The space The Whitetail Lodge is a newly renovated cabin, built in the 1970s. Sitting on 1 full acre of forested land, enjoy the serenity and peacefulness of being in a quiet environment away from it all. Coming onto the property, you will find a well-lit and newly built deck with wide stairs, and safety rails leading up to the entrance. Heading around to the side of the home you will find a wonderful firepit area where you can get a roaring fire going with the supplied firewood, roast marshmallows, make memories laughing, or just enjoy the peace, and quiet of a moonlit night. Stepping into the living room, you will be greeted with coziness and warmth as you relax by the wood-burning mid-century Malm fireplace, listen to your favorite music on the Marshall Bluetooth speaker, or watch your favorite movies on the 55-inch Samsung TV with full access to all of your favorite apps. Chef up your favorite meals, or try something new in the fully stocked kitchen that comes replete with all of the basics needed, as well as plenty of cookware to serve you and your friends or family. Or step outside to show off your grill skills on the brand-new Weber Spirit with supplied propane. In the morning, when coffee time calls, feel free to enjoy the complimentary Morgan Rake Coffee, roasted locally in Effort, made fresh on one of the best coffee makers available: The Moccamaster, hand-built in the Netherlands. If coffee is not your thing, there is also wonderful full-leaf tea provided to sate your drinking needs. Enjoy a hot shower with supplied soap and shampoo/conditioner in the newly renovated and beautifully tiled shower, featuring a brand new water heater and mountain fresh water directly from an underground aquifer. Post-hike or ski session feel free to use the garden hose outside to clean up any equipment, dry your boots with the supplied shoe dryer, and get a clean wash going with the full-sized Whirlpool washer and dryer. You don't need to go home and work any harder, feel free to do your laundry and make unpacking a breeze when your trip comes to an end. When you're ready to call it a night, slide into one of four comfortable beds with crisp, clean linens, cozy and warm faux-down comforters, and plenty of pillows to find your best sleep. Here at the Whitetail Lodge, I aim to provide you with a 5-star experience that you will remember and hopefully return to when you feel the desire to experience the Poconos once again. I hope the Lodge will feel like a "home away from home" and that you will have everything you need to rest, relax, and most importantly have fun and live life! Guest access You will have full access to the home and surrounding outside areas with the only exception being two owners' closets in the hallway of the home, and the shed towards the end of the driveway. Guests will access the community via one of two security gates which operate 24/7. After booking, I will need to register your stay with the HOA, and also notify the security gate of your arrival date and expected length of stay. The HOA requires that any drivers entering the community have a valid driver's license, and security will need to know how many cars will be arriving with the full names of anyone coming by separate car into the community. Once you arrive at the gate, please let security know where you will be staying, and your full name, and also my name if need be. If you run into any issues whatsoever, I try my very best to be available nearly anytime by either text or phone call, so please do not hesitate to reach out to me. There are many amenities within the HOA, and I will supply 5 Amenity badges on lanyards that must be worn when accessing the pools or lake areas. 3 bedroom ranch in wooded Poconos community. House has fully functional kitchen, large deck, indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit, gas grill. Great for exploring the Poconos year round. Community has 2 pools, 1 swimming lake and two other lakes for fishing. Amenity bracelet costs $10/person/stay. Close to 4 ski resorts, Lake Harmony, Jim Thorpe, Poconos Raceway and Hickory Run State Park. The nearest lake is 3/4 mile and nearest pool is 2 mi from house. The space 2 bedrooms each have queen size bed. Third bedroom has twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle. Washer, dryer and dishwasher available for use. This is our second home but everything in the home is available for use. Our dog visits with us. We do clean very well but if you are allergic to dogs this may not be the place for you. Minutes from Pocono Raceway, Jim Thorpe, and the best hiking trails in the Poconos. Built for couples who want nature without giving up the standards. This is your reset. The space The Layout Astron sleeps up to 6 across three sleeping areas. Both bedrooms have king-sized memory foam beds. The loft holds a very firm pull-out sofa (king-sized when open, mattress topper available to soften the experience), and a separate bunk room has two twin beds (bunk) — ideal for kids or a third couple. At the very top of the A-frame is the Mile High Room: a small private nook accessed by a pull-out ladder, perfect for reading or pondering the universe. For safety, we ask that children not use this space. Two bathroom, one contains a soaking tub with a view. Living & Kitchen The open living area is where most of the magic happens — a freestanding fireplace, a smart TV for streaming, an Xbox, a Marshall Bluetooth speaker, and table games for slower evenings. