a lab/bulldog mix (Finn), two American Bulldogs (Rosie n Roxie), and four cats (Jerry, Tommie, Louie n Mo), that will be outside for long periods of time. All of our pets are very friendly and are up to date on all shots and vaccinations, we ask that you let us know if you have a pet to get approval prior to your stay please. We also ask that you kennel your pet if they will be left unattended for long periods of time during your stay. Two of our dogs are in a side fenced area of porch and yard. Please keep gates closed and latched at all times. Our other dog is in house mostly except to go out and potty. We will keep communication when he’s outside. Our Kitchenette is inclusive of a small fridge/freezer, sink, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker. We also have an electric 2-burner stove top with 2 pots to use for cooking. Complimentary moon pies, bottled water and RC cola will be available for your consumption. Hulu is our TV service as well as internet (Firefox TV allows access to Netflix and Amazon prime as well). We are not aware of any issues relating to using your cell phone data plan to connect to the internet. Should the electricity go out, we have a Generac generator powered by gas, that will power the entire house and loft space.

The bedroom contains a queen-sized bed and a closet to make you feel right at home. The bathroom features a shower, a classic pedestal sink, and a toilet. Also, there you will find a full-sized washer and dryer, ensuring you have the convenience of fresh laundry during your stay. Covered parking available in carport. Additional Parking space is in the nearby pole barn or around the cottage. Guest access You'll be given a unique passcode for the front door of the cottage at the beginning of your stay. We will do our best to leave the front light on for you. We will give you your privacy, but please also respect ours. Feel free to feed the chickens (they'll be your new best friend), pet the dogs and cats, goats and pig (just don't let them inside), or hold the bunnies. We just ask that you keep the gates closed. Other things to note We keep farm-fresh chicken eggs available while you stay. Let us know what's bringing you for a visit and we'll do our best to make sure your stay is the best. On our property, we use well water and have a septic. Please be mindful to not dump grease or food waste into the sinks, and do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, etc. in toilet. We do our very best to use environmentally-friendly cleaning products.
