Depending on the season and what Mother Nature has in store, you may see deer, squirrels, rabbits, raccoons, opossums, armadillos, birds, butterflies, moths, frogs, lizards, spiders, ants, beetles, bees, chiggers, wasps, ladybugs, walking sticks, field mice, coyotes, snakes, and other native critters. Seasonal conditions may also bring pollen, poison ivy, poison oak, leaves, acorns, mud, and other natural elements around the property. 🐝🕷️🌧️ While we do everything we can to keep our cabins clean and comfortable through routine housekeeping and professional pest control, Mother Nature occasionally reminds us who’s really in charge. After all, we’re visiting their neighborhood! Perfect for 2-3 families, or a group of adults, The SKY DECK sleeps up to 12 people comfortably with 2 master suites, one private queen suite and one triple queen bedroom! The space The cabin sleeps 12 guests comfortably and is accommodating to groups with all adults, or a mix of adult and children. It offers two luxurious master suites downstairs, each with King size beds and huge private bathrooms. These oversized bathrooms have soaking tubs and huge showers with rainfall heads! Upstairs we offer a unique arrangement of two additional Queen bedrooms! One has a single queen bed and its own private full bath with tub/ shower combo. The other offers three additional queen beds and a private bathroom with double vanity and tub/ shower combo. Just down the hallway is a bonus full bathroom which offers guests upstairs a choice on bathroom spaces. So with 6 beds, this cabin makes it comfortable 12 to enjoy plenty of luxury and space during their stay. (No sleeper sofas or cramming people into inadequate spaces like a lot of other rentals in the area often do) We also elected NOT to put bunk beds at this property, so as to better accommodate those groups who travel with older teenagers, college students or adults and the layout is perfect for church or corporate retreats where you may want to bring an all adult group! The Living spaces at this cabin are all roomy and well appointed with modern furnishings and design. The Living room has comfortable seating, and while the room has lots of natural light, tall ceilings and epic views, it can still feel cozy with the inviting gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is masterfully designed with a cooking triangle that will bring out your inner chef! Centered around the 48" Thor Kitchen gas range, the cooking experience here is unmatched. You'll have plenty of counter space, a deep single-bay sink with an unbelievable view, 2 dishwashers and all the kitchen gadgets you need to cook up a feast! Then you can serve that feast at our dining table with seating for 8, and the additional 4 guests can be served at the center island. There's a dedicated seat for every guest, including the kids! We offer a convenient coffee bar with Keurig machine and we stock plenty of assorted K-cups for the coffee lovers in your group. We also have a coffee grinder and French press for bonafide connoisseurs! Plus it's located only steps away from the porch, and Sky Deck - where we bet will be your favorite spot to sit in the early mornings while you sip your cares away. The OUTDOOR spaces at The SKY Deck are nothing short of spectacular. The covered patio area is HUGE, with multiple seating areas and even an outside bar area accessible by slider window from the kitchen! It's perfect for serving food to guests who prefer to dine outside, or even at the table on the Sky Deck. We chose to also put a small gas fire pit on the covered porch area as well, so you can enjoy the warmth and ambiance of a nice fire pit even in inclement weather. You can choose your favorite place to sit and relax, or even take a dip in the hot tub and enjoy unmatched views from every spot. This particular lot also features an access point down the hill from the end of one of the access roads, making it one of the more private lots in the neighborhood, with no cars driving by. From this vacation rental, you can be on the water at Broken Bow lake in less than 25 minutes, Be in Hochatown in about 15-20 minutes, or take advantage of the access to Broken Bow also in about 20-25 minutes. Our neighborhood actually has two access points. The first is Cress Road (southern access point) where we are located about 4.5 miles from Highway 259 with convenient access to Broken Bow. The second is Camp Ranch Road (Northern access) where's we're about 3.75 miles from Highway 259 with closer access to Hochatown and area dining/ attractions. However, because our properties are located in a rural, forested environment, it is completely normal to occasionally encounter some of Broken Bow’s native plants, insects, and wildlife. Depending on the season and what Mother Nature has in store, you may see deer, squirrels, rabbits, raccoons, opossums, armadillos, birds, butterflies, moths, frogs, lizards, spiders, ants, beetles, bees, chiggers, wasps, ladybugs, walking sticks, field mice, coyotes, snakes, and other native critters. Seasonal conditions may also bring pollen, poison ivy, poison oak, leaves, acorns, mud, and other natural elements around the property. 🐝🕷️🌧️ While we do everything we can to keep our cabins clean and comfortable through routine housekeeping and professional pest control, Mother Nature occasionally reminds us who’s really in charge. After all, we’re visiting their neighborhood! You may notice a curious critter or two during your stay, and while they’re generally harmless, they can be a little more active than what you might be used to in the city. Keeping doors and windows closed when not in use is the best way to make sure your only visitors are the ones you invited. 