Nestled in the trees along the Scioto River, this home is within walking distance to Bridge Park and downtown Dublin and just minutes from great food, shopping, and entertainment. This two-level home has new beds and a fully equipped kitchen. A lower-level living area is equipped with a desk and lots of lounging space, all with stunning views of the river. Other things to note Please note that the home is a two-story home with a spiral staircase, which is shown in the shown in the listing photos. Both floors can be accessed through outdoor entrances as well. There are two skylights in the primary bedroom that do not have blinds. Due to the limits of a septic system, we do not allow any other guests at the property other than those who are listed on the reservation. We limit the total number of guests to FIVE at any given time. We do not allow vehicle charging at the home.

The space As you approach this home you will enter the courtyard where you’ll find a private garden full of perennials, roses, herbs, grapevines, and even a couple of tomato plants. Just over the view of the fountain you’ll find a shaded pergola with a sitting area and small bar for preparing evening cocktails. Entering the front door, you’ll find a massive open living space that is the hub of the home, the area lends itself well for convivial, conversation. The dining room easily seats six, there are formal dishes in the sideboard for entertaining. The living room features a 110-inch sofa, two oversized chairs, and two occasional chairs that can be brought to the conversation area along with a 60-inch TV over the fireplace. The kitchen features 120-inch island, 36-inch Cosmo gas range, built-in sharp microwave, as well as many, many appliances including, but not limited to; a Ninja foodie, Cuisinart grind and brew coffee maker, and so much more.