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped, with everything you need for a quick breakfast or a full romantic dinner. Each bedroom also has its own TV and Marshall speaker. Outside Step onto the deck for direct lake views, or bring a fishing license and try your luck. Out back, the hot tub and fire pit are lit by string lights and the stars above — genuinely one of the best parts of staying here (firewood is often available but not guaranteed; it's easy to grab nearby). The Design Astron isn't your typical Poconos cabin. The interior is design-forward and a little daring — think tiny home meets boutique hotel, with a decor style that leans into cars and racing culture as a nod to nearby Pocono Raceway. A Few Honest Notes Astron is about 1,500 square feet — comfortable for the right group, but tight if all 6 guests are adults. There's minimal closet space, and the upstairs bathroom is a wet room (the shower and bathroom are one open space). Most windows are triangular and uncovered (bedrooms and bathrooms do have window coverings), so if total privacy and darkness are priorities, this may not be the right fit. Guest access Astron is entirely yours for the duration of your stay — the full home, the deck, the hot tub, and the fire pit area are private and exclusive to your group. Majority of things were custom made by the hosts, which makes it pretty unique. Unlike the majority of rental properties in the area, THAT GRAY HOUSE has a Central AC, which will make your stay much more comfortable, especially in hot and humid summer.. The main level has a fully stocked kitchen and living room open plan space with a fireplace (we provide some fire wood, but if you need more, you can purchase it from us, all you have to do send us a message). A little corridor leads to 2 nicely decorated bedrooms and a full bathroom, as well as the laundry room with washer, dryer and our pet station that has a few things you might need for your dog. The spacious lofted master suite, with a whirlpool tub and a designated work space overlooks the main living area. The private deck has a Weber gas grill, and an illuminated sitting area with a propane fire pit. The 1 acre property has a recreation area with a wood burning fire pit, hammock outdoor games & other amenities to make your stay as fun and relaxing as possible. This is a dog friendly home. Cozy up by one of our three fireplaces in the winter, or lounge underneath the gazebo on our spacious patio in the summer. Our home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and can sleep 8. Close to all of the Pocono's most popular ski resorts and situated in an amenity-rich community with five lakes, two pools, tennis courts, and more. The space In our main living room you'll find a gas fireplace and two plush couches for lounging. If you're musical, enjoy playing our piano, guitar, banjo, or ukulele. Step outside to our patio (our outdoor living room!) you'll find a wood burning outdoor fireplace surrounded by comfortable couches. Enjoy our propane grill and serve meals al fresco at our outdoor dining table. Our kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and ready to cook for a crowd! You'll find all the pots, pans, and utensils needed to make any meal. Three of our four bedrooms are on the first floor of the house. In the bunk room, you'll find a cozy space with two built in double beds and a fun library ladder to access the top one. In the mountain room, you'll find a queen sized bed and access to the patio through a sliding glass door. In the rustic room, you'll find two twin beds and views of the woods behind the house. Our downstairs bathroom is easily accessible from all three downstairs bedrooms and features a woodland creatures wallpaper and a bath / shower combo. Upstairs, there's a smaller loft living room with a cozy wood burning fireplace, a bathroom with a shower, and the lookout room—a bedroom with a queen bed and lofted ceilings. Our home is equipped with two mini split AC units—one in the living room and one in the loft. There is also a window AC in the upstairs master bedroom. While there are no ACs in the downstairs bedrooms, we are on a mountain and it tends to cool down quite a bit at night! Every room has a fan. In our community, you'll find five lakes for boating, swimming, and fishing. There are also two pools, a tennis court, basketball