The space The Hardy House is for a family with up to 5 kids. There are 3 toddler beds and two adult single bunkbeds. Shared river access with owners, great for swimming and private rafters/kayakers. Owners are close by for any concerns. Nearby activities: White water rafting/kayaking, zipline, hiking, fishing, off road trails for ATV/UTV close by, etc. Horseshoe Bend has restaurants, small grocery stores, farm stand and shopping. The space Master bedroom with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with two full beds. Sofa in living room pulls out to create full size bed. Full bathroom with shower. Back patio with ample seating and amazing views. Guest access Entire home is for guests. River access with privacy respected! Plenty of parking for ATVs/trailers. We are a safe and secure property. The Cube has great views. Try the hammock. You just might decide to sleep in it. We have a 12 inch memory foam mattress for your sleeping pleasure. The Cube ground remodel is done, asphalt! It is on a 1,000 gallon septic with city water. That means you can wash dishes, shower, and do laundry. The space There are no domestic free range animals on this 2 acre property. There are wild turkeys, quail, rabbits, and deer. My wife and I enjoy the different views thru each window. The bean bag chairs work perfectly in the lounging loft. You can set a drink on either windowsill while watching a movie on the big screen. Note that the TV viewing tilts in all directions so you can watch it from the hammock, too. We changed the roof on the third level to a repurposed used metal. We allow one dog for $20. The key is in a magnet on the refrigerator. The stairs going to the bean bag chair lounging loft and the queen bed loft, are constructed to step left then right as you walk up. You can walk forward in the same way coming down. There is a railing that runs between the lofts that you use going up or down. Always use the railing until you are stable. Other things to note We do not allow more than one dog. If you are bringing a dog, please tell us the size and breed. There is a $20 fee. If you book longer than 7 nights, our dog fee is $50. No cats are allowed. The key is in a magnet on the refrigerator. The steps (ladders) were designed to reach up and use the railing going up (step left/right like you walk), and use the railing as you go down facing forward (walking left/right). Please take your time and always have your hand on the railing.

The Cube

Now offering WIFI! A rooftop view, specialty queen bed, Roku TV (Starlink), tiled stone shower, kitchen, and dinette, is all for you. The Perch has a walk up deck on the roof with a high safety railing. Your 360 degree view makes it our most unique tiny house yet. This private deck offers you a starry night of romance or sunshine bathing therapy. Step down into your bedroom loft and enjoy your recessed lighting, turn off from your bed. The Perch design is forsale. Ask, and we will explain. The space Our property is 2 acres on a hill. This TH design is best for one. That is why there is not a door or curtain for the bathroom. It has an open floor plan to make it look bigger than it is. It will accommodate a couple with a child, but, it is heaven for a single person. We used a reconditioned trailer to build this tiny house, all other materials were new construction. We upgraded the entire Lucky Lane 2 acre property with asphalt, Starlink, city water, and we now have 9 spaces. Each space has it's own 1,000 gallon septic tank. Guest access The Perch has 2 private gravel parking spaces . You are renting the entire tiny house. Other things to note We have listed the Perch because the inside is finished. We still are working on the skirting that will be imitation stone so it will compliment the English Tudor design. We also will be building a wrap around wooden deck. No cats are allowed. The Perch

