There is a shower, sink and toilet in the bathroom on the ground floor. A charging station for Oral-B (Braun) electric toothbrushes and a hairdryer are provided. Larger purchases can be made at Aldi (about 10 minutes by foot, 5 minutes by car) or at Edeka (about 17 minutes by foot). Around the church in Alt-Westerland, there are beautifully restored thatched farmhouses from the 17th century. This is where Westerland originated and has extended to the beach in the course of the tourist development. Just a 15-minute walk to the beach & downtown. The train station & supermarkets are within walking distance. Fully equipped kitchen. A washer and dryer are also available. Spacious living room with dining area. The spiral staircase leads to the two bedrooms and the main bathroom with shower and bathtub. The space Guest cards: As a landlord, I am obliged to issue guest cards through the city of Westerland. Guest cards will be charged separately after booking at €4.10/day per guest (winter: €2.05). Children up to 18 years of age are free, but they also receive guest cards. Laundry: Linen package (bed linen, hand dishcloth) for €30 per person bookable separately. The final amount for guest cards and laundry must be paid by bank transfer after booking. These additional costs must be settled by the guest within 3 days of booking before arrival. When you make your booking, please let me know the first and last names and dates of birth of all travelers, as well as their email addresses and postal addresses. Our cozy, approx. 55 sqm apartment "Lonni" is located on the upper floor of our single-family house and is spread over 2 floors. It offers you a living/dining area with an open kitchen (without an oven), a shower room, a separate bedroom for 2 people and a small open bedroom in the attic for 1-2 people. The beach, city center and train station are within 12 minutes' walking distance, and the nearest supermarket is about 250 meters away. Dogs are welcome, but please let us know! The space The apartment is good and cozy for 3 people. 4 people are also possible, but it should be noted that the second bedroom is a small, open bedroom with a sloping roof. A children's travel cot can be provided on request. IMPORTANT: Due to the increased energy prices, we charge a one-time energy fee of €68 under community costs. As soon as the energy price situation relaxes again, we will cancel this allowance again. Another important note: On Sylt, a tourist tax must be paid per person (18 years and above) per night. As a landlord, I have to register my guests with the municipality of Sylt and issue the guest card for you.
