Seating is available for six at each of the two dining tables, plus five more at the kitchen island. Three bedrooms on this level each offer a king-sized bed, HDTV, and private bathrooms—two with showers and one with a tub/shower combo. The fourth bedroom includes a queen-size bunk bed and an HDTV. Cabin has private parking for up to 3 large vehicles. PLEASE NOTE: the Lodges at Reedmont community is under construction. Upon opening the front door, you will see two bedrooms equipped with King beds on either side of the hallway, both with ensuite bathrooms. Walk down the hallway to enter the Great Room, equipped with an open concept kitchen with quartz countertops and large island. The living space includes two oversized sofas and two extra large arm chairs, with more than enough space for all guests to lounge. Upstairs you will find a loft with a queen sleeper sofa and a full sized shuffleboard table. The 2nd level master king bedroom includes a full ensuite, and you will also find a bunk bed room with 4 twin beds, more than enough room for the kids to have a sleepover. There is another full bathroom serving the bunk room and loft. The basement is the perfect hang out space for those rainy days, equipped with a full game room with arcade and pool table. Attached to the game room will be a movie theater with a 75” Roku Smart TV and theater style seating. Also in the basement is the entrance to the private swimming pool and hot tub. Families with small children are more than welcome, but please note the cabin has not been specifically setup to be baby- or toddler- proofed. The pool and hot tub are USE AT YOUR OWN RISK and all children must be supervised by a responsible adult. The 1000sqft deck overlooks a large pond (stocked with fish) and the Fainting Farm area inhabited by very friendly fainting goats and miniature donkeys. The entire 5 acre property is shared with one other Airbnb Cabin of ours. Down the street from the Sevierville convention center. The cabin is dog friendly and has a fenced in yard. The space The main level (upper floor) has 3 bedrooms and the main living. The main level has the master suite (king bed with ensuite bathroom with a dual walk in shower) Queen guest room (upper floor) is next to the main hall bathroom Bunk room (upper floor) has a full over full bunk bed and pull out couch that opens to another full. Large gourmet kitchen with gas stove, dining table and living room with electric fireplace located in the main area with windows on 3 sides with expansive views.