We now have WIFI, StarLink is here! If you have mobility issues, don't stay here. When you reach down to enter by pulling back the cow hide flaps and step in, we hope you say, "Oh, nice!" The log bed sits higher and the flat screen was raised to view perfectly from the bed. The frig is two steps from the bed. The couch pulls out into a double bed, with a cowboy feather bed roll (makes it so sleep comfortable). The space We are a farm. This is NOT a real tent (actually is a metal building with 3 inch rigid foam in the walls), but it does have 3 front flaps (2 are cow hides), hanging over your front door. This cannot be locked. We are 25 mins. from Boise for a weekend. YES, you get to use our outhouse 30 ft. away. We are an eclectic glamping option for travelers to save money and Idaho residents who need a mini staycation. We have 12 rentals. You can meet our 3 goats, pet bunnies, feed chickens, quail, a horse, or a donkey. Sit by your campfire. Actually, unwind and read a book or watch a movie. Guest access You will have private quarters, make sure to lower your head when you enter. There is no bathroom or running water. You will have to walk 30 feet to the outhouse. You can use our heated shower 20 ft. away to your right, or 4 outdoor showers to your left. The outdoor showers are convenient for brushing your teeth, washing your hands and face before bed. (towels are provided) The outhouse is shared by all guests who stay in a camper, tent, or wagon. It has a metal flip sign "Open and Closed". We provide Lysol spray, hand sanitizer, femine hygiene items, and of course, toilet paper. The light is always on with country music on the radio. We added a small child (1-3 year-old) toilet insert seat. Other things to note If you have mobility issues, don't rent this unit. We only allow 1 dog ($20 fee), no cats. The Ole RV Park is a community. People are arriving/departing and some living long-term on the 2.3 acre property. You will meet our Alpine goat "Kate Brown" who is milked at 9 AM and 600 pm every day. You can try milking. Just ask. The milk is kept fresh and cold in a brown mini frig. Free-range chickens will follow you. Our 4 horses are Orion, Dutchess (Dusti born 6/18th!), and Red Cloud. Jenny is our donkey. We have a second 2 acre property on Lucky Lane, a Tiny Home Village. (4 TH's, No free range animals there)

You can meet our 5 goats, pet bunnies, feed chickens, quail, a horse, or a donkey. Sit by your campfire. When you're outside, listen to the creek across the road. The space We want your experience at our property to be unique, memorable, and affordable. There are 4 different plugs inside camper to charge devices. We of course have heat. We now charge a $20 cash fee for 1 dog, (we don't allow 2), no cats are allowed. If you have kids you can have a campfire in the winter. As a host, we rent unique old RVs that are all dry camping (only electricity) and luxury tiny houses. We do offer a propane shower in the laundry room (no laundry in the winter) if you are staying more than one night. Please be aware that our chickens are free-range, and we have roosters. We have a milking goat named Kate Brown and her faithful side-kick, Feebee. Ask for a cold goat milk sample. We sell homemade goat soap and freeze dried items (made in Idaho). We now have WIFI, StarLink is here! Chevrolete built it in 1970 and manufactured as a C30 Custom Camper. No pets are allowed in this rental. My wife made all curtains, paint, and apolstery as a tribute to the 1970s era. Plugin the disco ball and hear 3 hours of 70's music. If you were a teenager, then you will smile and remember:) The 2 person porch swing is a popular place to snuggle with blankets. The porch has a propane barbecue and toaster oven. The bed is a full (54" x 75"). The space We are a farm, with farm sounds and smells. If you are over 6'2", the Kelly is for you, but it has a full size bed. It has the highest head space of all our campers. This is a time capsule to 1970. Words like "groovy, trippy, hippy, and everything is gonna be alright" will come to your mind. Have you always wondered what it is like to sleep, eat, work, and live in a truck camper? This is your chance. Try it out. The luxury and feeling it transmits will surprise you. The Ole RV Park laundry room with shower are complimentary when you are our guest in the Kelly, or walk 15 ft. to outdoor showers. Flip the metal sign "Open and Closed" for indoor shower. Ask, we can wash your dishes and return everyday, no mess or fuss for you, or, we have an outdoor dish washing station near the produce trailer. The community library and fire pit area are both complimentary. Other things to note This does not have a usable toilet, you will be using our shared outhouse (30 ft. away). The Ole RV Park is a campground of eclectic vintage campers and unique tiny houses. If you embrace the camping theme during your stay and unplug from technology, you will leave relaxed and refreshed. Chicken and goat poop (size of round M&M's) might show up on your deck, with a goat too;) This camper can't be locked from the outside. Once you rent it, we will never go inside without your permission. The vintage frig is decor, we provide a cooler for your ice to use.

