This is a split bedroom plan with the master on the opposite side of the home as the other bedrooms for added privacy. A quick 45 minutes to New Smyrna Beach and Port Canaveral. Enjoy a amazing rocket launch, then come home to comfort, cleanliness, and peace. The space Our home has a wide open floor plan where the living room/dining room combo is adjacent to the kitchen for easy family gatherings! This open space encourages families and friends to congregate, maximizing the time you spend together! The master bedroom is the yellow room and has a king bed, an en suite bath with a standing shower, bright sky light, closet with hangers, luggage rack, chest-of-drawers, oversized night tables, ceiling fan, power strips next to each night stand for CPAPs and phone charging. In this room, you will find a gorgeous metal photo of one of the Sanford piers on Lake Monroe, which was taken by Seminole County artist, and our friend, Jim Uhing, who is a well recognized wildlife photographer. Please let us know and we can give you more details if you want to see more of Jim's amazing work for purchase. Because it's an older home, neither of the bathrooms have electric outlets. We have made blow dryers available. Please use the mirrors behind the bedroom doors to complete your amazing hairdos. The 2nd bedroom is the old timey golf room with a queen bed, a chest-of-drawers, a luggage rack, ceiling fan, closet with hangers, small side tables, and power strips next to each for CPAPS and phone charging. Enjoy being taken back to golfs olden days in this throwback room. The 3rd bedroom is the kids rock & roll room boasting a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on the top, a closet with hangers and one over sized side table. The top bed has a weight limit of 130 lbs, please do not exceed that weight for your safety, and for liability purposes. We want to make sure everyone is safe. This room gives you a great opportunity to explain what 45's were and who the amazing/influential guitarist Jimi Hendrix was. Please note our home has ONE TV in the living room, we DO NOT have TVs in the bedrooms. When we are there, if we want to see TV in the bedroom, we use our tablet, laptop or phone, or mostly outside of t.v., we like to read books we're behind on. We also hope you will enjoy our books and games while you are our guests! Guest access You have access to the whole of the 3 bedroom, 2 bath home! Please note, the building does have a 1 bedroom, 1 bath mother-in-law suite on the other side of the garage that may or may not be rented while you are a guest. Guests of the mother-in-law suite will use the right side of the driveway. There is also a 1 car garage that is only accessible in order to use the laundry room and for garbage and recycling. The 1 car garage is also used for our storage and houses our 6-seater golf cart. We will happily rent our golf cart to you for $165 daily with prepayment, rental agreement, and proof of insurance. Parking is important. Please be sure to park on the left side of the driveway (the right side will be used by mother-in law suite guests) and do not block the sidewalk. There is space on the driveway for a car in front of the garage door and on the road side of the sidewalk, without blocking the sidewalk. Street parking is also available. We have a very large back yard, but my husband and I have not done any beautification or landscaping and so have not provided any outdoor seating nor do we advertise it as part of our space. You have access to the yard, but that is up to your own discretion. The laundry room is at the back of the garage. In the garage, you have access to the laundry room through the door labeled laundry. Watch you step when going to the laundry room. Use the hand rail for your safety and security. Please help yourself to the washer/dryer, and we have provided detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience. Other things to note Our home is very central, in Central Florida. An hour or less to Daytona, downtown Orlando, theme parks, beaches, and right next to Orlando/Sanford International airport. We offer a great launching point to all of Central Florida, coast-to-coast. We are close to many of Central Florida's natural springs, world class golf, UCF Sporting events (Charge on, Go Knights), Florida state parks, any indoor or outdoor entertainment you could want. We are also close to lots of great restaurants and shopping, including historic Downtown Sanford. We are on-site here and live in the main house in the back of the lot on the property. This is a working farm and we have recently constructed a chicken coop for fresh eggs when available. The space The pictures are accurate descriptions of the space available. The only change we have made is the bunkbeds have been disassembled and are now two single beds in the room. Guest access This 3 BR/2 BA home is totally contained with no shared space, including private round-about driveway. For your info, it is however, attached to a residence that we occupy. If there is any evidence of smoking, a $250 penalty will apply, and your reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund for any unused nights. ▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am. ▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly. ▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the house is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250. ▶ TRASH: Trash is taken Mondays and Thursdays around 7 am. Please place trash cans on the alley behind the fence to be emptied. Recycling is taken on Monday afternoons. Recycling bins must be placed on either 5th Street or Myrtle Ave - not the alley. ▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages. ▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we’ll address them immediately.

Beds: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins/ The space This countryside home in Sanford offers a luxury-calm setting surrounded by serene outdoor views. Guests often enjoy birdwatching and sightings of local wildlife. This home provides a quiet, private environment with generous indoor space, ideal for relaxing stays while remaining conveniently close to downtown. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the main home and surrounding outdoor areas. A separate guest suite is located on the opposite side of the garage and may be rented independently. If additional space is needed and the suite is available, it can be rented separately. Both spaces have private entrances and do not share interior access - only shared space is the laundry room located in between both places. Other things to note Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee and must be approved in advance. On the day of arrival, you will receive a text with the door code and parking instructions. House rules are located on the kitchen island and must be read and followed upon check-in.

There is an outdoor dining area and grill on the deck. The house is within 45 minutes from theme parks (Disney & Universal) and beaches (Daytona/New Smyrna). The space The house features two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. 	•	The master bedroom has a king-size bed, along with a queen-size air mattress stored in the closet and also half bathroom is in the master bedroom. 	•	The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and there is also a sofa bed in the living room. Guest access Please note: The property shares a driveway with the main house, but the two homes are separated by at 70 feet, ensuring plenty of privacy during your stay. Other things to note The whole house is equipped with a water filtration system so guests can enjoy clean, filtered water.
