Lake weeds do grow up in the shallow waters in front of the cabin for about 6 months of the year, so if you want to get into the water, plan to paddle the kayaks out to one of the coves across the lake. In the warmer months, a micro plant called Water Meal also begins to float on the lake's surface and gather along the shore. This green grain-like plant does not harm your health or inhibit fishing. You are welcome to fish on the resort's shore and off the dock. The best fishing tends to be out in the lake's deeper waters. ■ PETS - DOG FRIENDLY! The number of dogs must be selected upon booking. We allow up to 2 house-trained dogs under 75 lbs. each. There is an additional fee of $150 fee per dog added to the total of your trip. Pets must be kenneled when left home alone. They must be on a leash at all times when outside of the cabin. Guests are responsible for cleaning up any waste from their pets. Guests must ensure that barking does not disturb our neighbors. Pets are never to be left alone outside. Please use the dog blankets provided if your pet will be on the couch or bed. We provide a basic kennel, a doggy bed, waste bags, and a lint roller. This house sits a couple hundred feet above the water so there is not access to lake however there is a park about a mile or so away with lake access. The space This property has breathtaking views of Lake Taneycomo and it is large enough to hold your whole family! As a family of 8, we have always struggled with having enough space to spread out in a hotel room or nightly rental. With this property, it is no problem! ⭐️There are three bedrooms upstairs: 2 queens and a king and a bedroom downstairs with three twins- all with differing level of firmness, but mostly medium firm. The downstairs bedroom also has a rollaway bed for an extra guest. Plenty of room for everyone. ⭐️The main bathroom offers a shower in a bathtub so kiddos have a comfortable place to splash around in. Master bathroom is open in the master bedroom. Master bathroom has a shower stall. ⭐️Both the master bedroom and one queen bedroom have closets equipped with hangers for your use. All bedrooms have lamps and fans for comfort. ⭐️We are a kid friendly property with toys downstairs, and children’s movies. Please note that we have one pack n play for young kids. We have two baby gates which you may use at your own risk. If you are staying for a special event like a birthday, wedding, or anniversary, we would love to help you prep for it! We now offer a special events package that includes cake, card, and some decor. This package is $65 and all items will be set up in the airbnb prior to check in. To receive this package, please message us and we will need to know favorite colors/ cartoon characters for the kiddos, cake flavor, and anything you want written on the card or to leave it blank for you. We will verify the amount of guests (to ensure we have enough cake!) and will ask for payment so we can get these items for you. Surprise your guests with a wonderful event package on your next vacation! Guest access There is a tiny house seated in front of the main house. This is not for rent as it is our housekeeping storage space. There may be housekeepers in and out of the storage space. Guests can access the laundry room in the basement. Please use your own detergent. Our driveway can fit three cars. We are currently renting out our 8 person pontoon on lake taneycomo and would love for you to add this onto your Branson vacation! Please message us if you’d like to book! Other things to note Pets must be supervised. They must stay off of the furniture and beds. They must be in a kennel when you are not there. They can not be left alone. Please pick up poo outside so other guests don’t step in it. Due to the extra work involved in cleaning up after pets, we do have a $25 pet fee. This does not cover major pet messes, but helps offset the cost of labor for my housekeepers. No smoking in the house. There is a $100 fine if smoke or marijuana is detected in the house. This is a residential area so no parties, loud music, or unregistered guests. Quiet hours are from 10pm-6 am. If you outside during these nighttime hours please be aware of your noise levels as our neighbors do not need to be woken by guests. We have the home on a regular monthly pest control schedule to help minimize the possibility of insects or critters. However our lake community has some unavoidable insects. You may occasionally run into some critters or insects in or around the home. We have also encountered bobcats, poisonous snakes, and even little bears. If this is a concern for you, you may want to book further from the lake or wooded areas. Joe is available via phone call or Airbnb messages. Bri is cohost and will be the main point of contact on Airbnb. Bri may be on property to check the hot tub but she won’t have access to your home during your stay. If you have any questions, issues, or concerns, please reach out on Airbnb so we can best help you, resolve the issue, and keep your fun vacation going! If you do find an issue at the home, please let us know as soon as possible. If you wait to inform us of an issue, we can not guarantee that we can fix the issue before check out so it is in your best interest to let us know of any issues as you find them so we can best help! Under no circumstances will a partial or full refund or relocation of guests be guaranteed. We will work to fix any equipment or amenity failure before or during a stay but can not guarantee that a guest will receive a refund for such issues. If we find something not working properly before check in, guests will be notified asap so they can decide if they want to keep their reservation. We work so hard to make sure the Airbnb stays rent ready so all can enjoy and make great memories so we will always do everything we can to ensure all equipment and amenities are ready for every stay! You will be issued a personal code to access the front door the day before you arrive. This code is unique to you and will only work for the duration of your stay. Rustic Retreat has 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms with an upstairs loft. With a stair-free entrance into the unit, the main floor boasts 2 bedrooms (each with king size beds), 