A 8 person Amish made plywood dining table. As well as an 8 person top phi villa high top table with two tabletop propane fire pits. A large fire heater, and a furniture set next to the new hot tub. A secondary covered 18x40’ patio with an outdoor table, lounge area and propane fire pit. This area is perfect in case of inclement weather. A brand new 7 person hot tub is also on the deck so you can drink your wine and relax looking at the panoramic lake views!! A small children's swing set and sand box are in the private backyard. I also have a toddler backpack carrier which makes hiking with a small child a small task. Location: South of Auburn, the property is centrally located close to Skaneateles, Aurora (Mckenzie childs) and multiple State Parks. Ithaca is a about half hour south and there are many great hiking trails. Check out the new Spa located just 15 minutes away! My ultimate goal is to have people want to come back every year! The launch is only 7 minutes away, but it is nice to be able to walk right on your boat. Also, as is characteristic with lake side property there is uneven ground to be mindful of. Again, this listing has stairs, both to get to the cottage and again to get to the lake, please note that uneven ground and inclines are not suited for those with mobility concerns and young children should be monitored and assisted as needed. We have 80 feet of private lakefront with a stone retaining wall. The house has modern renovations with antique decor and central air. Even if the weather doesn't cooperate, there is plenty to entertain indoors, and it's close enough to explore the Finger Lakes, Auburn, Aurora, and Skaneateles. This property boasts 80' of Owasco lakefront with a 60' seawall. There are tables, chairs, and a fire pit on the beach for your enjoyment. Pull your boat up to the dock or bring your kayaks! If you don't have either, they can easily be rented from Owasco Paddles! Even if the weather isn't cooperating, there are several places within the house to enjoy yourselves. With all of the antique decorations, you'll never get bored. This really is our home away from home. Any amenity you could think of is probably already there. The house has a master bedroom (king bed) with vaulted ceiling and attached bathroom. A second room has a queen size bed with a second bathroom just outside the door. In the living room there is an additional queen size sleeper sofa (with an additional air mattress - if you wish) and some available room dividers for added privacy. The garage has been renovated into an additional sitting room with a garage door-sized screen to inhale the fresh air without the bugs. Play a board game in the solarium and enjoy the skylights and hanging plants (or use the wireless internet and get some work done in a beautiful setting). Out on the wrap-around deck, there is a retractable awning along with lots of seating /table options. Outside, you can grill some food on the gas grill and play a game of horseshoes, or just stretch out on the lawn! We're dog-friendly, but please pick up after them in the yard and don't allow them on the furniture. One dog of any size is fine, but additional fees may apply for 2 or more. There are several parking spots within the circular driveway (and room on the lawn for a boat trailer). The property across the road is not ours, so don't park there! Owners reside on the same road, close by the rental property. TV reception is poor; only local channels. Guest access The rooms in the house, and outdoor spaces re available to the guests. The storage unit on the property is not.

There is also a finished basement with two twin beds as well as a futon that converts to the size of a full bed. Guest access The entire house can be accessed by guests. We use a keypad door lock to provide access to guests. Other things to note Road to access house is seasonal. There are 44 steps to access the waterfront from the back yard.