🚪✨ Planning to spend time outdoors? 4 king bedrooms 4 full baths, and a twin over double bunkbed in the roomy loft. The space A roomy no pet 4 bed 4 bath cabin close to the North entrance to Beavers Bend State Park. With its vaulted ceiling and open floor plan, quality materials and workmanship, leather furniture around a fireplace and soaring windows, this cabin will put you at ease - this is going to be a great vacation! Sleeping eleven with four king bedrooms two upstairs and two down, each with private full baths (one of the bathrooms features a large bathtub, nice for those with children), there is also a twin over double bunkbed in the spacious loft. Also in the loft is the foosball table and with beautiful views of the forest, a balcony. The kitchen is a joy to cook in with its granite island and counter tops, quality appliances and fully stocked cupboards. And just out the back door on the covered deck, outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill and large hot tub with a relaxing view of the forest. Here in the back are also a fire ring with seating and a horseshoe pit. ( If you think you might cancel last minute, I recommend looking into cancellation insurance or trip protection.) For boat trailers and multiple vehicles there is a circular drive with additional parking space under the pines. Smoking Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin in order to preserve the freshness and comfort of the space for future guests. EV Charger Information This property does not offer an EV charging station. Nearby fast charging stations are available at Choctaw Casino. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 10 AM out of respect for neighboring cabins and the surrounding community. Sound travels easily throughout the forested mountain areas. Event Policy Small events and gatherings may be allowed at the cabin, and a small event fee may apply. Please reach out before your stay to discuss your plans. While we may be able to accommodate more people for events, only the maximum sleeping occupancy is allowed to stay overnight at the cabin. Pool Heating Information Pool heat is available for $75 per night and must remain on for the duration of your stay once activated. Pool heating must be requested and paid at least 48 hours before arrival. Pool heaters generally raise water temperature by about 30 degrees above the outside air temperature, so actual pool temperatures will vary with the weather. Requests made within 48 hours of arrival or after check-in are subject to a $50 surcharge. Last-minute pool heating requests can only be handled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Pool heating fees are non-refundable, as they cover the cost of operating the heater regardless of weather or usage. If outside temperatures drop below 32°F at night, pool heating will not be available. Pool heaters are not equipped to operate in freezing conditions, and heating requests during those periods will be declined. The cabin is professionally treated for pests, though occasional insects such as spiders, beetles, ladybugs, or wasps may still appear, particularly during seasonal transitions or rain. During spring months, pollen from surrounding pine trees may collect on outdoor surfaces despite cleaning efforts before arrival. Keeping doors and screens closed whenever possible helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay. We encourage guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while remaining respectful of neighboring cabins and the natural environment. Sound travels easily throughout the forested area. What To Bring We recommend bringing groceries, condiments, cooking oils and seasonings, personal toiletries, coffee and creamers, bug spray for mosquitoes and ticks, ice, and firewood with fire starters for the outdoor firepit. Depending on the season and what Mother Nature has in store, you may see deer, squirrels, rabbits, raccoons, opossums, armadillos, birds, butterflies, moths, frogs, lizards, spiders, ants, beetles, bees, chiggers, wasps, ladybugs, walking sticks, field mice, coyotes, snakes, and other native critters. Seasonal conditions may also bring pollen, poison ivy, poison oak, leaves, acorns, mud, and other natural elements around the property. 🐝🕷️🌧️ While we do everything we can to keep our cabins clean and comfortable through routine housekeeping and professional pest control, Mother Nature occasionally reminds us who’s really in charge. After all, we’re visiting their neighborhood! With the beautifully appointed living room and kitchen, and luxurious touches throughout, you will feel your luxurious vacation has begun! King of the Road has plenty of space to spread out and have privacy with its 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths! There are three King Master suites each with their own En-Suite full bathroom and the bunk room that will sleep 8. There are four Full size beds and its own bath as well! King of the Road is all on ONE level! You will only need to use stairs to enter the cabin or going down to the firepit. Enjoy your mornings and afternoons snuggled up in one of our egg shaped chairs drinking coffee, reading a book or taking a cat nap while listening to the birds sing! Have a great meal at our comfortable outdoor dining table that seat 8! Our cozy deck is complete with a foosball table, Connect Four and Cornhole.
