Our beach house is located in the gated community of Carillon Beach - "A Village by the Sea," where time moves just a bit more slowly and where people are just a little more friendly. The space The Quarterdeck is less than a 5 minute walk to a private access beach and was furnished with families in mind. It allows you to relax & enjoy every day of your stay with your family or friends. We have 4 bedrooms, plus a loft with Queen bed, and 3.5 bathrooms. The main floor has plenty of seating in the den, as well as at the kitchen table & bar. It’s a spacious, well stocked kitchen with an open pantry for your groceries. •	Main level – King bedroom with en-suite bath (stand up shower) •	Bunk room – adjoining the main level King, with 2 twin over twin beds. •	Second level – King bedroom with en-suite bath (stand up shower) as well as private balcony access. •	Second level – Master bedroom with King bed, workspace area, en-suite bath (jetted tub and stand up shower) as well as private balcony access. •	Loft level - Queen bed with crow’s nest balcony. There is a covered front porch on the ground floor which has a grill. The master bedroom and the queen guest bedroom are located on the second floor. Each has a private full bath. There are two bedrooms and a second living area on the third floor with a full shared bath. One of the bedrooms is ideal for children with three built in single beds. The other bedroom has a queen bed. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. There is a TV in the living room, master, 2nd floor queen, and 3rd floor living room. Wi-Fi is included. Our home has hardwood flooring throughout; quartz countertops in the fully stocked kitchen and the bathrooms. Enjoy the covered breezy back porch or the family room upstairs. The community pool is open from 8am-10pm and has a private dock that overlooks Lake Powell. Grande Pointe is minutes away from 30A, Camp Helen State Park, shopping, restaurants, and a quarter mile from the beach! The space There is a king master bedroom with en suite bathroom on the main level with a second king master bedroom with en suite bathroom upstairs. Also located upstairs is a double queen bunk room, a queen coral room, and a queen sofa sleeper that share a full bath. The designer kitchen features a gas cooktop, glass tile backsplash, stainless-steel appliances, & blue tooth speakers in the ceiling to play your favorite playlist. An open floor plan on the main level is great for entertaining complete with wine cooler. The main floor also has a 1/2 bath, dining room, & utility room with Samsung stackable washer/dryer. The upstairs living area is a perfect place to retreat and watch a movie or play games with the family. The large, covered porch in the back of the home has ample space for outdoor entertaining while grilling on the gas grill in the fenced-in private backyard. The community pool is only 0.3 miles away and leads directly to the community’s dock access to Lake Powell for paddle boarding, kayaking, and other watersports. On the south, the home is 0.6 miles from the closest public beach access point (Phillips Inlet), and has a total of four beach access points with 1.5 miles. You will be in close proximity to boutique, upscale shopping/dining at 30Avenue but also just a short drive to familiar grocery stores and other entertainment at Pier Park. The home is only a 20-minute drive from Panama City Airport.  Stepping through the shiplapped entryway, the home’s hardwood floors lead off into the main dining area with seating for six. Sweet Carillon - 4BR/4.5 BA - Sleeps 10 Welcome to our family home in Carillon Beach. The space Sweet Carillon! Driving into our lovely community, you might notice our minty green and pink beach cottage. Our front porch has space for relaxing on the swing, rocking chairs or at the dining table. Entering our home, you'll be greeted by a main floor suite with a king bed and attached bathroom. The main floor has an open living room and dining room with a spacious galley kitchen and coffee bar/pantry area. There is also a half bath on the main floor. The back porch has a sitting area and large dining table. Our home backs up the a wooded wetland with fewer visible neighbors than other homes. Upstairs you'll find three more bedrooms: a king bedroom with attached bath, a large king suite with attached bath and private porch, and a third bedroom with custom bunks (king below and queen above) with a bath attached and also accessible from the hallway. The laundry room is also upstairs in the hallway. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away. The closest pool has a playground, basketball court and pickleball/tennis. IrishGoodbye (formerly Casa de Sol) was renovated (2022) to offer 3 ensuite, 2 separate & private bunk spaces, 3.5 bath & an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. The space Minimum age to rent is 25 yrs. Govt issued ID may be required for validation. The individual who books the reservation must stay on the premises for the entire length of booking. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian staying at the property. Community parking pass must be purchased per vehicle, per stay via an online portal. Cost is $45 per pass. There are restrooms and showers available as well, and a long walkway with no stairs leading to the beach. NOTE: Beach setup reservations are limited to certain locations along 30A, but you can also reserve beach gear to take back and forth from the home if setups are not available at your desired access location. Some area vendors will offer beach setups at this location, but availability may be limited, depending on the season.   Parking: The home has designated parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway. You can possibly fit 4 if all are small vehicles, with 3 vehicles parked across and a 4th vehicle parallel behind the others.
