Coin operated washer and dryer are on the fourth floor. We have a balcony that overlooks beautiful Lake Carillon. We are just a short walk to the ocean. This village by the sea is quite unique and a hidden gem. We have 4 pools in which one is heated. You can fish in the lake on the small pier, so bring your fishing pole if you can. Bicycles are also available to rent or if able, bring your own. We offer a wagon for the beach chairs, umbrella that are there for you to use. We are Pet Friendly . The Village Green is located at the end of Market Street. This is where events go on throughout the summer. Look on the bulletin board located on the green for details.Just a reminder that dogs are not allowed on Carillon Beach. They are permitted on the beach at Pier Park. But the Carillon Beach Inn is an excellent area to walk your dog.

There is a basketball court, tennis court, pickle ball court, gym, and a playground! Restaurants, cafe, gym, shops, a spa and bike rentals are located just downstairs in the village so you don’t even have to leave anywhere if you prefer! Please note that there is no elevator, so you will need to climb stairs to access the unit. It is located 2 miles from upscale town of Rosemary Beach and exclusive 30A area. The surrounding area is "no high-rise" residential part of town. Main PCB attractions like Pier Park Mall, "Believe it or Not" Arcade, food and shopping venues, St. Andrews Park and Marina are within 10-20 min drive. Destin and Panama City downtown are 30 min away. The space The location of the unit provides serenity and relaxation for somebody who is looking for a place to get away from “bustle and hassle” of a big city and be on the beach in no time, yet still wants to be not far from conveniences and entertainment of a true resort destination. The “Villas of Bahamas West” condominium is located on the west end of Panama City and sits about 300 feet away from a very quiet beach that is just across a 2-line Front Beach Drive with almost no traffic. You’ll be on the beach in less time than it takes to wait for elevators in some Gulf-front high-rise buildings. And you’ll be sure happy to have sugary white sands and turquoise waters almost exclusively for yourself. We would like to emphasize for customers with limited mobility that the unit is located on the 2nd floor of the building , above the "drive-under" parking, and within approximately 300 steps from the entrance to the beach. The accommodation is very comfortable for two adults, or a family with up to two children able to share one bed. You’ll have a small, yet private, bedroom with Queen bed, and a decent size living room with pull out Queen size sofa-bed. Both rooms have individual smart TV sets. We have a Peacock provider that delivers a wide variety of programs, films and shows. You can also access YouTube and other free options as well as utilize your own providers that you are subscribed to. Just, please, make sure you log off before your departure. The small separated kitchen opens to the living room making family gathering and communication after all activities of the day pleasant and accommodating. The kitchen is equipped with electric full size cooking range with the oven, microwave, mini-oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and a full size refrigerator. We have a decent amount of cooking pans, skillets, plates, cups and utensils enough to cover all basic cooking and dining needs. The private and very spacious balcony has a dining set too, so you can enjoy family meals inside or outside, at your preference, listening to the sound of the waves. Guest access The condominium is surrounded by low density residential neighborhoods which makes the area quiet and safe. You’ll appreciate the convenience of having “Publix” and “Aldi” within a mile for your groceries shopping. When you crave to go out you’ll have several local favorite restaurants in the driving vicinity. The beginning of the famous and upscale area of "30-A" road is withing 2 miles. You also will be within a 5 to 20 minutes drive to entertainment and vast variety of casual and fine dining and shopping at Rosemary Beach and other cities along 30A route, Pier Park Mall, St. Andrew's Park, Water park, Sea World park, "Believe it or Not" Game Arcade and Amusement centers of Panama City Beach downtown. The historic downtown of Panama City and a bustling resort city of Destin are within 30 min drive. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is 25 min drive. There are a plenty of nature watching and biking trails nearby as well. Check State Parks and biking trail alongside the Hwy79. The St. Andrews Marina and Panama City Port are places where you can find all kinds of sea tours and boat charters. Other things to note IMPORTANT! Please Read! We have strict NON SMOKING policy. Although we implemented the soundproofing of the ceilings of our units to the best of our ability and technical allowance of the building, and we don't believe that the noise exceeds the usual level associated with the multiple story buildings and it doesn't happen often, we still want to inform you about this possibility of inconvenience and encourage you to plan your trip accordingly. Please Note : HOA does not allow use of grills on balconies. That is prompted by the Insurance Policy that HOA carries for the whole building, and is understandable if you take in consideration the fact that the complex is a completely wooden structure. Please use grills on sandy grounds right in front of the parking areas, behind the building. Per HOA request the person making reservation and responsible for the party staying in the unit must be 21 years old and use own credit card. Drinking alcohol under the age of 21 is illegal in Florida. Consumption of alcohol while on property by any under full legal age person is strictly prohibited.