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen, dining, and living area. The second floor will lead you to the family-friendly loft and cozy dormer, fully equipped with a queen size sleeper sofa and a twin size sleeper sofa. Also located on the second floor, is the third bedroom (queen bed) and third full bathroom. We offer WiFi and smart tv's, to accommodate your personal streaming services (no cable) and plenty of family friendly dvds and also offer FriendlyTV. Take a break at this beautifully remodeled cabin that sleeps 10 and has more amenities than you'd expect! Fisherman's Paradise is located at Edgewater Beach Resort in Forsyth, MO. It's just steps away from beautiful Lake Taneycomo, where the trout fishing is legendary! The resort offers a pool, playground, fire pit, laundry room, and fish cleaning station. Boats and boat slips are also available to rent. We are located next to Empire Park and just 16 miles away from Branson! The space An initial supply of k-pods, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags is provided. Guests will need to supply anything they need beyond the initial supply. Other things to note Lake Taneycomo is a cold-water lake that is famous for trout fishing. The average water temperature is around 48 degrees. Most people use the lake for fishing and boating, not swimming. The lake will look different based on the seasons, weather, and the flow of water in the lake. It is common to see a large amount of duckweed in the lake, especially in the coves, during periods of high heat. It isn't attractive, but it is harmless. The maintenance crew at the resort constantly works to keep the coves looking as nice as possible, but it is a natural body of water, so there's only so much that can be done. You are allowed to fish anywhere at the resort. If you don't have any luck there, you can try Empire Park, next door, or the dam. I also have information for a local fishing guide that I can pass along. Boats are available to rent at the resort. You will be sent the link for that after you make your reservation. All of the boats were purchased new in 2024. The pontoon boats are $399 a day, the bass tracker is $250 a day, and the G3 fishing boat is $150 a day. Let me know if you would like to add a boat slip to your reservation. Those are $25/night plus tax.

Be ready to be amazed by custom cedar bear carvings, massive cedar log beams, and a custom rock fireplace! Also enjoy the large grilling patio and fire pit and as the sun sets, watch the bluff glow over foggy Lake Taneycomo! The space Such a cute, cozy little A-frame cabin with a beautiful fireplace. Nice spacious kitchen with dining table that fits 8 people. The living room has a comfy sofa and large chair with ottoman, and a queen size sofa bed that is really comfy! The master bedroom has a walk-in closet with extra blankets and pillows. There are also 2 queen air mattresses which can be used in the master bedroom or living room. It also walks out to a private little patio! There is a queen log bed up the spiral staircase in the loft. It is a loft room and does not have a door. It’s warm and cozy up there so keep your hot sleepers downstairs. There is a 3rd smaller bedroom with adorable log bunk beds! The top bunk requires a smaller agile person to climb or use a chair to access. We have a large patio space for grilling and a great fire pit area! We have a gas grill and also a charcoal grill depending upon your preference. There is an outdoor dining table and chairs with umbrella so you can enjoy your meals outside! There is even a fire pit grill and skewers so you can fix dinner sitting right by the fire in the wooden Adirondack chairs! We have added a 2nd brand new bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combo. We also remodeled the original bathroom as well with walk-in shower. The kitchen has also just been remodeled with brand new kitchen cabinets and porcelain farmhouse sink with drying rack and cutting board accessories. We also added a butcher's block top island made of old cast iron pulleys. Such a unique piece adds a great touch! We have free password protected high-speed Wi-Fi and 2 smart TV’s with a Netflix subscription available. You may also log in to your own app subscriptions just don’t forget to log out! We also have a full size washer and dryer for your laundry needs. We do want people to realize we are about 6 miles from town and around 9 miles to the Landing. You need to plan on 10-15 min to get to the Landing. It is however a beautiful winding drive to the cabin with lots of animals to see along the way. Guest access Guests have the private cabin all to themselves. We have parking for 2-3 spaces and room for a boat trailer in front of the cabin free of charge. Other things to note This is a quiet, secluded neighborhood. We do not allow loud parties. We ask guests to please respect our neighbors by not being rowdy or loud. We want our guests and neighbors both to have a great experience! Also, Lake Taneycomo is a cold water lake great for fishing, canoeing, or kayaking! Let me know if you need help with those services. It is some of the best Trout fishing in the U.S. /stocked with rainbow and brown trout! We have a boat ramp (sometimes not usable due to low water) and boat trailer parking available, but do not have a dock for private use. But at the Landing, 8 miles away, is a park area with ramp access.   Now for a few things we like to call courtesies instead of rules: ••Please take care of this sweet little cabin we also call home on occasion, as if it were your own. ••Please NO smoking or vaping inside. There are ashtrays outside. Please dispose of butts in the trash. ••Please dispose of trash in the trash cans just outside the back door ••Dogs allowed only if on a leash-no fenced yard. Please pick up after them outside and dispose of in trash cans. If they have an accident inside, please clean the area well. We do require a non-refundable pet fee of $50/dog. Sorry no cats. I’m a cat lover and have several but they do not get to visit the cabin. Sorry but kitty nails work havoc on the beautiful cedar wood in the home. If damaged is noted, a separate pet damage fee of $250 will be charged. ••if damage is done to the home, a security deposit of $250 may be charged.

