There is also a fully stocked laundry room downstairs that is yours to use as needed. You will have a private covered driveway as well for your cars and your own private entrance! Guest access You have access to the entire upstairs and the laundry room at the bottom of the stairs. Please do not open the doors that are in the side and back of the laundry room as they connect with the basement rental portion of the home. (they have a separate laundry room and you will not have to share any space at all with them) you are also welcome to use the large backyard for any of your needs. Other things to note We do rent out the basement of this home but they are entirely separate from you. You will have your own entrance, own laundry room, and even your own separate driveway. You may at times hear them talking downstairs but thats it. They are usually very quiet and will mind their own business. No part of the house is shared with them so you will be able to have your privacy.

Welcome to gorgeous Farmington! This rental is spacious, family friendly and has amazing views of the Wasatch mountains. You will love this beautiful, quiet neighborhood with tree lined streets. Here you are centrally located to many adventures Northern Utah has to offer. Enjoy local fun such as Lagoon Amusement Park (5 min drive), Station Park (4 min drive) and Cherry Hill (9 min drive) or take a short drive to countless hiking trails, ski resorts or downtown SLC. The space This is an above the garage addition to our home. It is private with a completely separate entrance. The rental is very spacious and open with gorgeous views of the nearby mountains through large picture windows. The main living area has a large leather reclining sectional couch, a 82 inch smart TV, entertainment center with fireplace heater, gaming console, family games, a stocked bookshelf and toy bins for younger kids. In the adjacent area, there is a medium sized refrigerator with top freezer, a microwave, and a dining table with chairs. Enjoy working or reading at the built in desk space. The bedroom has a queen bed, two twin beds, a pack-n-play, a queen sized air mattress and two thick sleep pads to accommodate two more people if needed. There is a large closet that can hold all your belongings. You will also find a fully stocked coffee/hot cocoa bar. The bathroom has a full bath with shower and all the essentials you could need. If you don't mind a storage type room, there is exercise equipment available for you to use. You will have access to a weight bench, free weights, a weight bar with plates, a yoga mat and an excercise ball. Be aware that there are indoor stairs you have to take to get from the entrance to the main living area. Guest access Guests have private access to the rental unit. There is a back deck and a fully fenced backyard (this is a shared space) with a trampoline and swingset which guests may use at there own risk. There is a Traeger grill off the back deck that you are welcome to use. If you do want to use the Traeger, let us know and we will provide the grilling utensils.
