A guest’s refusal to comply with this request, or inability to provide a valid ID and matching selfie, may result in the cancellation of the booking. We do not allow parties or events in our space and ask that you keep noise to a reasonable level as per city guidelines. Unauthorized events or parties will result in an additional fee of up to $5,000.00, plus applicable charges for any damages. If neighbors have to call us or the police due to a disturbance, all guests within the rental party will be instructed to vacate the property and guests will forfeit all reservation charges. Smoking or vaping of any kind (cigarettes, marijuana, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the home. Doing so will result in a fine of up to $3,000. We charge an additional pet fee ($200 per pet) if you plan on bringing pets. If any pets are brought to the home without our prior knowledge, a fine of $1,000 will be imposed. Please contact us directly for more details. If nicotine pouches are used, please ensure these are cleaned up, including around the yard. Further cleaning fees may be imposed if they are left around the property. We ask you to please respect check in and check out times. You can request an early check in time, and we will accommodate if possible (for an additional $50 fee from 12 to 3 PM, and an additional $100 fee from 8 AM to 12 PM). Requests for late check out will not be granted due to our professional cleaning crew that is scheduled to complete a full deep clean of the home between guests. Due to the size of the home, considerable time must be allocated to ensure everything is in mint condition before you arrive. Please respect the 11am check out rule so we can keep our home to the highest standard for you and our future guests. Please note that the air conditioning in this area is not meant to go below 70 degrees since it can overwork and damage the units in extreme heat. Because of this, the homes may be set in the 70-80 degree range. If it is over 100 degrees outside, the home may not be able to reach the set temperature due to normal limitations to the AC unit and the extreme temperatures of the area. Our homes are meant for the purpose of vacations, holidays, and special/temporary needs. We will not accept any residential stays where our property is used as your primary residence or home. We do heat them but the colder outside the harder it is to hold higher temps, It is still heated but not in the 80’s during the colder seasons We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily. *If there is an amenity that has an issue during your stay we reserve the right to fix it before you have the ability to cancel or get a refund.