Our lakehouse is the perfect place for a quiet weekend getaway, but also close enough to explore Branson, Silver Dollar City, and 3 of the most popular lakes in Missouri without all of the "noise"! Guided fishing trips available by an amazing local guide available upon request! The space This home is situated in a quiet neighborhood bordered by Swan Creek, which feeds into Bull Shoals Lake. It backs up to woods owned by the Corps of Engineers. There is a path leading to the creek by walking a short distance through the neighborhood. We offer Wi-Fi, and there is also excellent cellular service to set up your hotspot and access streaming services on the smart TV. We have an antenna that picks up local and basic cable channels. This home contains 2 bedrooms w/ 1 queen bed in each, 1 bonus room w/ twin size bunk beds, and 2 full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have sliding glass patio doors leading out to the large deck. We have a full kitchen stocked with all of the essentials, and cleaning supplies are available. There is a cabinet in the kitchen with a large selection of movies, games, blankets, and home supplies. Large laundry room contains washer, dryer, and hampers. Laundry detergent is also available for guests to use. Guests are welcome to use the woodburning stove, weber grill, firepit, and propane firepit. Please use at your discretion. We have a small backyard behind the deck which stops at the treeline. The picture of the backyard suggests a steep hill, but it is a slight slope and no-drop off. Guest access All spaces are available for guest use except for the closet in the master bedroom, the closet in the laundry room, the attic, and the space containing the water heater. Due to the roof being at ground level, guests are not allowed to access (including but not limited to walking, running, jumping on) the roof at any given time. Other things to note There is a cleaning fee of $125. Upon booking, guests will be asked to fill out a short-term rental agreement with their contact information. Things to note: -The house is surrounded by woods and approximately 100 yards from the water. Therefore, you may encounter and come into contact with insects, spiders, snakes, and other wildlife. The house is treated by a professional, and there are sticky traps in various places throughout the house. -As seen from the map, across Swan Creek from the house is a park/campground, public boat access, and 2 lane road (technically considered a highway) w/ bridge across the water. During certain months of the year, you may hear some traffic noise. We ask that you treat this home as your own and respect our space as well as our neighbors. Thank you!

