BEACH BUNGALOW is located on the west end of Panama City Beach in the Laguna Beach area. The Beach is about a tenth of a mile from the property. The unit offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Other things to note Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.  This vacation rental features: 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.  Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)  Garbage days are every Tuesday. A five minute walk or short bike ride to public beach access at the end of the road. 4 bikes are included with rental. The house is one story, open floor plan and no stairs. The living, dining and fully equipped kitchen flow together nicely. There are three bedrooms. One with a King, one with a Queen and one with two twins. The room with the King and the living room have tv's with HD. There is a DVD player in the living room. Books for rainy days. There are two bathrooms. One in the room with King bed. It offers a shower/tub combo. The other is in the hallway, it offers a walk in shower. You have your own private pool with tanning shelf and a small yard in the back. On side of house there's an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off sand. You have access to the garage with automatic garage door to store your belongings. In the garage is a washer and dryer. 4 backpack chairs and cooler to use while there. *There is a golf cart for use. But only with a signed waiver. It will be emailed separately as Airbnb does not handle waivers. *The POOL IS NOT HEATED in the winter. **Spring breakers please do not inquire unless 25 or older. Guest access You can access the house/garage and outdoor pool area. Other things to note Our check out time is 10am. The beach front road is lined with bike lanes - you’ve got to cruise to the local coffee shop and restaurants, but don't get too distracted with the beach view while riding :) A brand new bike and pedestrian paths runs along back beach road to Inlet Beach and Panama City Beach too! Open floorpan, beautiful finishes, and an outdoor patio with lush yard, outdoor dining, and a charcoal grill make this a great home to relax after a day in the sun. The back yard is fully fenced for privacy. Primary bedroom has a King size bed, and adjoining bathroom with walk in shower. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and third bedroom has 2 full size beds. Open floorplan- kitchen has stainless appliances and granite counters. If you're traveling with little ones, there's a great local service for renting baby gear - let me know if you need that as well when you book. There are lots of places nearby to grab charcoal and lighter fluid- there may be some left from previous guests or myself in the garage. TV- We have both TV’s signed into Discovery+, which has lots of options for kids and adults. Price includes a golf cart which can be driven in Laguna Beach down to Sunnyside Beach. It provides a great way to get beach supplies we provide to the beach. It is NOT street legal for driving beyond the County Line, at the highrise hotels. We have the perfect setting for a laid-back vacation. We strive to make your stay a memorable one. The space You will enter our home through a keyless entry door with your own personal code. The living room seats 7 comfortably. It is a spacious, open concept with the kitchen and dining area. There is a pantry for your food, 2 refrigerators (including porch), one with icemaker, dishwasher, Samsung digital stove and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked with such items as a crock pot, electric griddle, dutch oven, toaster, chopper, stainless steel cookware, good quality plates, bowls and utensils. The bathrooms have been totally renovated, except for the hall bathtub. There is ample storage for your things and we provide hair dryers and soft linens. We have 1 king, 2 queen and 1 twin size beds. All mattresses and pillows are covered with protective, waterproof, bug proof covers. The beds and linens are nice and comfortable. There are 2 benches in every room and also plenty of drawer space and closets with hangers. The master bedroom has a walk in closet where you will find extra pillows, blankets, Beach Towels and games. All bedrooms and the living room have Roku TVs. There are Black Out curtains in the bedrooms also. The screened-in porch and car port area are a great place to relax. Ash trays are provided under the car port area and also corn hole boards for some family fun. There is a gas grill with tools, a clothes line for hanging wet towels and swim suits, along with a shower. Out back, there are 2 storage bins with all the beach supplies you should need, including chairs, umbrella, blanket, buckets/shovels, crabbing gear and a cooler. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
