Guest access The WaterColor community is the most desirable community on 30A due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the Gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community, the closest of which is Camp WaterColor just a few doors down from the house! The neighborhood has a quiet, comfortable feel - great for kids to play. The WaterColor Beach Club, about a 5-minute LSV ride on neighborhood streets, features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf! Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and AMAZING playground for kids! The community pools are heated during cooler months (subject to change by the neighborhood). The wristbands for access to all of these wonderful amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests. There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway, or pads located throughout the community. There is a Publix grocery store within 5 minutes you can walk, bike, or take the LSV too if needed. Other things to note Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance. In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration. Airbnb handles all payments. Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Our home has some of the best beach access on 30a. Our guests say it best: Wow! My family and I were blown away by Blue Mountain Luxe! I adore the fantastic combination of private spaces and group spaces. With the five extremely comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, my family of eight had plenty of privacy. But family vacations are all about togetherness, so the first floor great room with the huge sofas and chairs, eight-person dining table, and large well-appointed kitchen were perfect for us. We also loved having plenty of seating for everyone on the 3rd floor porch. Sitting outside with my family, catching the morning breeze, having coffee and planning the day each day was one of my favorite activities. Having the large pool within a two-minute walk was also great, especially when the double-red flags were up at the beach those first few days. We rented a couple of golf carts from Electric Cart Company, so getting to the beach was both tons of fun and super speedy! (Thanks for the recommendation, Michael, they were a really good company and provided us with great carts!) We cooked at the house quite a bit, but it was great having really tasty restaurants within a few minutes drive. We had a truly amazing stay, and Michael was a wonderful host!