It is not an ideal swimming lake, but the cold waters can be enjoyed in the hottest months of the year. Lake weeds do grow up in the shallow waters in front of the cabin for about 6 months of the year, so if you want to get into the water, plan to paddle the kayaks out to one of the coves across the lake. In the warmer months, a micro plant called Water Meal also begins to float on the lake's surface and gather along the shore. While unsightly, this grain-like plant does not harm your health or inhibit fishing. You are welcome to fish on the resort's shore and off the dock. The best fishing tends to be out in the lake's deeper waters. ■ HOT TUB - Absolutely NO GLASS or food near the hot tub. NO BUBBLES, NO SALTS OR OILS can be added to the hot tub. You must shower first and wear a swimsuit (not clothes) in the hot tub. The hot tub is professionally serviced after every guest. Just let us know if it needs to be served during your stay. ■ PETS - Dog friendly! The number of dogs must be selected upon booking. We allow up to 2 house-trained dogs under 75 lbs. each. There is an additional fee of $150 fee per dog added to the total of your trip. Pets must be kenneled when left home alone. They must be on a leash at all times when outside of the cabin. Guests are responsible for cleaning up any waste from their pets. Guests must ensure that barking does not disturb our neighbors. Pets are never to be left alone outside. Please use the dog blankets provided if your pet will be on the couch or bed. We provide a basic kennel, a doggy bed, waste bags, and a lint roller. The Water's Edge is located at Edgewater Beach Resort in Forsyth, MO. Enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Taneycomo while relaxing on the private back patio. You won't need to pack much with all of the amenities we provide in the fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Resort amenities include a fire pit, outdoor pool, playground, laundry room, and fish cleaning station. Boats and boat slips are also available to rent. We are located next to Empire Park and just 16 miles from the Branson Landing. Other things to note Lake Taneycomo is a cold-water lake that is famous for trout fishing. The average water temperature is around 48 degrees. Most people use the lake for fishing and boating, not swimming. The lake will look different based on the seasons, weather, and the flow of water in the lake. It is common to see a large amount of duckweed in the lake, especially in the coves, during periods of high heat. It isn't attractive, but it is harmless. The maintenance crew at the resort constantly works to keep the coves looking as nice as possible, but it is a natural body of water, so there's only so much that can be done. You are allowed to fish anywhere at the resort. If you don't have any luck there, you can try Empire Park, next door, or the dam. I also have information for a local fishing guide that I can pass along. Boats are available to rent at the resort. You will be sent the link for that after you make your reservation. All of the boats were purchased new in 2024. The pontoon boats are $399 a day, the bass tracker is $250 a day, and the G3 fishing boat is $150 a day. Let me know if you would like to add a boat slip to your reservation. Those are $25/night plus tax. An initial supply of k-pods, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags is provided. Guests will need to supply anything they need beyond the initial supply.

The space ** please note** The hot tub and pool are open seasonally, not year round. The pool and hot tub are shared amounts the other guests in the complex. This beautifully decorated townhome feels more like a cabin and it has two bedrooms with king size beds in each. There is a cute loft area for a queen blow up mattress. It has a nice sized kitchen for cooking meals and also a patio to enjoy eating outside. This adorable condo has two full sized bathrooms with big walk in showers. Enjoy this smaller complex and the grounds surrounded by woods. It’s the perfect place for those who want to be close enough to the Branson activities, yet enough on the outside of town to enjoy nature. A couple of minutes down the road is Lake Taneycomo. You can do some fishing or just enjoy the beauty of our Ozark’s sunsets. Perfect for families or a quiet couples getaway! Things to know: First and foremost, we get this question daily….can we check in early or check out late? During summer, peak time and holidays, we CANNOT do either of those. We manage 65 properties and with traffic, and being almost fully booked most days, this is just something we CANNOT do. We want our guests to have the best attention given to each home. Please do not ask us this question, with 65 properties it really slows us down trying to answer every message regarding this and our focus is getting them ready as soon as possible. Please do not ask us this question, with 65 properties it really slows us down trying to answer every message regarding this and our focus is getting them ready as soon as possible. Rustic meets modern in this newly decorated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin located at Edgewater Beach Resort in Forsyth, MO. Take in the gorgeous views of Lake Taneycomo as you relax on the private back porch. Prepare a meal or a hot cup of coffee in the fully stocked kitchen. Resort amenities include a fire pit, outdoor pool, playground, laundry room, and a fish cleaning station. Boats and boat slips are also available to rent. We are located next to Empire Park and are just 16 miles from Branson. Other things to note Lake Taneycomo is a cold-water lake that is famous for trout fishing. The average water temperature is around 48 degrees. Most people use the lake for fishing and boating, not swimming. The lake will look different based on the seasons, weather, and the flow of water in the lake. It is common to see a large amount of duckweed in the lake, especially in the coves, during periods of high heat. It isn't attractive, but it is harmless. The maintenance crew at the resort constantly works to keep the coves looking as nice as possible, but it is a natural body of water, so there's only so much that can be done. You are allowed to fish anywhere at the resort. If you don't have any luck there, you can try Empire Park, next door, or the dam. I also have information for a local fishing guide that I can pass along. Boats are available to rent at the resort. You will be sent the link for that after you make your reservation. All of the boats were purchased new in 2024. The pontoon boats are $399 a day, the bass tracker is $250 a day, and the G3 fishing boat is $150 a day. Let me know if you would like to add a boat slip to your reservation. Those are $25/night plus tax. An initial supply of k-pods, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags is provided. Guests will need to supply anything they need beyond the initial supply.
