There is also another matching seat, new flat screen T.V., and Cable TV to make you feel at home while you relax before or after your family's beach excursion. Our fully equipped kitchen contains updated appliances, a microwave, toaster, pots, pans, skillets, etc. We also have dinnerware for up to 8, cooking, serving, and dining utensils, and plenty of cups/mugs/glasses / wine glasses / martini glasses. In the pantry you will find a steamer pot, should you feel the desire to cook your own seafood CRAB Boil feast! The dining table is perfect for families with seating for 6 adults comfortably. As you walk down the hall you'll find the the laundry area to your right. The master bedroom has a queen bed, big closets, a flat screen, and ROKU TV or Amazon Firestick. This bedroom also has private access to the front porch via sliding glass door and it's own private bathroom with a brand new shower head and new thick bath towels. The 2nd guest bedroom contains a queen sized bed, side tables and a closet. Another 2nd full bathroom is located in the hallway with a shower / tub combination and plenty of cabinet space for storing toiletries, towels, etc. One private parking space is provided in the driveway (marked #4) and street parking in front of the condo bldg. is metered in season, but if you park farther down the street, in a blank un-numbered space, it is free. Other things to note.... We encourage you to provide your own bed linens (which is actually very common and customary of rentals ongoing at the Jersey Shore), for your peace of mind. But we can happily provide clean sheets (which are washed by our cleaning service after every guest’s visit and washed in our laundry room). Please NOTE: that either way, each guest will be putting their own sheets onto each bed when they arrive - so that the guest can be assured that they are using their own clean sheets or the guest can use our sheets (which will be found in the dryer upon arrival or folded & placed on the shelves in the laundry room or in each bedroom closet). We will be providing each guest room with pillows, nice new bath towels (brand new every season) for each bathroom, as well as bathmats and several beach towels for your use! We will also provide extra pillows & blankets in the closet of some of the bedrooms. Special Features!