It is pet free (no pets of any kind) camper with handmade curtains, throw pillows, and cushion covers made by my talented wife! There is a comfy, and lovers must be super close, double; or climb up into the full bunk bed. Hurry, book it NOW! Fyi, we added a minifrig, and to keep the camping theme provide an outdoor cooler and propane barbecue. Upon request, a dozen eggs for $4, and now we have fresh cold goat milk. Ask about a sample. It has a private gravel driveway and parking spot with the privacy of a flowering lilac on the right and a Coyote privacy fence on the left. Our neighbor's horses are right behind you. It is a short 10-second walk to the outhouse. The outhouse is shared by all guests. We provide Lysol spray, hand sanitizer, femine hygiene items, and, of course, toilet paper. The light is always on with country music on the radio. We added a small child (1-3 year old) toilet insert seat. Other things to note Reminder, no running water to the trailer. You do need to walk to use the outhouse. We upgraded 2 of our 1965 lights with low profile 2 setting ones. We added a multi plug cellphone charging one at the foot of the upper bed. We do offer an indoor shower in the Ole RV Park laundry room. (no laundry use in the winter) The shower and outhouse are private, but, they are shared. This is a no smoking rental. You can smoke outside. There is no TV.

1965 Santa Fe

Enjoy life on the beach during your float on the Payette River. You cannot drive here. It is ONLY accessible by YOUR kayak, jet boat,fishing boat, paddle board,or jet ski. Solar only, no network. Your trip REQUIRES planning: 1) Where to park (see neighborhood coordinates) 2) A 30min-1hr river ride, depending on watercraft 3) Pack meals & necessities. When departing you must watercraft back to parking location or park a second vehicle at the end of float. Only open Apr-Oct while river has water. The space This is a tiny house sitting over the river with a 3/4 wrap around porch. Great for fishing tanning swimming or whatever as it comes with a private beach. The small condo comes with a griddle and grill, small outdoor propane fire pit, indoor fire place, futon couch that extends to a queen size bed, small compostable toilet in a bathroom, kitchen sink, mini fridge, evaporative cooler, loft queen bed accessible by ladder, and patio seating. The small cottage is designed for sleeping in not for spending all day in as it does not have AC and stays warm. This place is great for being able to hang out on the river all day long and playing or exploring around while spending the night where the stars shine bright and listen to wildlife. It is solar powered for the fridge, indoor lights, and has a 110V plug-in. The spicket outside and the sink are ran off filtered river water and is NOT FOR DRINKING. Guest access The tiny house is completely yours to use along with the beach walkway. The rest of the property is not intended to be used but you are welcome to fish around the little home. Other things to note Some parts of the year mosquitos visit for a short bout in the evening. There is an outdoor shower and hose if needed, water is hot at first, let it run longer. Children are welcome, there’s 2 queen beds and plenty of bedding. The downstairs stays cooler in the evening with a better draft. We stock the fridge with water. There are games in the coffee table & radio. From the tiny house there is a natural fishing pond roughly 100 yards back up the river around the left bend. Jet boats do run up and down the river. Per state law they have the right of way to floaters. Please show them respect as they do not have the ability to stop anywhere they want. Share the river with everyone. ***Weekdays are best for a more private-like experience with slow of River traffic. Weekends can be busier. Two houses were built 1 mile away across the river this year. ***BE SURE TO CHECK WEATHER conditions as this will affect safety in floating the river. Rain and wind are discouraged for booking. That being said, most don’t want to leave in a one day booking, you will greatly enjoy booking at least two days here.

However, the drive is much easier to navigate during the rest of the year. Please plan accordingly to ensure a safe and smooth arrival. Unique Layout: This is a small but tall space, featuring unconventional stairs. While the handrails make it easier to navigate, we recommend all guests move slowly and thoughtfully when using them.
