The space This home was built in 2020 and fully updated by new owners in 2022. Cozy and efficient space with an open concept kitchen dining room and living room. Separate family room downstairs with a separate television. The upstairs includes 1 bedroom that is the master suite with private tub/shower and downstairs has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry. A/C only in master bedroom. Upstairs, the fireplace works as a heater or just ambiance and that is controlled by a thermostat on wall. The mini split also is the other main source of heat. We have a propane grill on site, available for use. We do not monitor the propane tanks, so please check before use. Guests are fully responsible for the propane if choosing to grill, and cleaning after. In Winter **On the lower level there’s one main Rianni floor mounted heater in the living room and then plug in heaters available in each bedrooms. ** Guest access The entire house is available for guest use. The rich wood-paneled walls convey an authentic cabin atmosphere. After whipping up your favorite recipe in the full kitchen (no dishwasher), head outside to the picnic area shaded by towering trees.  Things to Know Guest access You'll enter through the front door using the keypad lock code provided in your arrival email. There is ample onsite wood to enjoy an evening camp fire . There is an inside wood burning stove for chilly fall nights. The bathroom is inside with a brand new state of the art incinerating toilet. Clean and efficient and completely odorless. We just updated this to include a sink as well. (photos to follow on this most recent update) This is a great location for anyone that appreciates nature and the solitude the island cabin offers. Guest access We offer transportation in our large pontoon boat to help you to and from the island. You can sit and watch the river go by and have a fire overlooking the dock. You can fish, swim, or kayak (4 are provided) all the way to Sebago.. You can even dock your own boat and head down river to explore the river and Sebago Lake. There is a 7 might minimum in July and August. The space With a knotty pine interior, the 3-bedroom camp is large enough for a group of up to 6 however, there is a $40 per day for each quest above 4. There is also a full screened in porch with rocking chairs and lots of rainy day play space. It is fully air conditioned with a new bathroom with shower. Situated on a beautiful lake with 350 feet of private shoreline the cabin is ideal for family gatherings or a small group of friends, it is not available for parties and events. A seven day minimum stay (Saturday to Saturday) is required for July and August. Cozy up with board games, a book and enjoy the tranquility. We have firewood on the property for you to use. The docks are not in the water from October to April. The space The living room, kitchen and dining area are open to each other creating a festive atmosphere. The dining table seats 8 which is great for gathering to play board games. In warmer weather the screen porch, patio, docks, and lakeside swing make the property expansive providing plenty of room to get away or gather together. Swimming is clean and deep right off the dock. We have four kayaks, a canoe and two paddle boards to use during your stay. The waterfront is deep and not ideal for toddlers or young children that can not swim well. Guest access The entire cabin and property is available during your stay.

Winter visits - Cross country skiing or snowshoeing, take a trip to Pleasant Mountain for some skiing (it is about 30 minutes away), or you can visit Seacoast Fun Park for tubing (only about 10 minutes away)!