court, and several playgrounds. Please note that the community requires short-term rental guests to purchase wristbands to use these amenities for $10/each (good for the entire duration of your stay). Wristbands are not required if you don't intend to use community amenities. Please note that this is a somewhat remote home up in the mountains! That's the attraction, but it can also come with challenges. In the winter, we recommend checking the weather and 4WD vehicles. We have a plow service that plows whenever snow accumulation is over 3", but it is very possible that the driveway may have an inch or two of snow on arrival or during your stay. Community roads also get plowed, but sometimes it takes a few hours after snow has stopped. The property is equipped with a snowshovel. Guest access You'll be able to access the whole house and property, excluding an owner's closet and the garage. If you like, you can also purchase wristbands to use the community amenities including two pools, five lakes, a playground, tennis courts, and basketball courts. Guest access Located in the IMLC private community of Albrightsville, you will be among one of the cleanest, well regulated, and most secluded communities in the Pocono Mountain Region! In this unbeatable area, you will be close to a number of all-season activities including hiking, biking, skiing, fishing, boating, whitewater rafting, paint-balling, horse back riding, canoeing, zip lining just to name a few. Access to community amenities as well as a play zone for kids, fire pit and 2 fireplaces. As you approach our chalet you will find wildlife, be prepared to say hello to Deers! Please note: All of our beds have MEMORY FOAM mattresses for comfy sleeping (even the crib) ⭐️Bedroom 1: King size bed +En-suite bathroom with free standing Bathtub and shower with 4 strong jets + Baby crib+High chair (inside closet)+Luggage rack+Closet+Sofa ⭐️Bedroom 2: Queen size bed+Luggage rack+Closet ⭐️Bedroom 3: 2 Full over full bunk beds (4 full beds) with USB ports+Closet+Portable fan. 🧩 Play Zone: Playhouse, Climbing Playset with Slide, Ball pit , Foosball table, 55-inch HDTV with Roku (bring your own login and enjoy any app) , LED sign with green wall (Perfect spot for photos), Board Games, Fireplace, bean bags. 🛋️ Living/Dining: Fireplace, 55-inch HDTV with Roku (bring your own login and enjoy any app) ,Super comfortable L shaped couch, chic side chair, ottoman, Marble dining table, Dedicated work space with lamp and speaker. 👨‍🍳 Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker (coffee & tea provided), blender, toaster, electric glass tea kettle, baby bottle warmer, bbq grill utensils set. 🧺 Laundry room: Washer, dryer, iron, iron table, utility sink. 🛁 Bathrooms: Fully stocked bathrooms with 3 ply toilet paper & premium quality hand soap, body wash, shampoo & conditioner. ⛰️ Outside: Deck overlooking the scenic views and wildlife with a 6 person furniture set with outdoor dining table, propane BBQ (gas not provided but we have a tank available for refill) fully private HOT TUB, fire pit with 8 Adirondack chairs, 1 ACRE fully private to disconnect and enjoy nature, driveway for up to 4 vehicles. ***For the security of our home and guests we have 2 outdoor security cameras pointing at the driveway and entrance*** Guest access Guests will have access to the entire Chalet, 1 acre of nature & community amenities. *Inclement Weather* Please keep in consideration that the Pocono Mountains region tends to have very extreme winters with lots of snow, if you're traveling between mid December and mid March there is a possibility that there might be snow so please come prepared! We plow and salt the driveway before each arrival but we highly recommend 4x4 vehicles to be able to drive through the region and to get in/out of the driveway. Other things to note ‼️INDIAN MOUNTAIN LAKE AMENITIES FEE‼️ The amenities in our community are seasonal, if you're booking a stay from Memorial Day until Labor Day wristbands are required in order to use our community amenities. If you're planning on using the amenities there is a fee of $10 per person and you can purchase them directly at the HOA office or at the pool stand.If you're not planning on using the amenities there is no need to pay for this fee. ⚠️Please note that wristbands are not transferable and not refundable, weather might impact the use of amenities but since this fee is paid directly to the community we won't be able to provide any refunds in case that amenities are not used. ⚠️Please note, these are not our fees as the hosts, but fees the community requires all guests to pay to cover the costs associated with operating and maintaining all the great amenities and facilities at Indian Mountain Lake. Note: -Firewood is not provided, please bring your own :) -Propane for the grill is not provided, there is a tank available for refill and a place to refill around 5mins away from the house.
